Abstract
本发明涉及电磁阀技术领域,特别涉及一种先导式防腐电磁阀,包括弹簧、动铁芯、密封轴、活塞、以及从上往下依次排列的线圈组件、阀盖与由聚四氟乙烯加工而成的阀体,所述阀盖上部与所述线圈组件底部连接、下部与所述阀体顶部连接,所述线圈组件外围套设有电磁线圈,所述弹簧与动铁芯从上往下依次设于所述线圈组件内部中间,所述弹簧上端与所述线圈组件内部连接、下部与所述动铁芯连接,所述活塞套设于所述阀盖下部中间,所述密封轴上部穿过所述阀盖上部的中间孔道与所述动铁芯下部固定连接,所述活塞内部设有先导孔。本发明的先导式防腐电磁阀,具有结构简单、成本低廉、操作方便、防腐性能优异等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电磁阀技术领域,特别涉及一种先导式防腐电磁阀。
背景技术
随着我国流体自动化控制行业的不断发展,自动化程度越来越高,不同行业流体介质各有不同,在医疗制药、化工化学、环保或清洗设备等行业,大多要使用各种强酸或强碱性气体或液体作为工作介质。现有一般电磁阀制造使用的材料是黄铜、铸铁、不锈钢等,只能适用于无腐蚀的流体介质。因此,开发一种适合于各种强酸或强碱性流体介质、且能自动控制、成本低廉、操作方便、性能可靠的防腐电磁阀便为研究热点之一。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种先导式防腐电磁阀,它具有结构简单、成本低廉、操作方便、防腐性能优异等优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种先导式防腐电磁阀,包括弹簧、动铁芯、密封轴、活塞、以及从上往下依次排列的线圈组件、阀盖与由聚四氟乙烯加工而成的阀体,所述阀盖上部与所述线圈组件底部连接、下部与所述阀体顶部连接,所述线圈组件外围套设有电磁线圈,所述弹簧与动铁芯从上往下依次设于所述线圈组件内部中间,所述弹簧上端与所述线圈组件内部连接、下部与所述动铁芯连接,所述活塞套设于所述阀盖下部中间,所述密封轴上部穿过所述阀盖上部的中间孔道与所述动铁芯下部固定连接,所述活塞内部设有先导孔。
进一步地,所述活塞下部套设有大氟橡胶O型圈,用于密封阀口。
进一步地,所述密封轴下部套设有小氟橡胶O型圈,用于密封所述先导孔。
进一步地,所述弹簧下部嵌于所述动铁芯中间的凹槽内。
进一步地,所述密封轴上部与所述动铁芯下部通过螺纹固定连接。
进一步地,所述线圈组件与所述阀盖之间设有密封件。
进一步地,所述阀盖与所述密封轴和阀体之间均设有环形密封垫。
本发明的阀体由聚四氟乙烯等防腐材料加工而成,密封件采用氟橡胶,其它零件与流体介质完全隔离,由普通材料加工而成,而且通过电磁作用实现开启与关闭功能,因而本发明具有防腐功能优异,结构简单、成本低廉、操作方便等优点。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例,见图1所示:
一种先导式防腐电磁阀,包括弹簧6、动铁芯5、密封轴4、活塞10、以及从上往下依次排列的线圈组件8、阀盖9与由聚四氟乙烯加工而成的阀体1,所述阀盖9上部与所述线圈组件8底部连接、下部与所述阀体1顶部连接,所述线圈组件8外围套设有电磁线圈7,所述弹簧6与动铁芯5从上往下依次设于所述线圈组件8内部中间,所述弹簧6上端与所述线圈组件8内部连接、下部与所述动铁芯5连接,所述活塞10套设于所述阀盖9下部中间,所述密封轴4上部穿过所述阀盖9上部的中间孔道与所述动铁芯5下部固定连接,所述活塞10内部设有先导孔d,所述活塞10下部套设有大氟橡胶O型圈2,所述密封轴4下部套设有小氟橡胶O型圈3,所述弹簧6下部嵌于所述动铁芯5中间的凹槽内,所述密封轴4上部与所述动铁芯5下部通过螺纹固定连接,所述线圈组件8与所述阀盖9之间设有密封件,所述阀盖9与所述密封轴4和阀体1之间均设有环形密封垫。
本发明工作原理:所述电磁线圈7通电后即瞬间产生磁场,在电磁力的作用下,所述动铁芯5克服所述弹簧6弹性力和流体压力而吸合,从而直接带动所述密封轴4往上移动,此时上腔室e容积增大,压强减小,所述密封轴4离开所述先导孔d端口,所述先导孔d打开,此时进气口a和下腔室f压差平衡,流体的压力冲开所述活塞10往上移动,此时阀口c与出气口b连通,本发明处于开启状态,流体经进气口a、阀口c再经出气口b流出。当所述电磁线圈7断电后,电磁力消失,所述动铁芯5在所述弹簧6的弹性力作用下向下移动,从而带动所述密封轴4向下移动,并通过所述小氟橡胶O型圈3封闭所述先导孔d,所述密封轴4再带动所述活塞10往下移动,通过所述大氟橡胶O型圈2封闭阀口c端口,此时进气口a的压差大于下腔室f,阀门关闭更严,本发明处于关闭状态。

Claims (7)
1.一种先导式防腐电磁阀,其特征在于:包括弹簧(6)、动铁芯(5)、密封轴(4)、活塞(10)、以及从上往下依次排列的线圈组件(8)、阀盖(9)与由聚四氟乙烯加工而成的阀体(1),所述阀盖(9)上部与所述线圈组件(8)底部连接、下部与所述阀体(1)顶部连接,所述线圈组件(8)外围套设有电磁线圈(7),所述弹簧(6)与动铁芯(5)从上往下依次设于所述线圈组件(8)内部中间,所述弹簧(6)上端与所述线圈组件(8)内部连接、下部与所述动铁芯(5)连接,所述活塞(10)套设于所述阀盖(9)下部中间,所述密封轴(4)上部穿过所述阀盖(9)上部的中间孔道与所述动铁芯(5)下部固定连接,所述活塞(10)内部设有先导孔(d)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的先导式防腐电磁阀,其特征在于:所述活塞(10)下部套设有大氟橡胶O型圈(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的先导式防腐电磁阀,其特征在于:所述密封轴(4)下部套设有小氟橡胶O型圈(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的先导式防腐电磁阀,其特征在于:所述弹簧(6)下部嵌于所述动铁芯(5)中间的凹槽内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的先导式防腐电磁阀,其特征在于:所述密封轴(4)上部与所述动铁芯(5)下部通过螺纹固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的先导式防腐电磁阀,其特征在于:所述线圈组件(8)与所述阀盖(9)之间设有密封件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的先导式防腐电磁阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖(9)与所述密封轴(4)和阀体(1)之间均设有环形密封垫。
