Abstract
一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置,由导线固定装置与绝缘标尺连接构成,所述导线固定装置由一绝缘联板及可拆卸安装于该绝缘联板上用于固定下导线子母线的两导线固定槽,所述导线固定槽由一安装座、一可转动设置于该安装座内的滑轮及一可拆卸安装于安装座上用于防止导线脱落的自锁保护销构成,所述绝缘标尺上设有用于标识长度的刻度。作业人员使用本发明在导线上行走时,作业人员所在导线的下导线会根据作业人员所在导线的弧垂变化而变化,能确实保证作业人员与下导线有足够的安全距离,使用简便、操作安全;同时,安装座上设置有自锁保护销,可有效锁住下导线子母线,防止装置移动时导线脱落,安全可靠。
Description
—种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及电网及输电线路带电作业技术领域,特别是一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置。
背景技术
[0002] 随着社会经济的发展,社会对于电力的需求越来越大,促使着电网规模不断扩大,架空线传输作为目前的电力输送的主体方式,线路规模也随之不断增大。而随着城市化进程的加快,土地资源越来越显紧张,常用的典型角钢铁塔占用线路通道宽且铁塔跟开大,不能适应经济发达地区土地资源紧张的现状。但若采用钢管杆,虽然能满足减少占地面积的要求,但钢管杆线路,使用条件比铁塔要求高,加工运输难度大,组立需要大型机械设备,对施工现场环境要求高,工程造价大,不利于运行维护。
[0003] 在此基础上,以窄基钢管塔为例的窄基塔应运而生。相较于常规的角钢铁、钢管塔,窄基钢管塔具有占地面积小、整体塔形紧凑稳固、塔身臂展紧凑、线路占用空间少等优点,因此近年来新增线路基建项目越来越倾向于使用该类塔形。
[0004] 随着社会对电力依赖程度的不断提升,其对于电能质量和持续供电都有着极大的要求,一旦停电将会造成巨大的经济损失及社会效应,因此不停电检修维护已成为电网检修维护的最常规手段。但窄基钢管塔由于本身塔身紧凑、臂展短等特点,常规带电作业方法要求的作业间隙无法满足;可以说窄基塔上的不停电检修维护方面几乎是个空白领域。
[0005] 对于带电作业的相关安全距离规定要求,220kV杆塔上等电位作业人员对相邻导线的距离应不小于2.5米。窄基塔各相导线架设紧凑,在需要人员等电位进入档中检修作业时,检修人员自重加上材料、工器具等的重量,会导致该相导线弧垂变大,可能导致无法满足等电位人员对相邻导线安全距离的要求。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的主要目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种能确实保证作业人员与下导线有足够的安全距离,使用简便、安全可靠的等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置。
[0007] 本发明采用如下技术方案:
[0008] 一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置,由导线固定装置与绝缘标尺连接构成,所述导线固定装置由一绝缘联板及可拆卸安装于该绝缘联板上用于固定下导线子母线的两导线固定槽,所述导线固定槽由一安装座、一可转动设置于该安装座内的滑轮及一可拆卸安装于安装座上用于防止导线脱落的自锁保护销构成,所述绝缘标尺上设有用于标识长度的刻度。
[0009] 进一步地,所述绝缘联板上开设有一组调节孔以调节两导线固定槽的距离。
[0010] 进一步地,所述安装座通过紧固件锁固于绝缘联板上。
[0011] 进一步地,所述安装座的外侧壁上形成有用于安装自锁保护销的纵向排列的两固定环。[0012] 进一步地,所述自锁保护销形成有可插入所述固定环内的销杆及形成于销杆顶端的可卡设于固定环上方的卡头。
[0013] 进一步地,所述绝缘联板上端形成有一绝缘标尺固定槽,所述绝缘标尺下端插置于该绝缘标尺固定槽内,并通过紧固件固定。
[0014] 进一步地,所述绝缘标尺上端装设有用于连接滑车的锁紧装置。
[0015] 由上述对本发明的描述可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:使用时,将绝缘标尺上端根据所需控制的距离调整好后锁在滑车上,将两导线固定槽分别安装在工作导线的下导线子母线上,这样作业人员在导线上行走时,作业人员所在导线的下导线会根据作业人员所在导线的弧垂变化而变化,能确实保证作业人员与下导线有足够的安全距离,使用简便、操作安全;同时,安装座上设置有自锁保护销,可有效锁住下导线子母线,防止装置移动时导线脱落,安全可靠;绝缘标尺上端装设有用于连接滑车的锁紧装置,能与各通用滑车连接锁紧,使用更方便。

[0020] 参照图1和图2,本发明的一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置,由导线固定装置与绝缘标尺I连接构成。
[0021] 所述导线固定装置由一绝缘联板2及可拆卸安装于该绝缘联板2上用于固定下导线子母线的两导线固定槽3,所述导线固定槽3由一安装座30、一可转动设置于该安装座30内的滑轮31及一可拆卸安装于安装座30上用于防止导线脱落的自锁保护销32构成。所述绝缘联板2上开设有一组调节孔20以调节两导线固定槽3的距离。所述安装座30通过紧固件锁固于绝缘联板2上。所述安装座30的外侧壁上形成有用于安装自锁保护销32的纵向排列的两固定环33。所述自锁保护销32形成有可插入所述固定环33内的销杆320及形成于销杆320顶端的可卡设于固定环33上方的卡头321。所述绝缘联板2上端形成有一绝缘标尺固定槽21。
[0022] 所述绝缘标尺I上设有用于标识长度的刻度。所述绝缘标尺I下端插置于绝缘标尺固定槽21内,并通过紧固件固定。所述绝缘标尺I上端装设有用于连接滑车的锁紧装置。
[0023] 参照图1和图2,本发明使用时,先将绝缘标尺I与导线固定装置固定连接,然后,将绝缘标尺I上端根据所需控制的距离调整好后锁在滑车上,将两导线固定槽3分别安装在工作导线的下导线子母线上,两导线固定槽3的距离根据实际需要调整好,这样作业人员在导线上行走时,作业人员所在导线的下导线会根据作业人员所在导线的弧垂变化而变化,能确实保证作业人员与下导线有足够的安全距离,

1.一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置,其特征在于:由导线固定装置与绝缘标尺连接构成,所述导线固定装置由一绝缘联板及可拆卸安装于该绝缘联板上用于固定下导线子母线的两导线固定槽,所述导线固定槽由一安装座、一可转动设置于该安装座内的滑轮及一可拆卸安装于安装座上用于防止导线脱落的自锁保护销构成,所述绝缘标尺上设有用于标识长度的刻度。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置,其特征在于:所述绝缘联板上开设有一组调节孔以调节两导线固定槽的距离。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置,其特征在于:所述安装座通过紧固件锁固于绝缘联板上。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置,其特征在于:所述安装座的外侧壁上形成有用于安装自锁保护销的纵向排列的两固定环。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置,其特征在于:所述自锁保护销形成有可插入所述固定环内的销杆及形成于销杆顶端的可卡设于固定环上方的卡头。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置,其特征在于:所述绝缘联板上端形成有一绝缘标尺固定槽,所述绝缘标尺下端插置于该绝缘标尺固定槽内,并通过紧固件固定。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种等电位导线上带电作业相间距离控制装置,其特征在于:所述绝缘标尺上端装设有用于连接滑车的锁紧装置。
