Abstract
一种利用插针连接的连接器内导体结构，包括竖直的顶盘结构，顶盘结构上安装有多个与工装结构上的工装孔匹配的插针结构，插针结构和顶盘结构是通过数控车床进行加工，通过切断保证各尺寸的长度，本发明通过采用数控车床与平面磨的工装结构，将插针结构装入工装孔中，调整磨床磨平零件左端面，通过磨床进行顶盘结构的磨平，解决了采用打压的方式造成的不光滑问题，保证产品的一致性，在很大程度上提高了工作效率。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种连接器，特别涉及一种利用插针连接的连接器内导体结构。
背景技术
[0002] 连接器在电路内被阻断处或孤立不通的电路之间，架起沟通的桥梁，从而使电流流通，使电路实现预定的功能。连接器一般包括内导体和外导体，内导体一般为插针式结构，内导体的直径在0.45mm左右，顶端的直径在0.8mm,比较细小，通常的加工制作方法是通过数控车加工一根较长的直径为0.45mm的长直圆柱，然后通过仪表车对一端进行礅粗，使其形成直径0.8mm,长度为0.2mm的顶端，由于在该内导体的制作过程中要进行打压操作，耗费的时间和人工量巨大，而且制作出的产品由于打压的操作特性，可能造成表面的不光滑，影响到产品的工作性能。
发明内容
[0003] 为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种利用插针连接的连接器内导体结构，通过采用数控车床与平面磨的工装结构，有效的解决了采用打压的方式造成的不光滑问题，同时节约了工作时间，减少了劳动力的消耗，具有结构简单使用方便的特点。

[0005] 一种利用插针连接的连接器内导体结构，包括竖直的顶盘结构，顶盘结构上安装有多个与工装结构上的工装孔匹配的插针结构。
[0006] 插针结构和顶盘结构是通过数控车床进行加工，通过切断保证各尺寸的长度。
[0007] 所述顶盘结构采用平面磨工艺进行内导体的修改，通过将插针结构装入工装孔中，调整磨床磨平零件左端面，保证顶盘结构的尺寸。

[0015] 如图1所示为本发明的一种内导体的结构图，图2为本发明使用的工装结构图。该内导体由两部分组成，一部分为插针结构1，另一部分为顶盘结构2，顶盘结构2为竖直形状，插针结构I也为竖直形状，垂直于顶盘结构2，插针结构I和顶盘结构2通过数控车床进行加工，通过切断保证各尺寸的长度。顶盘结构2采用平面磨工艺进行内导体的修整，通过将插针结构I装入工装结构4的工装孔3中实现匹配，调整磨床磨平零件左端面，保证顶盘结构2的尺寸，节省了生产成本。
[0016] 所述工装结构4采用45#钢材质,厚度为IOmm的矩形,方便平面磨床磁力卡盘的装夹，插针结构I装入工装孔中，顶盘结构2将留在工装4的上方，通过磨床进行顶盘结构2进行磨平，使产品的尺寸一致性得到很大的提高。
[0017] 通过采用数控车床和平面磨的工艺，有效的解决了采用打压的方式造成的不光滑问题，采用工装结构显著的提高了生产效率，相比于之前的礅压方法快300倍，同时大大降低了工人的劳动强度。

1.一种利用插针连接的连接器内导体结构，其特征在于:包括竖直的顶盘结构，顶盘结构上安装有多个与工装结构上的工装孔匹配的插针结构。
