[0005] 双体环保生物质锅炉,包括主炉体和副炉体,所述的主炉体内的下部设有炉膛,炉膛内的中部装设有炉篦,炉膛内位于炉篦的上方为燃料室,位于炉篦的下方为燃烧室,炉体的上部具有主炉体水套,其特征在于:所述的主炉体中部位于炉篦的上方环设有多个穿经主炉体及主炉体水套的通风管,所述的主炉体的上部通过水道管与副炉体相连接,且为一体结构,主炉体的下部通过烟道管与副炉体相连接,且为一体结构,副炉体的上部装设有排烟筒,副炉体内设有多层热交换旋转内胆,多层热交换旋转内胆与副炉体之间为副炉体水套,所述的主炉体水套通过所述的水道管与副炉体水套相连接,且相连通;最下层热交换旋转内胆通过所述的烟道管与主炉体下部的燃烧室相连接,且相连通,最上层的热交换旋转内胆与副炉体上部的排烟筒相连接,且相联通,最下层热交换旋转内胆与最上层热交换旋转内胆之间的每个热交换旋转内胆均连接有进烟通道管和出烟通道管,且进烟通道管与出烟通道管分设在热交换旋转内胆相对的两侧。

[0007] 1、本发明采用多点配风反烧技术,使锅炉既能充分燃烧,又能无烟环保。
[0008] 2、本发明采用了旋转换热技术,实现了火在水中走的换热方式,同时,旋转胆换热技术使锅炉烟气流程最大化,大大降低了锅炉的排烟温度。
[0009] 3、本发明采用了排烟喷射技术,使烟筒高度大幅降低。
[0010] 4、由于充分燃烧,烟气中的焦油含量很低,加上旋转胆空间较大,锅炉在运行过程中很少需要清灰,即便清灰也很简单、方便。
[0011] 5、由于多点配风反烧技术燃烧温度适中,解决了个别生物质燃料燃烧过程中的结焦问题。附图说明

[0013] 请参见图1,双体环保生物质锅炉,包括主炉体I和副炉体2,主炉体I内的下部设有炉膛,炉膛内的中部装设有炉篦3,炉膛内位于炉篦3的上方为燃料室4,位于炉篦3的下方为燃烧室5,主炉体I的上部具有主炉体水套6,主炉体I中部位于炉篦3的上方环设有多个穿经主炉体I及主炉体水套6的通风管7,主炉体I的上部通过水道管8与副炉体2相连接,且为一体结构,主炉体I的下部通过烟道管9与副炉体2相连接,且为一体结构,副炉体2的上部装设有排烟筒10,副炉体2内设有三层热交换旋转内胆11,三层热交换旋转内胆11与副炉体2之间为副炉体水套12,主炉体水套6通过水道管8与副炉体水套12相连接,且相连通;下层热交换旋转内胆11通过烟道管9与主炉体I下部的燃烧室4相连接,且相连通,上层的热交换旋转内胆11与副炉体2上部的排烟筒10相连接,且相联通,中间层的热交换旋转内胆11连接有进烟通道管13和出烟通道管14,且进烟通道管13与出烟通道管14分设在热交换旋转内胆11相对的两侧。
