本发明针对女性用补血的方式而起到补血养颜美容的效果,其采用的技术方案是,一种补血养颜汤的做法,其特征是:
组分是:党参2根,红枣5颗,桂圆肉5颗,枸杞子20颗,芡实30颗,猪脊骨250克,适量的盐与味精;
制作方法是:将锅洗净,放入党参,红枣,桂圆肉,芡实并加入清水加盖大火煲开后,转小火煲10分钟,加入枸杞子再煲10分钟,将猪脊骨斩成小碎块洗净,放入锅内炖20分钟,最后放入适量的盐与味精即可。
