技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种治疗急性放射性皮炎的药物,属于中药技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 放射性皮炎(ad1dermatitis)是由于各种电离辐射包括X线射线以及放射性同位素照射皮肤、黏膜引起的炎症性损害。随着对放射线的认识及防护手段的提高,人们对此类疾病的警觉性已有了很大程度的提高,但随着放射线应用于医学诊断及治疗的不断普及,以及原子能工业的不断发展,人群接触放射线的机会不断增加,因此本病有增加趋势。
[0003] 急性放射性皮炎为短期内接受大剂量放射线所致,一般分为三度:
[0004] —度:以境界清楚的局限性红斑、水肿为主,伴有灼痛及瘙痒感。于3〜4周内逐渐消退,出现脱肩,遗留色素沉着和暂时性或永久性毛发脱落。
[0005] 二度:病变更为明显,除红斑、水肿外,还可出现水疱、糜烂或浅表溃疡,一般于I〜3个月内自行愈合。愈后可留有色素沉着、色素脱失、毛细血管扩张、皮肤萎缩、永久性毛发脱失、瘢痕形成和汗腺功能障碍等。
[0006] 三度:局部红肿严重,很快出现组织坏死,形成溃疡,病变可延伸至皮下组织、骨和内脏。具有潜行边缘和干燥基底的凿缘状“放射性溃疡”可持续数年和发生恶变。此种溃疡可伴剧痛。若痊愈后可形成萎缩性瘢痕,并可有色素沉着,色素脱失,毛发消失及毛细血管扩张等继发损害。
[0007]目前,常用的治疗急性放射性皮炎的方法为外用扑粉、炉甘石洗剂及龙胆紫外涂等。治疗效果不佳。
发明内容
[0008] 本发明克服了上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种治疗急性放射性皮炎的药物。该中药膏剂以纯中药组方,可有效治疗急性放射性皮炎。
[0009] 本发明的技术方案是:一种治疗急性放射性皮炎的药物,其特征是,包括内服药和外洗药,
[0010] 所述内服药由下述重量的原料药制成:熟地黄25-30克、玄参10-15克、金银花15-20克、沙棘15-20克、山慈菇10-15克、鸡血藤8_12克、当归8_12克、乌梢蛇10-15克和甘草3-8克。
[0011] 所述外洗药由下述重量的原料药制成:生地黄15-20克、蒲公英10-15克、苦参10-15克、龙胆草10-15克、牡丹皮10-15克、丹参10-15克、黄芩8-12克、黄柏8-12克、没药10-15克和艾叶8-12克。

[0013] 所述内服药由下述重量的原料药制成:熟地黄30克、玄参15克、金银花15克、沙棘20克、山慈菇12克、鸡血藤10克、当归10克、乌梢蛇12克和甘草5克。
[0014] 所述外洗药由下述重量的原料药制成:生地黄20克、蒲公英12克、苦参15克、龙胆草10克、牡丹皮15克、丹参10克、黄芩10克、黄柏10克、没药12克和艾叶10克。
[0015] 配制及服用方法:内服药水煎煮,分两次早晚服用;外洗药水煎煮,煎煮液清洗患处,分三次使用,使用时保持温度在30-40°C。5天为I个疗程。

[0017] 熟地黄:甘,微温。归肝、肾经。功能与主治:补血滋阴,益精填髓。用于血虚萎黄,心悸怔忡,月经不调,崩漏下血,肝肾阴虚,腰膝酸软,骨蒸潮热,盗汗遗精,内热消渴,眩晕,耳鸣,须发早白。
[0018]玄参:甘、苦、咸,微寒。归肺、胃、肾经。功能与主治:清热凉血,滋阴降火,解毒散结。用于热入营血,温毒发斑,热病伤阴,舌绛烦渴,津伤便秘,骨蒸劳嗽,目赤,咽痛,白喉,瘰疬,痈肿疮毒。
[0019] 金银花:清热解毒。治温病发热,热毒血痢,痈疡,肿毒,瘰疬。外用可消炎散痈、清热解毒。治痈疽、肿毒、疮癣、痈肿疔疮、肠痈肺痈等。
[0020] 沙棘:酸、湿,温。功能与主治:止咳祛痰,消食化滞,活血散瘀。用于咳嗽痰多,消化不良,食积腹痛,瘀血经闭,跌扑瘀肿。
[0021] 山慈菇:甘,微辛,寒。入肝、脾经。消肿,散结,化痰,解毒。治痈疽疔肿,瘰疬,喉痹肿痛,蛇、虫、狂犬伤。
[0022] 鸡血藤:苦、微甘,温;归肝经。功能与主治:补血活血,通经活络。本品气味柔和,走守兼备,能化阴生血,温通经脉,活血通络,推陈致新,有润而不燥、补而不滞,行而补破之特点,对血虚所致之风湿痹痛,淤滞疼痛及妇科诸证,均有良效。
[0023] 当归:甘、辛,温。归肝、心、脾经。功能与主治:补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。酒当归活血通经。用于经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤。
[0024] 乌梢蛇:甘,平。归肝经。功能与主治:祛风,通络,止痉。用于风湿顽痹,麻木拘挛,中风口眼歪斜,半身不遂,抽搐痉挛,破伤风,麻风疥癣,瘰疬恶疮。
[0025] 甘草:甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。功能与主治:补脾益气,滋咳润肺,缓急解毒,调和百药。主治咽喉肿痛,痛疽疮疡,胃肠道溃疡以及解药毒、食物中毒等。
[0026] 生地黄:清热凉血,养阴生津。用于热入营血,温毒发斑,吐血衄血,热病伤阴,舌绛烦渴,津伤便秘,阴虚发热,骨蒸劳热,内热消渴。
[0027] 蒲公英:清热解毒,利尿散结。治急性结膜炎,感冒发热,急性扁桃体炎。蒲公英外科多用,取其清热解毒,散结消肿,能散滞气,通乳汁。
[0028] 苦参:苦,寒。归心、肝、胃、大肠、膀胱经。功能与主治:清热燥湿,杀虫,利尿。用于热痢,便血,黄疸尿闭,赤白带下,阴肿阴痒,湿疹,湿疮,皮肤瘙痒,疥癣麻风,外治滴虫性阴道炎。
[0029] 龙胆草:苦,寒。归肺、肝经。功能与主治:清热化痰,止咳平喘,解毒利湿,凉血止血。用于肺热咳嗽,痰多气喘,咽痛,口疮,湿热黄疸,衄血,便血,崩漏,外伤出血。
[0030] 牡丹皮:苦、辛,微寒。归心、肝、肾经。功能与主治:清热凉血,活血化瘀。用于热人营血,温毒发斑,吐血衄血,夜热早凉,无汗骨蒸,经闭痛经,跌扑伤痛,痈肿疮毒。
[0031] 丹参:苦,微寒。归心、肝经。功能与主治:活血祛瘀,通经止痛,清心除烦,凉血消痈。用于胸痹心痛,脘腹胁痛,瘕瘕积聚,热痹疼痛,心烦不眠,月经不调,痛经经闭,疮疡肿痛。
[0032] 黄芩:苦,寒。归肺、胆、脾、大肠、小肠经。功能与主治:清热燥湿,泻火解毒,止血,安胎。用于湿温、暑湿,胸闷呕恶,湿热痞满,泻痢,黄疸,肺热咳嗽,高热烦渴,血热吐衄,痈肿疮毒,胎动不安。
[0033] 黄柏:苦,寒。归肾、膀胱经。功能与主治:清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗疮。用于湿热泻痢,黄疸尿赤,带下阴痒,热淋涩痛,脚气痿蹙,骨蒸劳热,盗汗,遗精,疮疡肿毒,湿疹湿疮。盐黄柏滋阴降火。用于阴虚火旺,盗汗骨蒸。
[0034] 没药:为橄榄科植物地丁树或哈地丁树的干燥树脂,又名末药。味苦,性平,归心、肝、脾经。具有活血止痛、消肿生肌之功。现代药理研究证实,没药有止痛,降低血浆纤维蛋白原,抑菌作用。
[0035] 艾叶:辛、苦,温;有小毒。归肝、脾、肾经。功能与主治:温经止血,散寒止痛。夕卜用祛湿止痒。用于吐血,衄血,崩漏,月经过多,胎漏下血,少腹冷痛,经寒不调,宫冷不孕;夕卜治皮肤瘙痒。醋艾炭温经止血,用于虚寒性出血。
[0036]中医认为:放射性引起的皮肤粘膜损失是由于热邪伤阴引起蓄发脱肩、热痒、溃疡,热血产生红斑,血瘀至色素沉着,气血凝滞,经络阻塞。本发明采用内服药滋阴养血,清热凉血,解毒透疹,促进创面血液循环,活血通络;采用外洗药清热燥湿,抑菌抗菌,抑制创面污染,将坏死组织溶解化,改善局部血压循环,促进肉芽的生长。内服药和外洗药配合使用,从而达到有效治疗急性放射性皮炎的目的。
[0037] 本发明的有益效果是:以纯中药组方,可以有效治疗急性放射性皮炎。自2011.3-2012.3,对67例癌症放疗患者所致的急性放射性皮炎采用本发明内服加外洗的方式进行治疗,治愈65例,治愈率为97.0%。

[0039] 病例1:王某,女,63岁。患者2011.3诊断为宫颈癌,遂进行放射治疗,剂量为6000CGY,放疗后患者皮肤出现红斑、水肿及水疱,诊断为急性放射性皮炎(二度),采用本发明内服加外洗的方式治疗,2个疗程后完全治愈。
[0040] 病例2:李某,女,58岁。患者2011.5诊断为右下肢股骨软组织肉瘤,术后进行放疗,在放射治疗过程中出现大面积的放射性皮炎(三度),即皮肤破溃,疼痛难忍,不能入眠。经采用本发明内服加外洗的方式治疗,3个疗程后完全治愈。
[0041] 病例3:姜某,男,68岁。患者2012.2诊断为食道癌,由于患者年龄较大,采用保守放射治疗,剂量为4000CGY,放疗后患者皮肤出现浅表性溃疡,诊断为急性放射性皮炎(二度),采用本发明内服加外洗的方式治疗,2个疗程后完全治愈。
