技术领域
本发明涉及一种管件,尤其涉及一种承插压合内丝管件。
背景技术
管件作为将管材连接成管路的基本零部件,在管道系统中起连接、控制、变向、分流、密封、支撑等作用,在供水、供气、化工及建筑等行业有着大量的应用,按照原材料划分,一般将管件分为塑料管件和金属管件,二者特点各不相同,塑料管件成本低廉、质量轻便、但是易老化、强度低、抗压能力弱、抗光辐射能力差、使用寿命相对较短;金属管件则外观美观、坚固耐用、抗腐蚀能力强、使用寿命长,现有的管件与管材之间的连接方式一般是采用焊接或者丝接、卡套等活动连接,采用焊接或丝接的方式,安装施工比较困难,并且当环境温度发生变化时因为热胀冷缩可能导致焊口部位断裂或者使螺栓松动,使管路发生泄漏,采用卡套等其它活动连接方式使接头的强度和刚度低,抗拉拔、抗压能力差,并且密封性能不好,容易泄漏。另外现有的管件安装方式单一,往往只有一种安装方式,应用场合有限。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种承插压合内丝管件,可以采用丝接和压合连接,安装方便,应用范围广,强度和刚度高,抗拉拔、抗震动和耐高压性能好,并且具有良好的密封性能,非常具有实用性。
本发明的技术方案是:一种承插压合内丝管件,包括管件主体,管件主体其中一端外壁套接有压合管,所述压合管一端与管件主体外壁固定连接,压合管与管件主体之间留有空隙,该空隙与管件主体端部外相连通;管件主体另一端设置有内丝接头,所述内丝接头外表面设置有玻璃钢防腐层。
作为优选,所述压合管为卡压管或者环压管。
作为优选,所述管件主体与压合管位置对应的部分的外径小于管件主体其余部分的外径。
作为优选,所述管件主体的端面高于压合管的端面或者与压合管的端面齐平。
作为优选,管件主体与压合管一体成型。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明装配时通过压合管与管材承插式连接,施工和安装非常方便,并且连接可靠安全,免维护更新、经济性相对优越。压紧方式采用双卡压或者双环压,使本发明外壁压力分布均匀,连接强度高,且端部两侧受压容易变形,加工方便,并且使空隙内的密封胶挤压变形,大大提升了本发明的密封性能,避免了泄漏的隐患,即使承插压合式金属管件和管材之间因折弯或者强震动松动也不会影响密封效果。内丝接头增加了本发明的连接方式,使本发明的应用范围更加广泛,适应不同场合的要求。卡压或者环压时管材是套在管件主体的端部,使卡压或环压处的强度和刚度高,抗拉拔、抗震动和耐高压等性能好,非常具有实用性。

具体实施方式
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图1所示,一种承插压合内丝管件,包括管件主体1,管件主体1其中一端外壁套接有压合管2,在本实施例中,作为优选,所述压合管2为卡压管或者环压管。所述压合管2一端与管件主体1外壁固定连接,在本实施例中,作为优选,管件主体1与压合管2一体成型,增加了本发明的强度和密封性能。压合管2与管件主体1之间留有空隙,该空隙与管件主体1端部外相连通,该空隙的尺寸与需连接的管材的管径匹配,方便管材插入。管件主体1另一端设置有内丝接头3,所述内丝接头3外表面设置有玻璃钢防腐层,玻璃钢是良好的耐腐防锈材料,对大气、水和多种酸、碱、盐以及多种有机溶剂都有很好的抵抗能力,延长了本发明的使用寿命,并且其仅需在相应部件表面涂刷玻璃钢,制作工艺简单,非常方便实用。
在本实施例中,作为优选,所述管件主体1与压合管2位置对应的部分的外径小于管件主体1其余部分的外径,方便装配时管材套在管件主体1的端部。所述管件主体1的端面高于压合管2的端面或者与压合管2的端面齐平,增加了套于管材内的管件主体1端部的长度,提高了本发明与管材连接处的强度和刚度。
本发明的装配方法,包括以下步骤:
a:选取与本发明的管件主体1管径相匹配的管材,按照设定的长度进行切割;
b:将切割好的管材的切口在打磨工具上进行打磨,将切口打磨到圆滑为止,去掉其周边毛刺及毛边。作为优选,所述打磨工具为手提砂轮机或锉刀。
c:将经过步骤b处理过的管材套于管件主体1与压合管2对应的端部外壁,并插入底部,与压合管2内壁下部接触;
d:在压合管2与管件主体1之间的空隙内填入密封胶;
e:采用卡压或环压工具锁住压合管2,按照规定的压力压紧即可。对于不同管径的管材,选用的压力大小属于本领域的公知常识。作为优选,压紧方式为双卡压或者双环压,进一步增强了本发明的强度和密封性能,所述密封胶为厌氧胶或AB胶。
f:选取管材与内丝接头3丝接。
