Abstract

本发明属于高分子材料领域,公开了一种ABS/PC抗菌材料及其制备方法。该材料由包含以下重量份的组分制成:ABS60-85份、PC30-50份、聚乙烯蜡7-8份、硬脂酸钠10-12份、碳粉10-12份、氧化银15-20份、碳酸锂10-12份和抗氧剂0.1-5份。该材料是将ABS、PC、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钠、碳粉、氧化银、碳酸锂和抗氧剂加入到双螺杆挤出机,本发明的制得的材料不仅具有良好的力学性能和易加工性,而且还具有良好的抗菌性能,可以应用于冰箱内层和其他需要抗菌材料的地方。

一种ABS/PC抗菌材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,特别涉及一种ABS/PC抗菌材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种综合性能优良的热塑性工程塑料,广泛应用于电子、电器和汽车制造业。随着应用领域的不断扩大,对材料的性能提出了新的要求。尤其是在成型大型薄壁件时,要求材料具有良好的耐冲击性,但是由于PC制品耐热性好,易产生应力开裂,对缺口敏感,因而在一定程度上限制了它的应用。
将ABS树脂与PC共混,一方面提高了ABS树脂的耐热性能和力学性能,另一方面降低了PC的熔体粘度,提高了流动性,改善了加工性,因而备受人们关注,由于ABS树脂常被用作冰箱内层材料,这样在使用的过程中不仅要求其具有相应的力学性能,而且还需要其具有抗菌性。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明的目的是提供了一种ABS/PC抗菌材料及其制备方法,制得的材料不仅具有良好的力学性能和易加工性,而且具有良好的抗菌性能,可以应用于冰箱内层和其他需要抗菌材料的地方。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种ABS/PC抗菌材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
ABS                   60-85份,
PC                    30-50份,
聚乙烯蜡                7-8份,
硬脂酸钠              10-12份,
碳粉                  10-12份,
氧化银                15-20份,
碳酸锂                10-12份,
抗氧剂                0.1-5份。
所述PC为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
所述碳粉为活性炭。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。  
一种ABS/PC抗菌材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取ABS60-85份、PC30-50份、聚乙烯蜡7-8份、硬脂酸钠10-12份、碳粉10-12份、氧化银15-20份、碳酸锂10-12份和抗氧剂0.1-5份;
(2)将上述称好的原料倒入高速混合机中,混合10-20分钟后,加入双螺杆挤出机,螺杆各区的温度为:第一区160-180℃,第二区190-220℃,第三区230-250℃,第四区260℃。
有益效果:
本发明采用聚碳酸酯和ABS树脂的混合来得到结合了两者力学性能的树脂材料,并且在配方中加入了氧化银和碳酸锂颗粒,使材料具有一定的抗菌作用;加入碳粉使得整个体系中的抗菌作用增强,从而得到了一种具有良好抗菌作用的高力学性能的材料,这种材料可以用于冰箱内层和各类电器面板,具有良好的抗菌效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)称取ABS60kg、双酚A型聚碳酸酯30 kg、聚乙烯蜡7 kg、硬脂酸钠12 kg、活性炭12 kg、氧化银20 kg、碳酸锂10 kg和抗氧剂1010  2kg;
(2)将上述称好的原料倒入高速混合机中,混合10分钟后,加入双螺杆挤出机,螺杆各区的温度为:第一区160℃,第二区190℃,第三区230℃,第四区260℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)称取ABS85kg、双酚A型聚碳酸酯50 kg、聚乙烯蜡8 kg、硬脂酸钠10 kg、活性炭10 kg、氧化银20 kg、碳酸锂10 kg和抗氧剂1010  0.1 kg;
(2)将上述称好的原料倒入高速混合机中,混合20分钟后,加入双螺杆挤出机,螺杆各区的温度为:第一区180℃,第二区220℃,第三区250℃,第四区260℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)称取ABS70kg、双酚A型聚碳酸酯40 kg、聚乙烯蜡7 kg、硬脂酸钠12 kg、活性炭11kg、氧化银15 kg、碳酸锂12 kg和抗氧剂1010  5 kg;
(2)将上述称好的原料倒入高速混合机中,混合20分钟后,加入双螺杆挤出机,螺杆各区的温度为:第一区170℃,第二区210℃,第三区240℃,第四区260℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。

1.一种ABS/PC抗菌材料,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
ABS                   60-85份,
PC                    30-50份,
聚乙烯蜡                7-8份,
硬脂酸钠              10-12份,
碳粉                  10-12份,
氧化银                15-20份,
碳酸锂                10-12份,
抗氧剂                0.1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的ABS/PC抗菌材料,其特征在于,所述PC为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的ABS/PC抗菌材料,其特征在于,所述碳粉为活性炭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的ABS/PC抗菌材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
5.一种ABS/PC抗菌材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取ABS60-85份、PC30-50份、聚乙烯蜡7-8份、硬脂酸钠10-12份、碳粉10-12份、氧化银15-20份、碳酸锂10-12份和抗氧剂0.1-5份;
(2)将上述称好的原料倒入高速混合机中,混合10-20分钟后,加入双螺杆挤出机,螺杆各区的温度为:第一区160-180℃,第二区190-220℃,第三区230-250℃,第四区260℃。
