本发明为解决现有核桃阿胶保健膏不具备保健功效的问题,发明一种具有补肾养血,润肤美容,促进造血,抗疲劳、健脑和延缓衰老等功效的对人体有保健作用的食疗膏。
本发明的技术方案是,一种核桃阿胶保健膏的食疗方法,其特殊之处是:
材料是:黄酒500克,阿胶200克,干枣200克,冰糖200克,桂圆肉100克,核桃100克,黑芝麻50克;
做法是:一是先将干枣取胡,然后将桂圆肉、核桃、黑芝麻研成末;二是将阿胶放入黄酒中浸1小时,然后一起置于陶瓷器中蒸15分钟,使其完全溶合;三是加入桂圆肉、核桃、黑芝麻等末,再蒸15分钟;四是放入冰糖即成。技术效果
