Abstract

本发明是一种新型炉体散热板,包括上层炉体和下层炉体,上层炉体和下层炉体之间设置有散热板,散热板沿上层炉体和下层炉体三面设置,在散热板的外侧、沿散热板的下端设置有连接有鼓风机的风管,在散热板上等距的设置有数个散热槽,每个散热槽为椭圆形,上层炉体和下层炉体之间通过螺钉与散热板连接,在风管上设置有若干风孔。本发明在炉体与炉体之间设置了散热板,设置了散热槽,增加了散热面积,散热快,在散热板的下方设置有风管,风管上设置有风孔,鼓风机从一端吹进冷风,通过风管和风孔对炉体进行降温,降温均匀。本发明结构简单,操作方便,散热快且散热均匀。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种散热板,尤其是一种新型炉体散热板。
背景技术   
    对经过加热后的炉体的散热是一直以来工业炉行业存在的问题,目前市场上的工业炉的散热一般为通过风扇对工业炉进行吹冷风实现的,但是这样不仅浪费了电,而且散热不均匀,对炉体也会造成一定的损伤。
发明内容
    为了解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
    本发明是一种新型炉体散热板,包括上层炉体和下层炉体,上层炉体和下层炉体之间设置有散热板,散热板沿上层炉体和下层炉体三面设置,在所述散热板的外侧、沿散热板的下端设置有连接有鼓风机的风管。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在散热板上等距的设置有数个散热槽。
本发明的进一步改进在于:每个散热槽为椭圆形。
本发明的进一步改进在于:上层炉体和下层炉体之间通过螺钉与散热板连接。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在风管上设置有若干风孔。
    本发明的有益效果是:本发明在炉体与炉体之间设置了散热板,设置了散热槽,增加了散热面积,散热快,在散热板的下方设置有风管,风管上设置有风孔,鼓风机从一端吹进冷风,通过风管和风孔对炉体进行降温,降温均匀。
    本发明结构简单,操作方便,散热快且散热均匀。

    如图1 -2所示,本发明是一种新型炉体散热板,包括上层炉体1和下层炉体2,所述上层炉体1和所述下层炉体2之间设置有散热板3,所述散热板3沿所述上层炉体1和所述下层炉体2三面设置,在所述散热板3的外侧、在所述散热板3上等距的设置有数个散热槽4,所述每个散热槽4为椭圆形,散热槽4增加了散热面积,散热效果好,沿所述散热板3的下端设置有连接有鼓风机6的风管5,在所述风管5上设置有若干风孔7,铜鼓鼓风机6吹进冷风,通过风管5和风孔7对炉体进行吹冷风散热,散热均匀,所述上层炉体1和所述下层炉体2之间通过螺钉与所述散热板3连接。
本发明在炉体与炉体之间设置了散热板,设置了散热槽,增加了散热面积,散热快,在散热板的下方设置有风管,风管上设置有风孔,鼓风机从一端吹进冷风,通过风管和风孔对炉体进行降温,降温均匀。
    本发明结构简单,操作方便,散热快且散热均匀。

1.一种新型炉体散热板,包括上层炉体(1)和下层炉体(2),其特征在于:所述上层炉体(1)和所述下层炉体(2)之间设置有散热板(3),所述散热板(3)沿所述上层炉体(1)和所述下层炉体(2)三面设置,在所述散热板(3)的外侧、沿所述散热板(3)的下端设置有连接有鼓风机(6)的风管(5),在所述散热板(3)上等距的设置有数个散热槽(4),所述每个散热槽(4)为椭圆形,所述上层炉体(1)和所述下层炉体(2)之间通过螺钉与所述散热板(3)连接,在所述风管(5)上设置有若干风孔(7)。
