Abstract
一种用于和其它同样砖片互锁形成地板覆盖层的模块砖,它能提高运动场地面的摩擦力,改善突然产生的侧向运动的耐受度。砖片包括矩形塑料支承网格,多个支撑柱垂直地与十字连接件的底边连接,互锁装置结合到周壁,并由周壁向外延伸。互锁装置在相邻周壁之间形成连续、均匀的移动间隙,这个间隙可以吸收侧向力。连续塑料板给砖提供一个平的表面盖板,可作为连续平坦的运动场地板覆盖板之用。
Description
本发明涉及塑料砖,该砖支承在地面上以提供例如篮球,网球之类体育活动的运动场地。更具体地说,本发明属于塑料的模块砖,该砖互锁起来形成运动场地面,当施加突然的侧向力时能提供摩擦力和安全性。
作为体育运动活动场地已经开发出繁多的地面覆盖层。例如,硬木板地面长期来一直被认为是以其反弹性和舒适性著称,但该种地面很难维护而且建造费用大。运动场地也有将水泥砖片粘到水泥地面上,但是,这种场地在运动员摔倒时不能提供理想的安全性。木板地和水泥地都有一个共同的缺点,这就是普遍对跳跃,跑动和突然改变运动方向的体育运动不能吸收侧向冲击力。
模块状地板已广泛流行,这是由于其用途的多面性,但还是未能满足运动场地的各种要求的标准。从构造上讲,模块 砖由塑料制成,通常采用网格结构,砖面呈十字图形并具从网格十字面向下延伸的间隔开的支承柱,各种网格结构的地面已被建造,并能提供一定的所需要求及美学上很好的图案。
本发明者已经研制出许多种具有特殊立柱支承结构的模块砖以及砖面的变形。以下美国专利代表发明者在这方面已作的工作:专利号NO.Des 274,588,其他的发明者也有采用类似的模块砖,构成网格体系作运动场地。以下所举的是一些这类具有代表性专利:J.P.M。Becker等人的专利NO.3,438,312;RalphEttlinger,Jr.的专利NO3,909,996;K。AnthonyMenconi的专利NO.4,436,799;Raymond W。Leclerc的专利NO.4,008,548;Esk0 NIssinen的专利陋4,167,599, Hans Kraayenhof的专利NO.4,226,064以及Chester E.Dekko的专利NO.255,744。
值得注意的是,尽管如传统的硬木板地面所证实的舒适的内在优点,但这些专利中没有一篇提出采用塑料模块砖在体育运动场地铺成连续平坦的地面。代之于此,若使用网格结构的地面,则产生具体的设计问题以增大摩擦力并减小由于摔倒和其他形式的与地面接触而受损伤的危险。现有技术中的确已出现许多不同设计,多数情况是试图采用比传统使用的运动场地具有更多优点的网格体系。
不用平坦连续面的主要原因在于加工和维护塑料砖片很困难,这些砖是不用粘接物而铺垫在支承地面上的,尽管在温度和延长使用效果不断地有变化。Menconi等人的美国专利4,436,799讨论了几个限制网格体系加工的重大缺陷。比如,保持支承柱与支承面接触的条件是严格的,甚至是重要的问题。温度变化会造成砖翘起,边角上卷并产生令人不测的安全事故,也限制了这种砖作为球类接触面的有效使用。
涉及这一缺陷的先有技术中已包含使用膨胀接头和十字增强件或肋板。已经采用了张拉安装工艺并且还在减小热膨胀系数的材料成分精选方面作了偿试。历来对于网格结构处理这方面问题的困难强调了这样的事实,即具有连续平坦面的模块砖甚至更可能卷翘变形。连续的塑料表面由于聚合物经受温度变化而更加趋向于扭曲和卷翘。因此,现有技术实际上限制了塑料砖作为连续平坦面的运动场地的铺盖物。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供场地地面构件,该构件可互锁连结在一起形成模块地板覆盖层,还能不使用粘结物铺在底层地面上并保持平坦。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种地面用砖,该砖能吸收侧向力,以减小施加在运动人员脚和锞部的阻力。
本发明的第三个目的是提供一种模块砖,该砖能提供连续平坦的具有最大摩擦力的地面,而且固定在地面上时尽管受温度变化也不会卷翘和变形。
这些和其他目的实现在于将一模块砖与其它相似砖互锁连结起来作为局部地板覆盖层用于体育活动场地、球场及类似场地,通过改进砖的时受性可以减小运动人员突然侧向移动的损伤。本发明之砖包括一个塑料支承网格,该网格具有矩形构形,其四边由周壁包围,该网格包含相同长度的交叉十字单元的重复图形。这些十字单元从整体上构成支撑网格,并且从周界壁向内延伸,沿着一共用面连接十字的交点并在其之间形成间隔的开口。
为了在支承地面上提供一接触平面,支承柱被整体地附连在十字相交点的底侧,支承柱大体垂直于支承网格并具有相同长度。互锁装置连在砖上并从周界壁向外伸出,以便能同相同设计的附加模块砖在对应边缘处进行可拆卸地连接。该互锁装置固定被连接砖时稍微分离开一定距离以便在相邻周界壁之间提供连续均匀的移动间隙。在静止状态下,此边界间隙达到的分离距离在0.5至2.0毫米范围内,并且通过在互锁装置上的偏离位置设定这一间隙,设定这一间隙对相对于被连接砖周界壁沿垂直方向施加的侧向力产生响应,收缩或拉长此间隙,从而产生对侧向力的吸收作用。该互锁装置提供了回弹性或恢复力以使砖返回到偏离位置和要求的间隙范围。以均匀厚度随支承网格上边缘整体加工一块连续的塑料板,便提供了一块平坦表面的盖板,其边缘以砖的周界壁为界。
如果结合附图及以下的详细说明,其他目的和特性对该领域专业人员来说是不言自明的。

图1给出一块模块塑料砖,适合应用在网球场,篮球场或其他体育场所作为地面覆盖层。这和模块状塑料砖独特地综合其特性可以提供连续平坦表面11,防止了上文中所述现有技术的砖构件网格状结构由于温度变化而使砖卷翘变形。平表面11提供于体育运动所需的相当改进的摩擦面积,有利于运动员改变运动方向,起跑,急停,作其他与体育活动相关的迅速移动动作的需要。这些砖能分别互相连结成适用于运动场地的连续平坦地面。
平坦表面11由塑料支承网格支承,这点从图3清楚可见,这种地面网格形成一个其四边各由周界壁12包围的矩形结构。并且包含一重复的相交十字条13的图形,十字条具有共同的高度和宽度。这些十字条被整体地制成并从周界壁12向内延伸,在十字条交点14处接合。从而在各十字条13之间形成许多间隔的开口15。许多相同长度的支承柱16被整体成形并连接在十字条交点14的底侧,垂直于支承网格。
当从顶部脱除开砖的平坦部分时,这种支承网格呈现为由十字条相联结的支承柱阵列,十字条使支承柱保持在一共同平面内,用以在支柱结构的底端17接触地面同时十字条的上侧接触整体成形的上盖板11。支承网格和支柱组件结构成分均匀而且在几何上呈十字重复图形,以使温度变化和使用时的膨胀效果减至最小。
塑料支承网格还包括互锁连结装置20和21,它们被连接并从周界壁12向外伸出,以便在相应边缘可拆卸地连接另外的相同设计的模块砖。这种互锁装置的作用不仅在于连接相邻的砖,同时还在各砖的周界壁12之间设定了适当的位移量。这一点通过在相邻周界壁24和25之间设定一连续而均匀的位移间隙23而实现(图4)。该间隙的分开距离可以在0.5至2。0毫米范围内,但最好为近似1毫米。此分开距离是基于考虑到1平方英尺面积的砖而定,对不同大小的砖也可以稍有变化。
这一所需的分开距离通过具有一定外形的互锁装置20和21实现,即拟定一个偏离位置,该位置以规定的分开距离但对沿垂直于周界壁24和25方向施加于砖的侧向力产生响应,从而确定了各砖p的该偏离位置。换句活说,偏离位置的设定是在没有侧向力情况下由砖及其互锁装置假定的。该偏离位置表示在图4和图5中。这时也可视为静止状态,与砖受到侧向力F(图5)时动态形成对照。取决于侧向力的强度,间隙23可以变小(或者扩大,如果向反方向施加力)因而可吸收侧向作用力。当所施力消除时,互锁装置20和21返回原先所要求间隙范围内的偏离位置。
图4中更清楚地图解了互锁装置20和21的工作和部件。在此最佳实施例中,互锁装置包括一个与支承网格整体成形的凸环20,还限定出一个用于容纳插入件21的环孔30。该环孔30的空间大小设计成能与对应的插入件21适度地密配合并且允许一定的活动余地。如图2和图3可看出,插入件21有两个部件,一偏压弹簧夹31和稳定件32。弹簧夹31具有凸缘33,它起止动件作用,以保持两块砖处于联结关系。凸缘33抵住相邻砖的侧边12的下方。稳定件32套在环孔30的圆弧段内,弹簧夹的凸缘33在环3 内抵住周界壁。
该互锁装置的构形更清楚地图解于图4。该图表示稳定件32处于环的左侧,其作用是在一侧设定出偏离位置和要求间隙23所分开的范围或距离。弹簧夹凸缘33的作用是延伸砖块,通过推动连接着凸环20的砖使两块相连砖延伸,直到凸环的内环孔壁顶住稳定件32。换句话说,两块砖是被弹簧偏置到分开距离23的,但是响应克服弹簧偏压力的侧向作用力时也可紧缩到一起。
当作用拉力时(和图5中显示的力相反),互锁装置20和21还能拉长间隙23。这时,构件20的环形部分在克服稳定件32的阻力中略微拉长。该力释放时,环件20的弹性把稳定件32拉回到最初静态分离间隙23的偏离位置。
总之,互锁装置提供三种不同模式的弹簧偏离相互联接。在偏离位置或静态模式中,当环件20在稳定件32和弹簧偏离件33附近时,间隙23由环件20静态几何结构决定。在第二种模式中,压缩力将一块砖推向另一块砖,从而减少了间隙23。当力终止后,随着偏离件33伸长,把这些砖又被推回静态状态,静态块片间隙又恢复。最后,第三种模式是在离开间隙23处施加力,在拉稳定件32时,拉长环件20。当力消失后,环的弹性把拉长的砖拉回到最初静态位置。
为了完善砖片结构,制备了一块连续的塑料板18,以均匀的厚度随支承网格顶边19整体成形。这块上部塑料板提供了一个平的表面盖板,但受其边缘到砖周壁12的约束。因此在图1和图2中(即俯视图和侧视图)显示了具有平的周壁结构12(图2)的平的表面11。而图3显示的支承网格是在这个周壁内。表面盖板的厚度至少为1.5毫米,最好是2到2.5毫米,理由是总高度28是12毫米。这里要再次说明,这些尺寸可以变化,它取决于砖块的大小。
这些尺寸使得由网格支撑的表面盖板有足够的刚性,能完全控制热膨胀和一般由被支撑的塑料砖引起的地面变形或效果不佳等其它问题。这一点再与砖块之间的偏离间隙23的结合,就能把一个连续平坦的砖块表面作为突起的网格砖结构的部分来使用。
在制造阶段完成的最终构件能保持所要求的平坦形状。特别是本发明涉及通过常规模制技术(例如在高温下把液态聚合物注入模具进行塑化)制备砖片的方法。在高温下把砖从模子中取出,砖冷却时注意观察它的弯曲方向和弯曲程度。如果砖块的任何一个角向上弯曲,则应注意其弯曲的程度。在继续加工中,从模具中取出砖块,这些相同砖的角从它们自然弯曲运动在一定程度上偏转到相反的方向,从而聚合物的结构被加压,在冷却时的移动可以使之变平。这种加压的作用应用于每一随后从模具中取出的砖块,因此,在上述冷却期间砖块是受力的。
砖块的弯曲程度多少有些凭直觉,往往基于制造者对于上述特殊的聚合物和砖片的制造经验。可以事先聚合物冷却时弯曲的相反方向压上一重物,以预防冷却时的弯曲。
因此,本发明提出的平表面砖结构是可行的,只要事先加压,以克服在砖片冷却时和随后聚合物加工中引起的自然弯曲。这个预加压的砖片能依靠每个砖片的形状来保持所设计的平坦形状,包括在每一砖之间所要求的间隙,进而建立的相互连接的结构。这种结构另一个优点是有利于运动员,它能对突然运动起缓冲阻力的作用,而普通地板硬性阻力常引起关节扭伤和其他伤害事故。
因此,本发明提供了令人惊訝和未曾料到的双重好处。一方面,它提供了具有最大摩擦力的平表面;另一方面,这个地面还有与网格支撑的塑料砖相关的抵抗垂直冲击阻力的能力。此外,由于侧向力被吸收进相邻的砖结构,进一步减弱了垂直冲击。简言之,能平铺的砖片的发展,尽管与现有技术制备这样的砖的经验相反,它增加了新的优点,即人们在使用这种地板时,减少了由于使用的地板结构缺少间隙而引起的关节,滕盖和其它组织的损伤或受压的危险。
根据本发明,砖片的制造还应用了特殊的成份,包括低密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯共聚体。相同模量的其它成份的可替换物,对本领域的技术人员来说是可以识别的。
除了前面所讲的之外,平表面的砖还具有全部模块砖结构的方便性的优点,包括砖可以单个被替换。对于用水泥或其它可接受的材料作为底面来说,构造价格便宜,其它优点对于本技术领域技术人员来说是熟知的。
Claims (8)
1.一种排列的形成地板覆盖物的互锁模块砖,每一块上述砖包括:
1)一个由周壁(12)将四边围成矩形的塑料支承网格,它包括整体形成并具有共同相应尺寸的多个相互连接的十字件(13)的重复图案,该十字件由周壁向内延伸,沿着带有多个形成于其间的间隙开口(15)的共同平面,连接于十字结合处(14);
2)多个共同长度的支撑柱(16)整体地与十字结合处(14)的底边结合基本上垂直于支承网格;
3)连接到周壁并由周壁(12)向外延伸的互锁装置(20,21,30,31,32,33,34)与相同设计的另外的模块砖的相应边呈可拆卸连接;其特征是:相邻砖的所述互锁装置(20,21,30~34)是以这种方式排列而配接,设置偏压弹簧互连使相邻的周壁(12)离开连续均匀的位移间隙(23),静态下该间隙在0.5到2.0毫米范围内,使得沿与互相连接的周壁(12)相垂直方向施加在砖上的侧向力通过所述间隙(23)的减小或增大而被吸收,上述偏压弹簧互连提供返回偏离位置和所要求的间隙范围的恢复力;以及厚度均匀与支撑网格顶边(19)整体形成的连续塑料板(18),提供了平面盖板,它由砖的周壁(12)边缘所约束。
2.按照权利要求1所述的砖,其特征在于,所述互锁装置(20,21,31~34)包括一个凸环(20)和一个设置在互锁砖的相邻周壁(12)上的插入件(21),所述插入件插进上述凸环上的一个环孔(30)中。
3.按照权利要求2所述的砖,其特征在于,所述插入件(21)包括一个偏压弹簧夹(31)和一个稳定件(32),由该偏压弹簧夹(31)抵住周界壁(12,34),所述凸环(20)由周壁伸出,所述稳定件嵌套在所述环孔(30)的与该周壁相对的弧形段内。
4.按照权利要求3所述的砖,其特征在于,所述偏压弹簧夹(31)具有凸缘(33),它抵在相邻砖的侧边(12)的下方以便将所述插入件(21)夹持在所述凸环(20)内。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的砖,其特征在于,互锁装置(20,21,31~34)产生允许周壁压缩或伸长的量可至少移两周壁1毫米。
6.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的砖,其特征在于,所述砖的表面盖板的均匀厚度至少为1.5毫米。
7.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的砖,其特征在于,该塑料包括直链低密度聚乙烯。
