Abstract
本发明涉及一种环保消音水锤泵,包括:设置在河渠水中的动力管,动力管与设置在河渠水中的泵体、竖直的进水管的底部连接,进水管的顶端与输水阀连接,输水阀与扩散管连接,进水管顶端,以及输水阀和扩散管被密封在空气罐中,空气罐的上半部分裸露在河渠的水面上,下半部分浸在河渠水中,浸在河渠水中的空气罐与出水管连接。本发明充分利用水的降噪音作用,将水锤泵的大部分构件都浸在水中,利用水的屏蔽作用,将传播到空气中的噪声降到最低,同时利用空气罐密闭输水阀,使输水阀产生的噪声不能直接进入外部的空气中,有效的降低了输水阀所产生的噪声。本发明还采用了软硬结合的阀瓣密封方式,整体噪声水平可以控制在85分贝以下。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一种环保消音水锤栗,是一种水力机械装置,是一种低噪音栗水装置。
背景技术
[0002]水锤栗具有其他水栗不可比拟的优点:水锤栗的栗水动力来源于水流本身,因此,它不需要煤炭、石油或电等其它能源,具有良好的生态环境效益。水锤栗的效率很高,最高效率可达到75%。水锤栗运动部件少,使用和维护十分方便,在无人值守的情况下,可24小时连续栗水。而且使用寿命长,有报道称一台水锤栗已经使用了 100多年,迄今仍然在正常运行。更为可贵的是水锤栗可以有效的利用大量存在的低水头(<5m)。这种低水头在世界各地普遍存在,但在现有技术条件下没有得到开发利用,白白浪费,如果能够充分利用,将产生不可估量的经济和社会效益。
[0003]但传统的水锤栗存一个十分严重的问题:水锤产生巨大的噪声,其噪声的响度可达到100分贝甚至130分贝,类似喷气式飞机起飞时的噪声。这样巨大的噪声会使人产生耳内刺痛的感觉,是一种严重的噪音污染。这问题使水锤栗不能在人口密集的地区特别是城市中使用,严重影响了水锤栗的推广,致使水锤栗只能在农村或者人烟稀少的地区使用。另夕卜,水锤栗的阀瓣与金属密封面的频繁高速碰撞会使密封面损坏,导致因渗漏降低水锤压力,出现影响输水效率的现象。因此,改进水锤栗密封性能,提高水锤栗的使用寿命也是需要解决的问题。
发明内容
[0004]为了克服现有技术的问题,本发明提出了一种环保消音水锤栗,所述的水锤栗采用多种措施降低水锤所产生的噪音,不仅可以提高水锤栗的寿命,还可以降低噪声,使得水锤栗可以在城市应用。
[0005]本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种环保消音水锤栗,包括:设置在河渠水中或埋在地下的动力管,所述的动力管与设置在河渠水中或埋在地下的栗体、竖直的进水管的底部连接,所述的进水管的顶端与输水阀连接,所述的输水阀与扩散管连接,所述的进水管顶端,以及输水阀和扩散管被密封在空气罐中,所述的空气罐的上半部分裸露在河渠的水面上或地面上,下半部分浸在河渠水中或埋在地下,浸在河渠水中或埋在地下的空气罐与出水管连接;所述的栗体与浸在河渠水中或埋在地下的泄水阀连接,所述的输水阀和泄水阀采用软硬结合的密封;所述的进水管设置一个通气管,所述的通气管的一端设置在进水管与空气阀连接的部位,另一端设置在空气罐外,与大气联通,通气管与大气联通的一端水平位置低于另一端,并裸露在河渠的水面上或地面上。

[0009]本发明产生的有益效果是:本发明充分利用水的降噪音作用,将水锤栗的大部分构件都浸在水中,使水锤波冲击管道的噪声首先传播到水中,利用水的屏蔽作用,将传播到空气中的噪声降到最低,同时利用空气罐密闭输水阀,使输水阀产生的噪声不能直接进入外部的空气中,有效的降低了输水阀所产生的噪声。本发明还采用了软硬结合的阀瓣密封方式,与传统采用硬质密封的阀瓣相比,可以将噪声降低。通过上述的各项措施,原型现场实测水锤栗的整体噪声水平能够降低到85分贝以下,比传统水锤栗噪声小得多。

[0015]本实施例是一种环保消音水锤栗,如图1所示。本实施例包括:设置在河渠5水中或埋在地下的动力管I,所述的动力管与设置在河渠水中或埋在地下的进口异径接头2连接,所述的进口异径接头与栗体4、竖直的进水管3的底部连接,所述的进水管的顶端与输水阀9连接,所述的输水阀与扩散管8连接,所述的进水管顶端,以及输水阀和扩散管被密封在空气罐10中,所述的空气罐的上半部分裸露在河渠的水面上或地面上,下半部分浸在河渠水中或埋在地下,浸在河渠水中或埋在地下的空气罐与出水管11连接;所述的栗体与浸在河渠水中或埋在地下的泄水阀6接,所述的输水阀和泄水阀带有软质的密封圈和硬质的密封圈。所述的进水管设置一个通气管7,所述的通气管的一端设置在进水管与空气阀连接的部位,另一端设置在空气罐外,与大气联通,通气管与大气联通的一端水平位置低于另一端,并裸露在河渠的水面上或地面上。

[0017]进口异径接头是为了不同口径的动力管与水锤栗进口之间的连接用的。由于泄水阀的阀瓣减小了栗体流道的过水断面,为了避免因栗体流道减小产生过高的水头损失,栗体流道的直径一般大于动力管的直径,包括水锤栗进口。
[0018]本实施例所述的栗体是弯头形状的,进口异径接头流出的水流是接近水平的,弯头将水平的水流引导为竖直向上的水流,与泄水阀相连,使泄水阀的阀瓣可以利用重力向下运动而开启。利用重力开启泄水阀的好处是阀瓣的受力更加均匀,不会受到弹簧指数型受力变化的影响。
[0019]输水阀是立式升降式止回阀,同样利用重力关闭,如图1所示。在工作过程中,输水阀的阀瓣上下移动。当阀瓣受水锤的冲击向上移动,则输水阀开启容许水流进入空气罐;当水锤冲击过后,阀瓣在重力的作用下向下移,输水阀关闭阻止空气罐水流进入栗体。
[0020] 泄水阀可以采用立式升降式止回阀或卧式旋启式止回阀。如果采用立式升降式泄水阀,当阀瓣在重力作用下向下移时泄水阀开启时,在作用水头的作用下动力管水流将加速流动;一旦阀瓣受到的水流拖拽力和压力之和超过其重力时,则阀瓣将迅速上移使泄水阀关闭,产生巨大的水锤压力。
[0021]空气罐也称为压力罐,主要利用罐内气体的压缩和膨胀起蓄水储能和吸收水锤冲击波的作用。由于水锤栗完全依靠泄水阀和输水阀的周期交替自动启闭利用水锤效应来输水,如果没有空气罐,则输水管的输水过程是周期性不连续的,当设置空气罐后,不仅可以使输水管的输水是连续的,而且可以提高水锤栗的效率。本实施例所述的空气罐不但可以起到调节水压的作用,还可以起到降噪音的作用。
[0022]传统的水锤栗的空气阀是一个通气的小孔,位于输水阀底部空气罐的罐壁上,作用是在水锤栗运行过程中对空气罐自动补气。在水锤栗运行过程中,空气罐气室的气体可能溶解于水逐渐减少,甚至完全溶解,致使空气罐失去作用,当设置空气阀补气后,则可以保证空气罐内始终有气体。由于本实施例所述的输水阀被空气罐密闭其中,因此,要将空气引入到输水阀的底部就需要一根管子,将输水阀的底部与大气连通。
[0023]水锤栗产生噪声的声源:一是泄水阀和输水阀的阀瓣与密封面的撞击,二是因阀门突然关闭在动力管和出水管中产生的水锤波引起的管道振动。根据这个分析采取降低噪声的措施。
[0024]降低噪声通常采用吸音和隔声的消音措施。吸音措施一般使用吸音材料,而吸音材料通常是柔性的材料。水锤栗两个阀门启闭产生的水锤波是水锤栗噪声的主要来源,而传播阀门噪声的主要是管道等硬质材料。为了提高水锤栗的输水效率,水锤栗的各个管道必须具有较高的刚度,以提高水击波速,以便产生较大的水锤压力,所以水锤栗的各个管道不能采用柔性材料,一般只能采用钢管或者铸铁管。换句话说,对于控制水锤的噪声,通过选择柔性管道的方式,控制水锤波大小而降低噪声会降低水锤栗的效率,完全不可取。隔声措施是指声波在空气中传播时,一般用各种易吸收能量的物质消耗声波的能量,使声能在传播途径中受到阻挡而不能直接通过的措施,这种措施称为隔声。
[0025]水是一种十分良好的隔音介质,为了消除水锤波引起的噪声,可以将水锤栗完全浸泡在水中,使整个水锤栗产生的噪声被水隔绝,无法传播到空气中。但是,不能随意的将水锤栗浸在水中了事,必须进行仔细的分析才能使浸泡在水中的水锤栗如同在水面上的水锤栗一样正常的工作。
[0026]水锤栗如果不能浸泡在水下,也可以埋在地下,并在水锤栗周围设置一些软性的隔音材料,一方面可以减小水锤栗产生的振动,另一方面利用掩埋水锤栗的泥土隔声效应,隔绝水锤所产生的噪声。
[0027]根据分析水锤栗的作用水头与水锤栗上下游水位差有关。如果泄水阀是自由出流(泄水阀在河渠的水面上),则作用水头等于上游水位与泄水阀出口高程之差。如果泄水阀是淹没出流(泄水阀浸泡在河渠的水中),则作用水头等于上游水位与下游水位(河渠的水位)之差。由于泄水阀自由出流时的出口高程必定大于下游水位,所以,当上、下游水位一定时,泄水阀淹没出流的作用水头必定大于泄水阀自由出流的作用水头,并且作用水头的大小与水锤栗在水中的淹没深度无关。换句话说,将动力管和水锤栗铺设在水下不会降低水锤栗的效率和流量,同时还能起到用水隔声的消音降噪作用。
[0028]基于上述原理,本实施例采用了将动力管、栗体、泄水阀、出水管设置在河渠的水下,可以明显的降低水锤冲击噪声。由于空气罐需要补气,空气罐下部的空气阀(带有通气孔或通气管)必须在水面上才能实现对空气罐的补气,而空气阀必须设置在输水阀的底部,所以,传统水锤栗的空气阀、输水阀、空气罐都不得不敞露安装在水面上。在此条件下,即使把动力管、栗体、泄水阀和部分出水管铺设在水下,输水阀开闭所产生的水锤噪声也会通过水面敞露的直管、输水阀、空气罐传播到敞开的空气中传播出去。
[0029]为解决输水阀开闭所形成的噪音,本实施例将输水阀内置于空气罐中,巧妙的利用了空气罐必须密闭的特点,即利用空气罐来对输水阀进行隔音,并将空气罐大部分浸在水中,利用水进一步隔音,如图1所示。由图1中可以看到,本实施例是将空气罐“套”在输水阀上,而不是像传统水锤栗那样将空气罐“顶”在输水阀上,这样一个换位,降低了空气罐的位置,可以将空气罐下半部分,以及与空气罐连接的部分出水管浸在河渠的水中,使出水管中水锤波的冲击噪声得到了有效的抑制。尽管通气管以上部分的空气罐还是需要暴露在敞开的空气中,但由于空气罐是封闭的,空气罐里的输水阀所产生的噪音被密闭在空气罐中,输水阀产生的噪声传播途径是:空气罐中的空气-空气罐的金属壳体-外部敞开的空气。由于输水阀产生的噪声传播到敞开的空气中要经过两种传播介质转换,其噪声的响度被大大的衰减。
[0030]由于输水阀被密闭在空气罐中,空气阀的通气孔就要改为通气管,将输水阀底部与外部敞开的空气联通。
[0031]采用上述隔声降噪措施后,除进气管以上部分的空气罐在水面上,暴露在敞开的空气中之外,产生较大噪声的泄水阀、栗体、动力管及部分水管和大部分空气罐都可以铺设在水下,使噪声得到有效的抑制。本实施例通过这些措施将水锤栗的噪声降到了85分贝以下,这个噪声水平与河道中水流声,以及城市白天的噪声水平相仿,也就是说本实施例所述的水锤栗即便安装在人口密集的城市中,也不会产生过度的噪声,而引起噪声污染,可以广泛的利用5米以下低水头进行冲洗、灌溉、绿化、喷泉甚至发电。
[0032]本实施例另一个降噪声的措施是在泄水阀和输水阀上使用软硬结合的密封方式。软硬结合的密封方式指的是在阀瓣和阀体密封处采用两道密封圈,一道是硬密封圈,另一道是软密封圈。传统的水锤栗一般只采用硬质密封圈。水锤栗主要依靠泄水阀与输水阀的交替启闭工作,产生将水栗到高处的功能,输水阀和泄水阀的开闭时间越短,水锤栗的效率越高。但产生的噪音也相当可观。如果完全采用橡胶之类柔性材料的密封圈,虽然可以有效的降低噪声,但阀瓣的频繁撞击会使会使柔性材料的密封圈很快损坏渗水,使水锤栗的效率大大降低。

1.一种环保消音水锤栗,其特征在于,包括:设置在河渠水中或埋在地下的动力管,所述的动力管与设置在河渠水中或埋在地下的栗体、竖直的进水管的底部连接,所述的进水管的顶端与输水阀连接,所述的输水阀与扩散管连接,所述的进水管顶端,以及输水阀和扩散管被密封在空气罐中,所述的空气罐的上半部分裸露在河渠的水面上或地面上,下半部分浸在河渠水中或埋在地下,浸在河渠水中或埋在地下的空气罐与出水管连接;所述的栗体与浸在河渠水中或埋在地下的泄水阀连接,所述的输水阀和泄水阀采用软硬结合的密封;所述的进水管设置一个通气管,所述的通气管的一端设置在进水管与空气阀连接的部位,另一端设置在空气罐外,与大气联通,通气管与大气联通的一端水平位置低于另一端,并裸露在河渠的水面上或地面上。

3.根据权利要求2所述的水锤栗,其特征在于,所述的软质密封圈和硬质密封圈的密封面水平设置,所述软质密封圈和硬质密封圈的密封面与水平面设置的阀瓣端面相配合。
