[0010] 1、在烟气系统中:烟气经锅炉两台引风机引出,两路烟气汇合后进入吸收塔进行脱硫。脱硫除雾后的净烟气由吸收塔出口排出,通过净烟道排至冷却塔排放。吸收塔入口增设喷淋降温装置,防止高温烟气损坏吸收塔的结构。
[0011] 2、在吸收塔系统中:原烟气与经喷淋雾化的浆液在整个吸收塔截面均匀接触,烟气中的酸性气体被吸收,且烟气中的飞灰也得到有效的洗涤。离开吸收段的烟气再连续流经两层平板式除雾器而除去所含浆液水滴,通过出口流出吸收塔。而SO2在吸收区被吸收后,在吸收塔底部的储液区与吸收剂进行氧化和中和反应,并最终形成石膏浆液。
[0012] 3、在石灰石浆液制备及输送系统中:石灰石粉经粉罐车自带的空压机压送至石灰石粉仓,再由下料系统进入石灰石浆液箱,与工艺水混合配置成石灰石浆液,通过石灰石浆液泵送入吸收塔内,作为脱硫吸收剂。
[0013] 4、在石膏脱水系统中:吸收塔的石膏浆液到达一定浓度后用石膏排出泵送至石膏旋流站,经脱水后,得到含水率不大于10%的石膏,储存在石膏库中。真空皮带脱水机排出的滤水进入滤液水池。滤液水池中的滤液经滤液泵打回吸收塔重复利用。为了控制脱硫系统中的Cr含量,滤液泵出口一分支作为废水排放定期向厂区废水处理点排放滤液。
[0014] 5、在浆液排放系统中:吸收塔区域在正常运行工况下的溢流、疏排和冲洗水收集至滤液水池,以便重复利用。当吸收塔需要排空检修时,塔内的浆液主要由石膏排出泵排至事故浆液箱。

[0016] 7、在压缩空气系统中:压缩空气主要用于真空皮带机吹扫、塔区仪表吹扫、气动阀门用气、石灰石粉仓仓顶布袋除尘器喷吹、石灰石粉仓锥部空气流化等。
[0017] 8、电气系统:电气系统主要包括供配电系统、电气控制与保护、照明系统、检修系统、防雷接地系统等,为脱硫工艺设备提供安全、有效的电力保障。

[0028] 2、在吸收塔系统中:原烟气与经喷淋雾化的浆液在整个吸收塔截面均匀接触,烟气中的酸性气体被吸收,且烟气中的飞灰也得到有效的洗涤。离开吸收段的烟气再连续流经两层平板式除雾器而除去所含浆液水滴,通过出口流出吸收塔。而SO2在吸收区被吸收后,在吸收塔底部的储液区与吸收剂进行氧化和中和反应,并最终形成石膏浆液。
[0029] 3、在石灰石浆液制备及输送系统中:石灰石粉经粉罐车自带的空压机压送至石灰石粉仓,再由下料系统进入石灰石浆液箱,与工艺水混合配置成石灰石浆液,通过石灰石浆液泵送入吸收塔内,作为脱硫吸收剂。
[0030] 4、在石膏脱水系统中:吸收塔的石膏浆液到达一定浓度后用石膏排出泵送至石膏旋流站,经脱水后,得到含水率不大于10%的石膏,储存在石膏库中。真空皮带脱水机排出的滤水进入滤液水池。滤液水池中的滤液经滤液泵打回吸收塔重复利用。为了控制脱硫系统中的Cr含量,滤液泵出口一分支作为废水排放定期向厂区废水处理点排放滤液。
[0031] 5、在浆液排放系统中:吸收塔区域在正常运行工况下的溢流、疏排和冲洗水收集至滤液水池,以便重复利用。当吸收塔需要排空检修时,塔内的浆液主要由石膏排出泵排至事故浆液箱。
[0032] 6、在工艺水系统中:工艺水主要用于除雾器冲洗、石灰石粉制浆、泵和管道停运时的冲洗、烟气降温喷淋等。
[0033] 7、在压缩空气系统中:压缩空气主要用于真空皮带机吹扫、塔区仪表吹扫、气动阀门用气、石灰石粉仓仓顶布袋除尘器喷吹、石灰石粉仓锥部空气流化等。
[0034] 8、电气系统:电气系统主要包括供配电系统、电气控制与保护、照明系统、检修系统、防雷接地系统等,为脱硫工艺设备提供安全、有效的电力保障。
[0035] 9、仪控系统:仪控系统包括整个脱硫工艺系统的状态参数检测、对象调节及控制,以及与锅炉状态信号的沟通。
[0036] 本发明采用石灰石-石膏湿法进行烟气脱硫,系统设计严格紧密,安全可靠,节能环保,与传统脱硫方法相比,脱硫效果好、效率高,具有一定的运用前景。
