Abstract

本发明提供一种换热器支撑座,包括底座、支撑板、弧形座和法兰,所述底座设置在支撑座底部,为一长方形板,底座的两端具有圆孔,底座的顶部两端连接支撑板,支撑板为两块,对称设置,两块支撑板相隔,相隔的空间截面上窄下宽,弧形座连接在支撑板的顶部,弧形座的两端连接法兰,法兰开有孔。本发明提供的这种换热器支撑座,在振动较大时,为减少冲击力,换热器承重点底部为空,因此会产生相对较大的振幅,是振动具有缓冲,同时,该支撑座两侧能够承受全部换热器的重量,使支撑座不至于因无法承重而结构散落。

本发明涉及一种换热器支撑座,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
在制冷设备中,特别是大型工业制冷设备中,大多采用卧室的管壳式换热器,现有的管壳式换热器直接采用水泥墩子或者采用直钢板作为底座,振动较大,焊接处极易发生断裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种换热器支撑座,能够解决以上所述问题,在振动较大的情况下,该支撑座能产生一定的减震作用。
本发明的的技术方案是:一种换热器支撑座,所述支撑座包括底座、支撑板、弧形座和法兰,所述底座设置在支撑座底部,为一长方形板,底座的两端具有圆孔,底座的顶部两端连接支撑板,支撑板为两块,对称设置,两块支撑板相隔,相隔的空间截面上窄下宽,弧形座连接在支撑板的顶部,弧形座的两端连接法兰,法兰开有孔。
进一步地,所述底座的厚度大于10mm,小于30mm。
进一步地,所述支撑板连接法兰的底部。 
进一步地,所述支撑板处于同于竖直面内,设置在底座的一侧。
本发明提供的这种换热器支撑座,在振动较大时,为减少冲击力,换热器承重点底部为空,因此会产生相对较大的振幅,是振动具有缓冲,同时,该支撑座两侧能够承受全部换热器的重量,使支撑座不至于因无法承重而结构散落。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,支撑座包括底座1、支撑板3、弧形座2和法兰4,所述底座1设置在支撑座底部,为一长方形板,底座1的两端具有圆孔,底座1的顶部两端连接支撑板,支撑板3为两块,对称设置,两块支撑板3相隔,相隔的空间6截面上窄下宽,弧形座2连接在支撑板3的顶部,弧形座2的两端连接法兰4,法兰4开有孔。在换热器重力加大时或者上下振幅较大时,该空间结构能够加大振幅,使振动加速度减小,能够承受一定的振动力。
底座1的厚度大于10mm,小于30mm。具有第一定的重量,以减少水平方向的振幅。
支撑板3连接法兰的底部,可使连接更加稳定。 
支撑板3处于同于竖直面内,设置在底座的一侧,有利于该空间的结构设计。

1.一种换热器支撑座,其特征在于,所述支撑座包括底座、支撑板、弧形座和法兰,所述底座设置在支撑座底部,为一长方形板,底座的两端具有圆孔,底座的顶部两端连接支撑板,支撑板为两块,对称设置,两块支撑板相隔,相隔的空间截面上窄下宽,弧形座连接在支撑板的顶部,弧形座的两端连接法兰,法兰开有孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种换热器支撑座,其特征在于,所述底座的厚度大于10mm,小于30mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种换热器支撑座,其特征在于,所述支撑板连接法兰的底部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种换热器支撑座,其特征在于,所述支撑板处于同于竖直面内,设置在底座的一侧。
