Abstract

多功能多向传动齿轮箱，箱体上穿装有一只第一转轴和一对以上的第二转轴，第一转轴上联接的一只第一圆锥齿轮与各第二转轴上联接的一只第二圆锥齿轮啮合，第二转轴的一端位于箱体内、另一端伸出在箱体外，第一转轴的两端伸出在箱体外，第一转轴上装有一只与其间隙配合的随动圆锥齿轮，随动圆锥齿轮与各第二圆锥齿轮啮合，第一转轴的中部装有的轴套与第二转轴位于箱体内的一端间隙配合。随动圆锥齿轮可平衡第一圆锥齿轮与第二圆锥齿轮间的相互作用力，且对第一转轴起到支承作用；轴套对第二转轴位于箱体的一端可起到支承作用。可见，通过上述的支承作用，在箱体上对第一转轴及第二转轴可只设一个支承点，进而可使箱体的整体尺寸大大缩小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种齿轮箱，具体地说是一种多向传动齿轮箱。
背景技术
在齿轮传动机构中，圆锥齿轮传动机构能够改变传动方向，它广泛的应用在齿轮箱中。现有采用圆锥齿轮传动机构的齿轮箱中，通常以一只输入轴传动一只或两只输出轴，在圆锥齿轮传动机构实现扭矩的传递中，相互啮合的齿轮间存在着作用力与反作用力，为保证传动中主动轴与从动轴传动中的稳定性，主动轴及从动轴在箱体上或其外部有两个支承点，且两支承点间的距离越大，稳定性越好，为此，齿轮箱的整体尺寸较大、占用空间较多，使得齿轮箱的应用范围得到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能多向传动齿轮箱，该齿轮箱结构尺寸紧凑、占用空间小，且传动平稳性好。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下方案：多功能多向传动齿轮箱，它具有一箱体，箱体上穿装有一只第一转轴和一对以上的第二转轴，第一转轴与第二转轴相垂直，第一转轴上联接有一只第一圆锥齿轮，每一第二转轴上均联接有一只第二圆锥齿轮，各第二圆锥齿轮与第一圆锥齿轮啮合，第二转轴的一端位于箱体内、另一端伸出在箱体外，第一转轴的两端伸出在箱体外，在第一转轴上装有一只随动圆锥齿轮，随动圆锥齿轮与第一圆锥齿轮呈对称布置，随动圆锥齿轮与第一转轴间隙配合且与各第二圆锥齿轮啮合，在第一转轴的中部装有轴套，轴套与第二转轴位于箱体内的一端间隙配合。
由上述方案可见，由于在第一转轴上的随动圆锥齿轮与第一转轴间隙配合且与两只第二圆锥齿轮啮合，因此，随动圆锥齿轮在不影响传动的前提下，可平衡第一圆锥齿轮与第二圆锥齿轮间的相互作用力，且对第一转轴起到支承作用；另外，第一转轴上的轴套与第二转轴一端通过间隙配合，轴套对第二转轴位于箱体的一端可起到支承作用。可见，通过上述的支承作用，在箱体上对第一转轴及第二转轴可只设一个支承点，进而可使箱体的整体尺寸大大缩小。
本发明结构紧凑、传动平稳，它整体尺寸小，可运用于多种传动场合。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例及附图进一步说明本发明。

本发明提供的多功能多向传动齿轮箱具有一箱体4，箱体上穿装有一只第一转轴1和一对第二转轴7，第一转轴1与第二转轴7相垂直，第一转轴上联接有一只第一圆锥齿轮5，各第二转轴7均上联接有一只第二圆锥齿轮8，第二圆锥齿轮8与第一圆锥齿轮5啮合。第二转轴7的一端位于箱体4内、另一端伸出在箱体4外，第一转轴1的两端伸出在箱体外，在第一转轴上装有一只随动圆锥齿轮9，随动圆锥齿轮9与第一圆锥齿轮5呈对称布置，随动圆锥齿轮9与第一转轴1间隙配合且与两只第二圆锥齿轮8啮合，在第一转轴的中部装有轴套6，轴套6与第二转轴7位于箱体4内的一端间隙配合。另外，在箱体的两则通过固定套2装有与第一转轴1配合的轴承3。
在本实施例中，轴套6的表面为突出的球面，第二转轴7位于箱体内的一端为凹陷的球面，第二转轴7凹陷的球面与轴套6突出的球面间隙配合。

本实施例与实施例一的区别是，轴套10的外侧具有突出的轴头10a，第二转轴7位于箱体内的一端具有盲孔7a，轴头10a与盲孔7a间隙配合。
本发明在使用时，第一转轴及第二转轴均可分别作为输入轴，也均可分别作为输出轴。以下结合两个使用实例加以说明。

在本使用实例中，以第一转轴1为输出轴，两只第二转轴7互为输入轴，在两第二转轴7上分别联接一只把手11a、及把手11b。操纵把手11a、把手11b，使两第二转轴7的转动方向相反，即可实现第一转轴1的转动。另外，若当把手11a或11b单独的向一个方向转动时，对应的把手11b或11a则会随之向相反的方向转动，进而实现联动。

在本使用实例中，以第一转轴1为输入轴，两只第二转轴7互为输出轴，在第一转轴1上联接一只手轮12。操纵手轮12使第一转轴1转动，即可实现两第二转轴7的转动，且两两第二转轴7的转动方向相反。
由以上两使用实例可见，本齿轮箱可实现多个方向的传动。另外，本发明提供的齿轮箱中，若使得第一圆锥齿轮、第二圆锥齿轮具有足够的空间，还可在两者间再增加设置一对或两对第二圆锥齿轮以及第二转轴，这样可实现更多的传动方向的传动。

Claims (3)

1.多功能多向传动齿轮箱，它具有一箱体，箱体上穿装有一只第一转轴和一对以上的第二转轴，第一转轴与第二转轴相垂直，第一转轴上联接有一只第一圆锥齿轮，每一第二转轴上均联接有一只第二圆锥齿轮，各第二圆锥齿轮与第一圆锥齿轮啮合，其特征在于：第二转轴的一端位于箱体内、另一端伸出在箱体外，第一转轴的两端伸出在箱体外，在第一转轴上装有一只随动圆锥齿轮，随动圆锥齿轮与第一圆锥齿轮呈对称布置，随动圆锥齿轮与第一转轴间隙配合且与各第二圆锥齿轮啮合，在第一转轴的中部装有轴套，轴套与第二转轴位于箱体内的一端间隙配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能多向传动齿轮箱，其特征在于：轴套的表面为突出的球面，第二转轴位于箱体内的一端为凹陷的球面，第二转轴凹陷的球面与轴套突出的球面间隙配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能多向传动齿轮箱，其特征在于：轴套的外侧具有突出的轴头，第二转轴位于箱体内的一端具有盲孔，轴头与盲孔间隙配合。
