技术领域
    本发明涉及一种涂料，具体涉及一种配方合理，生产成本低廉的膨胀型防火涂料。
背景技术
膨胀型防火涂料在发生火灾时，在火焰或高温作用下会发生膨胀，形成泡沫隔热层，厚度可为原涂层厚度的几十倍、有效地阻隔了外部热源对基材的升温作用，阻止燃烧的继续蔓延。
现有技术中的膨胀型防火涂料存在配方复杂，生产成本较高，且发生火灾时发泡不够均匀，不能有效地保护基材。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明为了解决现有技术中的不足，提供一种配方合理，生产成本低廉的膨胀型防火涂料。
技术方案：本发明所述的一种膨胀型防火涂料，包括如下质量份数的原料：多聚磷酸铵20-25份，柔性乳液2-3份，季戊四醇3-5份，聚磷酸铵5-8份，硅灰石粉1-2份，二聚氰胺5-7份，硅藻土1-2份，甲苯10-15份，催化剂3-5份。
    有益效果：本发明的涂料配方合理，生产成本低廉，一旦火灾发生时则可有效阻止火势蔓延，从而达到保护可燃基材的目的，具有岂会隔热的作用。
