Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of architectural decoration, in particular to a marble-imitated diatomite wall material and a construction method thereof.
Background
Diatomite is a siliceous sedimentary rock of biological origin, mainly composed of remains of ancient diatoms, and has the characteristics of fineness, looseness, light weight, porosity, strong water absorption and permeability and the like. With the increasing requirements of people on the environmental protection of living environment, the diatomite gradually becomes a popular novel interior decoration material, and the wall material added with the diatomite has the advantages of room temperature regulation, peculiar smell elimination, harmful substance absorption and decomposition and the like. At present, although diatomite wall materials can be used to make certain textures on the surface of the wall body to increase the decoration performance, there is still room for improvement in this respect.
The natural marble is metamorphic rock formed by the original rock in the crust through the action of high temperature and high pressure in the crust, belongs to medium-hard stone, and mainly comprises calcite, limestone, serpentine and dolomite. The main component of the calcium carbonate is calcium carbonate which accounts for more than 50 percent, and the other components comprise magnesium carbonate, calcium oxide, manganese oxide, silicon dioxide and the like. The natural marble has hard texture, more varied colors, different depths and various glosses, thereby forming unique natural beauty. In recent years, with the improvement of living standard, people continuously update the aesthetic concept of their living environment, and marble is increasingly appearing in home decoration. The marble used as the indoor and outdoor decorative surface has good decorative effect and durability, but the marble has high price and high construction and transportation cost. Because marble generally contains impurities, and calcium carbonate is easily weathered and corroded by carbon dioxide, carbide and water vapor in the atmosphere, the surface loses luster quickly. The stone is easy to be damaged when being impacted by a hard heavy object, and the light-colored stone is easy to be polluted and difficult to clean.
Therefore, if a marble-like diatomite wall material close to marble texture can be provided, the requirement of people on the decoration of the diatomite wall material can be satisfied to a certain extent.

Example 12:
the invention provides a construction method of the marble-imitated diatomite wall material, which comprises the following specific steps:
step 1: carrying out substrate treatment on the wall body;
the wall is treated according to the common method in the field, so that the wall is suitable for the subsequent construction of the diatomite wall material. In order to obtain a better marble-like decoration effect, the wall body should be integrally scraped with waterproof putty and coated with a base film, and the corners of the wall body are well protected by masking paper; if the wall base materials are different, bandage or mesh cloth should be attached to the connection position; after the treatment is finished, the humidity of the wall body is required to be less than 10%, the pH value is required to be less than 10, and the wall body is integrally flat, compact, clean, free of floating dust and free of cracking and hollowing;
step 2: uniformly mixing the diatomite wall material and water according to the weight ratio of 1: 0.4-0.6;
in the step, the water amount can be neither too much nor too little, the weight ratio of the diatomite wall material to the water is preferably 1:0.5, otherwise, the subsequent construction is inconvenient, and the texture effect of the finished product is even influenced. The more uniform the stirring, the better the workability of the material; in order to obtain better imitation marble decoration effect, the following method can be selected to uniformly mix the diatomite wall material and water: firstly, adding water with the water consumption of 80% into a container, then adding a diatomite wall material, standing for 3-5 minutes, then stirring for 8-10 minutes by using an electric stirrer, slowly adding the remaining 20% of water during stirring, standing for 3-5 minutes, and then stirring for 8-10 minutes by using the electric stirrer to uniformly mix; after mixing, standing for 30-60 minutes to obtain a better effect;
and step 3: scraping for two times; after the first batch scraping, attaching a foam board on the wall surface to pull out the rough surface effect of the stone texture; after the wall material is completely dried, dipping paint with a color different from that of the diatomite wall material by a brush to draw out the texture of the stone material; after the coating is completely dried, performing batch scraping for the second time by using a diatomite wall material with the color different from that of the diatomite wall material used in the first batch scraping and the coating; after the wall material is completely dried, grinding and polishing the wall material along the stone texture by using 320-mesh sand paper to show the marble texture, wherein the whole marble texture is uniform and consistent; and cleaning dust, and then coating a layer of transparent antique glaze.
In the step, in order to obtain a better marble-imitated decoration effect, the thickness of the wall material scraped in the first batch is 1-1.5 mm, and the thickness of the wall material scraped in the second batch is 0.1-0.3 mm; the invention adopts a secondary batch scraping mode for construction, and after primary batch scraping, a foam board is attached to the wall surface to pull out the rough surface effect of the stone texture; after the wall material is completely dried, dipping paint with a color different from that of the diatomite wall material by a brush to draw out the texture of the stone material; after the coating is completely dried, performing batch scraping for the second time by using a diatomite wall material with the color different from that of the diatomite wall material used in the first batch scraping and the coating; after the wall material is completely dried, grinding and polishing the wall material along the stone texture by using 320-mesh sand paper to show the marble texture, wherein the whole marble texture is uniform and consistent; and cleaning dust, and then coating a layer of transparent antique glaze.
The inventor has found through intensive research that in order to use the wall material containing diatomite to present the texture of marble, the first key point is the formula of the diatomite wall material; the second key point is the construction method, including the proportion of the diatomite wall material and water, the stirring method, the time of each construction and the specific operation method in the two constructions, etc., which all affect the texture effect of the finished diatomite wall material.
Through years of research, the inventor develops the marble-imitated diatomite wall material and the construction method thereof according to the texture characteristics of marble, so that wall body decorative patterns with texture close to that of natural marble can be manufactured, and the requirement of people on the decoration of the diatomite wall material is met.
In conclusion, after the diatomite wall material and the construction method thereof are used for construction on a wall body, the finished product has beautiful effect and texture close to natural marble, and meets the requirement of people on the decoration of the diatomite wall material. In addition, the diatomite wall material provided by the invention does not contain any substances harmful to human bodies, does not emit harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia gas, radon and the like, has the functions of adsorbing and decomposing the harmful gases, has a certain temperature balancing function, and has the characteristics of simple transportation and construction.
The invention improves the application of the diatomite in the decorative material and brings a healthier and environment-friendly choice for the family life.
