It mainly includes of coiling mechanism: the device comprises a rotating arm 3, a fixed arm 9, a reinforcing rod 11, a reinforcing rib 10, a support shaft 15, a head pressing groove 14 and a winding shaft 13. The winding device is characterized in that the rotating arm 3 is fixed on a driving shaft 2 of the wire-rewinding machine positioned on one side of the frame 1, the fixing arm 9 is used for connecting the winding device with the rotating arm 3 through a bolt through a mounting hole 12, the winding shaft 13 is fixed on the fixing arm 9, one side of the supporting shaft 15 close to the fixing arm 9 is connected with the driving shaft 2, the other side of the supporting shaft 15 is connected with a driven shaft 5 of the wire-rewinding machine, so that the whole winding device is integrated with the driving shaft 2 and the driven shaft 5 of the wire-rewinding machine, the reinforcing rib 10 is arranged between the reinforcing rod 11 and the supporting shaft 15 to jointly reinforce the winding shaft 13, the winding shaft 13 and the supporting shaft 15 are integrated into a rigid body, and the head pressing groove 14 is arranged on the winding shaft 13; the coil stripping device comprises: a lining disc 16 and a locking nut 17, wherein the lining disc 16 is fixed on the side surface of the product 8 through the locking nut 17 so as to prevent the product 8 from moving during the working process. When the take-up is started, the head of the product 8 which is initially wound passes through the pressure head groove by about 145 cm and then can be fixed, the take-up machine is started to adjust the tension to a proper size, the product 8 can be arranged on the winding shaft 13 layer by layer, and the lining disc 16 plays a role in aligning the product 8 in the winding process. When a roll of products 8 is collected, the locking nut 17 on the lining disc 16 is loosened, the lining disc 16 is moved towards the driven shaft 5 side of the take-up machine to push out the mosquito coil products 8, and the driven shaft 5 on the take-up machine which is tightly propped against the supporting shaft 15 is loosened to take out the products 8.
