Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有深浅效果的手工提花布染色方法,依次包括如下步骤:前处理、碱缩、准备染液、浸染及水洗氧化、开幅、皂洗、拉幅、轧光、烘焙,在对坯布进行染色前使用浓碱进行碱缩,这样使得提花布纹路松紧更加明显,从而促进染色,达到促染剂的作用,提高提花布的上色率;使用浓碱及保险粉对还原染料进行预还原,这样使的不溶于水的还原染料可溶于水的隐色体,提高对提花布中棉纤维的亲和力。本发明可解决如何使布料上的提花纹路具有深浅不一致效果的技术问题。

具有深浅效果的手工提花布染色方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种对提花布料进行处理,使布料的提花纹路具有深浅效果的染色方法。
背景技术
[0002] 由剑杆织布机纺织的提花布坏布上具有不同的图案,其布料表面构成图案的纹路的松紧是不一致的,密度高的地方为浅色,密度相对松弛的地方为深色;如采用普通的印花工序对坯布进行印染,其印花出来的效果大都深浅一致,无法根据需要做出提花边缘位置与中间位置的纹路深浅不一致的效果。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是提供一种具有深浅效果的手工提花布染色方法,解决如何使提花布坯布上的提花纹路具有深浅不一致效果的技术问题。
[0004] 具有深浅效果的手工提花布染色方法,包括如下步骤:
A、对坯布进行前处理,包括检布、烧毛、退浆、氧漂、丝光;
B、碱缩:使用溶度为400g/L的浓碱对经过前处理的坯布进行碱缩,这样使得提花的花型组织松紧不一;
C、准备染液:准备好还原染料,对还原染料进行预还原,每预还原Ig还原染料使用400g/L的浓碱、85%保险粉1.5g,水IOOmL,反应温度为50_60°C,时间为10_15min,这样使还原染料变成隐色体染料,提高其亲水性;
D、浸染及水洗氧化:将A步骤中经过碱缩的坯布放置在J型缸即斜管中,J型缸温度保持在60°C,坯布与缸内的水的浴比为1:10,加入2.5-8g/L的保险粉5min后加入C步骤中做好的预还原的染料,染色时间为10-15min,最后水洗氧化,使剩余的隐色体染料恢复成还原染料;
E、开幅:D步骤中染色时坯布采用绳状染色,需要展平,使用开幅机平幅;
F、皂洗:将坯布放置在皂洗槽中,皂洗槽的温度95-110°C,采用的皂洗剂的浓度为10g/L,车速:70m/min ;
G、拉幅:温度110°C,车速:60m/min,加入免烫保光整理剂的浓度为80g/L ;
H、轧光:温度 180 0C ο 车速 25-30m/min ;
Μ、烘焙:温度 170°C,车速 65-70m/min。

[0006] 所述免烫保光整理剂为多羧酸化合物。
[0007] 本发明的有益效果是:在对坯布进行染色前使用浓碱进行碱缩,这样使得提花布纹路松紧更加明显,从而促进染色,达到促染剂的作用,提高提花布的上色率;使用浓碱及保险粉对还原染料进行预还原,这样使的不溶于水的还原染料变成可溶于水的隐色体染料,提闻对提花布中棉纤维的未和力。具体实施方式

前处理为现有常规技术,依次包括检布、烧毛、退浆、氧漂、丝光。
[0010] 碱缩:使用溶度为400g/L的浓碱对经过前处理的坯布进行碱缩,这样使得提花的花型组织松紧不一,碱缩完之后将坯布放置在一旁。
[0011] 准备染液:准备好还原染料,由于还原染料不溶于水,要使染料对坯布进行染色,必需对还原染料进行预还原,每预还原Ig还原染料使用溶度为400g/L的浓碱、85%保险粉1.5g,水IOOmL,反应温度为50°C,时间为lOmin,还原染料变成隐色体染料后可提高其亲水性。
[0012] 浸染及水洗氧化:将经过碱缩的坯布放置在J型缸即斜管中,J型缸温度保持在60°C,坯布与缸内的水的浴比为1:10,加入2.5g/L的保险粉5min后加入做好的预还原的染料,染色时间为lOmin,最后水洗氧化,使剩余的隐色体染料恢复成还原染料。

[0041] 皂洗:将坯布放置在皂洗槽中,皂洗槽的温度102度。C,采用的皂洗剂的浓度为10g/L,车速:70m/min。

1.具有深浅效果的手工提花布染色方法:包括如下步骤: A、对坯布进行前处理,包括检布、烧毛、退浆、氧漂、丝光;其特征在于: B、碱缩:使用溶度为400g/L的浓碱对经过前处理的坯布进行碱缩,这样使得提花的花型组织松紧不一; C、准备染液:准备好还原染料,对还原染料进行预还原,每预还原Ig还原染料使用400g/L的浓碱、85%保险粉1.5g,水IOOmL,反应温度为50_60°C,时间为10_15min,这样使还原染料变成隐色体染料,提高其亲水性; D、浸染及水洗氧化:将A步骤中经过碱缩的坯布放置在J型缸即斜管中,J型缸温度保持在60°C,坯布与缸内的水的浴比为1: 10,视颜色深浅加入2.5-8g/L的保险粉,然后加入C步骤中做好的染液,染色时间为10-15min,最后水洗氧化,使剩余的隐色体染料恢复成还原染料; E、开幅:D步骤中染色时坯布采用绳状染色,需要展平,使用开幅机平幅; F、皂洗:将坯布放置在皂洗槽中,皂洗槽的温度95-110°C,采用的皂洗剂的浓度为10g/L,车速:70m/min ; G、拉幅:温度110°C,车速:60m/min,加入免烫保光整理剂的浓度为80g/L ; H、轧光:温度 180°C,车速 25-30m/min ; Μ、烘焙:温度 170°C,车速 65-70m/min。
