本发明涉及一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量份配比为：白术10-20份，大黄3-9份，莱菔子10-20份，茯苓10-20份，香附10-20份，砂仁10-20份，大腹皮5-15份，莪术10-20份，麦芽10-20份，吴茱萸3-9份，杜仲5-15份，高良姜4-12份，黄芪10-20份，陈皮10-20份，海螵蛸10-20份，川贝3-9份，甘草5-15份。本发明中药组合物具有健脾和胃、疏肝理气、消食导滞、散寒燥湿的功效，其治疗消化不良疗效显著，作用可靠，其组分药源广、配制简便、无毒副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物。
背景技术
功能性消化不良（FD）又称消化不良，是指具有上腹痛、上腹胀、早饱、嗳气、食欲不振、恶心、呕吐等不适症状，经检查排除引起上述症状的器质性疾病的一组临床综合征。症状可持续或反复发作，病程超过一个月或在过去的十二月中累计超过十二周。多数消化不良为难以找到确切病因的功能性消化不良(>50%)。目前，治疗功能性消化不良的药物无特效药，主要是经验治疗。药物有抑制胃酸分泌药、促胃肠动力药、根除幽门螺杆菌药和抗抑郁药等，上述药物只能针对症状进行治疗，虽有一定的疗效，但存在治标不治本的不足。
中医认为，功能性消化不良属中医的“脘痞”、“胃痛”、“嘈杂”等范畴。本病的发病原因主要是饮食阻滞、湿热中阻、情志失和、脾胃虚弱，基本病机为中焦气机不利、脾胃升降失职。
根据中医理论，针对功能性消化不良的发病机理，采用健脾和胃、消食导滞的治法，进行辩证的组方配伍，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中西药治疗功能性消化不良存在治标不治本的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白术10-20份、大黄3-9份、莱菔子10-20份、茯苓10-20份、香附10-20份、 砂仁10-20份、大腹皮5-15份、莪术10-20份、麦芽10-20份、吴茱萸3-9份、杜仲5-15份、高良姜4-12份、黄芪10-20份、陈皮10-20份、海螵蛸10-20份、川贝3-9份、甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白术15份、大黄6份、莱菔子15份、茯苓15份、香附15份、砂仁15份、大腹皮10份、莪术15份、麦芽15份、吴茱萸6份、杜仲10份、高良姜8份、黄芪15份、陈皮15份、海螵蛸15份、川贝6份、甘草10份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：白术具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗安胎的功效；大黄具有泻火消积、清热解毒、凉血止血、祛瘀止咳的功效；莱菔子具有消食除胀、降气化痰的功效；茯苓具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功效；香附具有理气解郁、调经止痛的功效；香附具有舒肝理气、解郁止痛的功效；砂仁具有化湿开胃、温脾止泻、理气安胎的功效；大腹皮具有下气宽中、行水消肿的功效；莪术具有行气破血、消积止痛的功效；麦芽具有健脾和胃、疏肝理气、行气消食的功效；吴茱萸具有散寒止痛、降逆止呕、助阳止泻的功效；杜仲具有补肝肾、强筋骨、补中益精气的功效；高良姜具有温胃散寒、消食止痛的功效；黄芪具有益气固表、补肺健脾、敛汗固脱、驱风运毒的功效；陈皮具有理气健脾、调中利水、燥湿化痰的功效；海螵蛸具有收敛止血、固精止带、制酸止痛、收湿敛疮的功效；川贝具有润肺止咳、化痰平喘、清热化痰的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏健脾和胃、疏肝理气、消食导滞、散寒燥湿之功效，对功能性消化不良达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率90%，治愈率达72%。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白术15g、大黄6g、莱菔子15g、茯苓15g、香附15g、砂仁15g、大腹皮10g、莪术15g、麦芽15g、吴茱萸6g、杜仲10g、高良姜8g、黄芪15g、陈皮15g、海螵蛸15g、川贝6g、甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白术10g、大黄9g、莱菔子10g、茯苓20g、香附10g、砂仁20g、大腹皮5g、莪术20g、麦芽10g、吴茱萸9g、杜仲5g、高良姜12g、黄芪10g、陈皮20g、海螵蛸10g、川贝9g、甘草5g。
实施例3
一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白术20g、大黄3g、莱菔子20g、茯苓10g、香附20g、砂仁10g、大腹皮15g、莪术10g、麦芽20g、吴茱萸3g、杜仲15g、高良姜4g、黄芪20g、陈皮10g、海螵蛸20g、川贝3g、甘草15g。
实施例4
一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白术12g、大黄8g、莱菔子12g、茯苓18g、香附12g、砂仁18g、大腹皮8g、莪术18g、麦芽12g、吴茱萸8g、杜仲8g、高良姜11g、黄芪12g、陈皮18g、 海螵蛸12g、川贝8g、甘草8g。
实施例5
一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：白术18g，大黄4g，莱菔子18g，茯苓12g，香附18g，砂仁12g，大腹皮13g， 莪术12g，麦芽18g，吴茱萸4g，杜仲13g，高良姜5g，黄芪18g，陈皮12g， 海螵蛸18g，川贝4g，甘草12g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，其中男25例，女25例，年龄20～80岁。病程最短者3个月，最长者达5年，平均7个月。
二、诊断标准：
(1)、餐后饱胀不适、早饱、上腹痛、上腹烧灼感；
(2)、没有明显器质性病变能够解释上述症状；
(3)、诊断前6个月开始出现症状、近3个月符合诊断标准。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用。七天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣、刺激及腐烂之物，油煎、火燎及不易消化的食物不宜多吃。
四、疗效标准：
(1)治愈：临床症状消失；
(2)好转：临床症状部分消失或者明显减轻；
(3)无效：临床症状无改善或加重。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药1-6个疗程，治愈36例，好转9例，无效5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：刘某，女，30岁。不喜食，食后胀满，反酸，胃部有灼烧感，近1个月尤其明显。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，灼烧感消失，反酸消失；继续巩固3个疗程，诸症状均消失治愈。
病例2：王某，男，70岁。不喜食，喜稀食，食量小，饭后胃部胀痛，有烧心，反酸感，便秘。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，自觉饭后胀痛减轻，未出现烧心、反酸，续服1个疗程，症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白术10-20份、大黄3-9份、莱菔子10-20份、茯苓10-20份、香附10-20份、砂仁10-20份、大腹皮5-15份、莪术10-20份、麦芽10-20份、吴茱萸3-9份、杜仲5-15份、高良姜4-12份、黄芪10-20份、陈皮10-20份、海螵蛸10-20份、川贝3-9份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗功能性消化不良的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白术15份、大黄6份、莱菔子15份、茯苓15份、香附15份、砂仁15份、大腹皮10份、莪术15份、麦芽15份、吴茱萸6份、杜仲10份、高良姜8份、黄芪15份、陈皮15份、海螵蛸15份、川贝6份、甘草10份。
