Abstract

本发明涉及一种防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料及其制备方法,属于高分子材料技术领域。该聚乙烯泡沫材料包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:低密度聚乙烯100~120份、成核剂0.5~1.5份、纳米氧化锌0.5~2份、α-溴代肉桂醛1~3份、发泡剂1~5份、单甘脂1~2份、甲基硫酸(3-月桂酰胺基丙基)三甲基铵1~2份。本发明产品质量轻,透明性好,减震性能和抗冲击性能良好,且具有良好的防霉和抗菌作用;同时,本发明优选以二氧化碳为发泡剂,避免了使用丁烷为发泡剂时带来的安全隐患。此外,本发明制备方法简单,易于推广应用。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
[0002] 救生衣是一种救护生命的服装,设计类似背心,采用尼龙面料、氯丁橡胶、浮力材料、可充气的材料或反光材料等制作而成,穿在身上具有足够浮力,使落水者头部能露出水面,是船上、飞机上的救生设备之一。
[0003]目前市场上最常见的救生衣为背心式,采用聚乙烯泡沫塑料外包尼龙面料制成,其使用年限为5-7年。正是由于救生衣的贮存使用环境,决定了救生衣很容易霉变。现有市场上大部分救生衣没有防霉杀菌功能,因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前高分子材料技术领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料及其制备方法,该制备方法简单,制得的防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料质量轻,透明性好,具有良好的减震和抗冲击性能。
[0005] 本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:低密度聚乙烯100^120份、成核剂0.5^1.5份、纳米氧化锌0.5^2份、α -溴代肉桂醛f 3份、发泡剂f 5份、单甘脂广2份、甲基硫酸(3-月桂酰胺基丙基)三甲基铵f 2份。
[0006] 所述的发泡剂为二氧化碳。
[0007] 所述的成核剂为碳酸钙。
[0008] 本发明还提供一种防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1):将低密度聚乙烯、成核剂、纳米氧化锌、α-溴代肉桂醛和甲基硫酸(3-月桂酰胺基丙基)三甲基铵混合均匀,得到混合物料;
步骤(2):将步骤(1)得到的混合物料用挤出机挤出发泡,同时通过计量泵向挤出机中注入发泡剂和单甘脂,挤出温度为14(T230°C,然后再定型,分切,展平,牵引,卷曲,包装,即得到本发明的防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料。
[0009] 本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:(1)本发明产品质量轻,透明性好,减震性能和抗冲击性能良好,且具有良好的防霉和抗菌作用,可广泛用于制造救生衣;(2)本发明优选以二氧化碳为发泡剂,避免了使用丁烷为发泡剂时带来的安全隐患;(3)本发明产品制备方法简单,易于推广应用。

基硫酸(3-月桂酰胺基丙基)三甲基铵1份。
[0012] 本实施例防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1):将低密度聚乙烯、碳酸钙、纳米氧化锌、α-溴代肉桂醛和甲基硫酸(3-月桂酰胺基丙基)三甲基铵混合均匀,得到混合物料;
步骤(2):将步骤(1)得到的混合物料用挤出机挤出发泡,同时通过计量泵向挤出机中注入二氧化碳和单甘脂,挤出温度为14(T230°C,然后再定型,分切,展平,牵引,卷曲,包装,即得到本发明的防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料。实施例2
一种防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:低密度聚乙烯120份、碳酸钙1.5份、纳米氧化锌2份、α -溴代肉桂醛3份、二氧化碳5份、单甘脂2份、甲基硫酸(3-月桂酰胺基丙基)三甲基铵2份。

一种防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料,包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:低密度聚乙烯110份、碳酸钙1份、纳米氧化锌1.3份、α -溴代肉桂醛2.1份、二氧化碳3份、单甘脂1.4份、甲基硫酸(3-月桂酰胺基丙基)三甲基铵1.5份。

采用常规微生物抗菌效果检测,其抗菌力结果为:金黄色葡萄球菌92%,大肠杆菌90%。

1.一种防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料,其特征在于包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:低密度聚乙烯100-120份、成核剂0.5^1.5份、纳米氧化锌0.5^2份、α -溴代肉桂醛f 3份、发泡剂广5份、单甘脂f 2份、甲基硫酸(3-月桂酰胺基丙基)三甲基铵f 2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料,其特征在于所述的发泡剂为二氧化碳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料,其特征在于所述的成核剂为碳酸钙。
4.权利要求1所述的防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤: 步骤(1):将低密 度聚乙烯、成核剂、纳米氧化锌、α-溴代肉桂醛和甲基硫酸(3-月桂酰胺基丙基)三甲基铵混合均匀,得到混合物料; 步骤(2):将步骤(1)得到的混合物料用挤出机挤出发泡,同时通过计量泵向挤出机中注入发泡剂和单甘脂,挤出温度为14(T230°C,然后再定型,分切,展平,牵引,卷曲,包装,即得到本发明的防霉抗菌聚乙烯泡沫材料。
