Abstract

The invention discloses a permission control method, which comprises the following steps: controlling a user device to receive an image from an external device, wherein the image is shot by the external device; analyzing the image, judging whether a human face exists in the image and generating a judgment result; comparing whether the face in the image is matched with the face characteristics of the user or not when the judgment result is that the face exists in the image, and generating a comparison result; and controlling the user equipment to execute the authority of the corresponding operation according to the comparison result. The invention also discloses an authority control device. The invention can ensure that the user equipment without the image shooting function can also verify the identity of the user, thereby controlling the authority of operating the user equipment.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an authority control apparatus, which can enable a user device without an image capturing function to verify the identity of the user, thereby controlling the authority for operating the user device.
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides an authority control device, including: the communication module is used for controlling the user equipment to receive an image from the external equipment, wherein the image is shot by the external equipment; the image analysis module is used for analyzing the image and judging whether the image has a human face or not and generating a judgment result; the comparison module is used for comparing whether the face in the image is matched with the face characteristics of the user or not and generating a comparison result when the judgment result is that the face exists in the image; and the authority control module is used for controlling the user equipment to execute the authority of the corresponding operation according to the comparison result.
Compared with the prior art, in the invention, the image of the user is received from the external equipment through the communication module, the image is shot by the external equipment, and the image is analyzed and subjected to face recognition through the image analysis module and the comparison module, so that the identity of the user can be verified, and the authority of operating the user equipment is further controlled, therefore, the identity of the user can be verified under the condition that the user equipment does not have the image shooting equipment, and the authority of operating the user equipment is effectively controlled.

In this embodiment, the authorization control device 101 of the present invention includes a communication module 1011, an image analysis module 1012, a comparison module 1013, and an authorization control module 1014. The permission control module 1014 is further configured to prohibit the user equipment 102 from performing the operation when the comparison result is that the first characteristic information does not match the second characteristic information.

In step 301, the communication module 1011 controls the user equipment 102 to receive an image from an external device, the image being taken by the external device, and the external device may be a mobile phone, a camera, or the like.
In step 302, the image analysis module 1012 analyzes the image.
In step 303, the image analysis module 1012 determines whether a human face exists in the image, if so, step 304 is performed, otherwise, step 306 is performed.

In step 307, the authorization control module 1014 prohibits the user device 102 from performing the operation when the face of the person in the image does not match the facial features of the user.
In this embodiment, since the image of the user is received from the external device through the communication module 1011, the image is captured by the external device, and the image is analyzed and face-recognized through the image analysis module 1012 and the comparison module 1013, the identity of the user can be verified, and the authority to operate the user device can be controlled, so that the identity of the user can be verified without the image capture device, and the authority to operate the user device can be effectively controlled.

In step 306, the permission control module 1014 prohibits the user equipment 102 from performing the operation when the comparison result is that the first characteristic information does not match the second characteristic information.

when the judgment result is that the image has a face, identifying the face features in the image and generating first feature information;
providing second characteristic information, wherein the second characteristic information is information of facial characteristics of a user;
comparing whether the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information are matched and generating a comparison result;
allowing the user equipment to execute corresponding operation when the comparison result is that the first characteristic information is matched with the second characteristic information;
and prohibiting the user equipment from executing corresponding operation when the comparison result is that the first characteristic information is not matched with the second characteristic information.
