Abstract

一种秸秆类生物质粉碎装置，包括由支撑腿支撑的料仓，料仓的上部设有顶盖，料仓内设有一将料仓内分成上料仓和下料仓的篦板，上料仓内设有由旋转轴带动其做转动切割的刀具，上料仓的侧壁上设有喂料口和出料口；下料仓的侧壁上分别设有与鼓风机相连的风孔和与热风源连通的热风入口。本发明通过篦板将料仓内空间分成上料仓和下料仓两部分，上料仓内粉碎物料，热风进入其中后对物料在粉碎过程中进行干燥，当物料被粉碎至合格粒径后会被鼓风机鼓入的气流带走，而不符合规格的物料留在其中继续粉碎，这样不仅提高了粉碎的效率和粉碎后物料的质量，而且也避免了物料的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及到秸秆类生物质加工成型领域，具体的说是一种秸秆类生物质粉碎装置。
背景技术
生物质包括植物通过光合作用生成的有机物（如植物、动物及其排泄物）、垃圾及有机废水等几大类。生物质的能源来源于太阳，所以生物质能是太阳能的一种。生物质是是太阳能最主要的吸收器和储存器，生物质通过光合作用能够把太阳能积聚起来，储存于有机物中，现有技术中广泛利用生物质制备颗粒饲料、燃料等。
秸秆类生物质在利用时必须先进行粉碎，现有的粉碎设备只是单纯的利用机械力将秸秆粉碎，这样由于秸秆类生物质在粉碎前含水率高导致粉碎的效率不高，而且也会使得粉碎效果不好，粉碎后的物料长短不一，其中的细颗粒物料也有可能会丢失造成原料的浪费。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的秸秆类生物质粉碎装置由于物料含水率高导致的粉碎效果差、物料浪费严重的问题，本发明提供了一种秸秆类生物质粉碎装置，通过在其中加入用于干燥的热风，不仅可以边粉碎边干燥，而且热风也使粉碎后产生的细颗粒物料带入下一工序，避免了这些细颗粒物料的浪费。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为：一种秸秆类生物质粉碎装置，包括由支撑腿支撑的料仓，料仓的上部设有顶盖，所述料仓内设有一将料仓内分成上料仓和下料仓的篦板，其中，上料仓内设有由旋转轴带动其做转动切割的刀具，上料仓的侧壁上设有喂料口和出料口；所述下料仓的侧壁上分别设有与鼓风机相连的风孔和与热风源连通的热风入口。
所述出料口设置在靠近顶盖的位置，且顶盖为倒锥形结构以便于粉碎料进入出料口。
所述下料仓内还设有用于测量下料仓内温度、压力的测温测压元件。
所述旋转轴由电机通过一变速机构驱动并实现转速的调整。
所述下料仓为倒圆锥形结构。
有益效果：本发明通过篦板将料仓内空间分成上料仓和下料仓两部分，上料仓内粉碎物料，热风进入其中后对物料在粉碎过程中进行干燥，当物料被粉碎至合格粒径后会被鼓风机鼓入的气流带走，而不符合规格的物料留在其中继续粉碎，这样不仅提高了粉碎的效率和粉碎后物料的质量，而且也避免了物料的浪费。

具体实施方式
    如图所示，一种秸秆类生物质粉碎装置，包括由支撑腿支撑的料仓1，料仓1的上部设有顶盖2，所述料仓1内设有一将料仓1内分成上料仓和下料仓的篦板5，其中，上料仓内设有由旋转轴8带动其做转动切割的刀具4，上料仓的侧壁上设有喂料口9和出料口3；所述下料仓的侧壁上分别设有与鼓风机相连的风孔6和与热风源连通的热风入口7。
所述出料口3设置在靠近顶盖2的位置，且顶盖2为倒锥形结构以便于粉碎料进入出料口3。
所述下料仓内还设有用于测量下料仓内温度、压力的测温测压元件10。
所述旋转轴8由电机通过一变速机构驱动并实现转速的调整。
所述下料仓为倒圆锥形结构。
本发明中，篦板5上分布有细小的透气孔，以利用热风和鼓风机吹出的气流通过，但同时又防止粉碎后的物料落入到下料仓内。鼓风机鼓出的气流主要是带走合格物料的作用，同时也兼具干燥作用。
本发明中，所述旋转轴8由电机带动变速机构驱动，变速机构包括减速机、联轴器以及大小齿轮组，电机选用带变频器的电机可以调节电机的输出转速，从而改变旋转轴的转速。

1.一种秸秆类生物质粉碎装置，包括由支撑腿支撑的料仓（1），料仓（1）的上部设有顶盖（2），其特征在于：所述料仓（1）内设有一将料仓（1）内分成上料仓和下料仓的篦板（5），其中，上料仓内设有由旋转轴（8）带动其做转动切割的刀具（4），上料仓的侧壁上设有喂料口（9）和出料口（3）；所述下料仓的侧壁上分别设有与鼓风机相连的风孔（6）和与热风源连通的热风入口（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种秸秆类生物质粉碎装置，其特征在于：所述出料口（3）设置在靠近顶盖（2）的位置，且顶盖（2）为倒锥形结构以便于粉碎料进入出料口（3）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种秸秆类生物质粉碎装置，其特征在于：所述下料仓内还设有用于测量下料仓内温度、压力的测温测压元件（10）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种秸秆类生物质粉碎装置，其特征在于：所述旋转轴（8）由电机通过一变速机构驱动并实现转速的调整。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种秸秆类生物质粉碎装置，其特征在于：所述下料仓为倒圆锥形结构。
