本发明公开了一种治疗食滞胃肠证型胃肠病的中药，其特征是由下列重量配比的药材制成的中药制剂：大黄5-8份，枳实15-20份，雷丸12-15份，三棱15-18份，香附25-30份，胡椒15-20份，砂仁15-20份，檀香15-20份，黄芪25-30份，莱菔子25-30份，肉蔻20-25份，茨实12-15份，土苓15-20份。本发明将以上各种原料有机地组合在一起，各成份之间相互协调，相互作用，对食滞胃肠证型胃肠病能够标本兼治，且对身体有良好的调理作用。多年来，通过对100例此类患者的跟踪调查统计，表明此药方有效率达到100%，显效率达到95%，治愈率达到91%。
Description
技术领域本发明涉及一种中药，特别是一种治疗食滞胃肠证型胃肠病的中药。
背景技术胃主受纳、腐熟水谷，胃气以降为顺，喜润恶燥；小肠主传化物，泌别清浊；大肠能吸收水分，排泄糟粕。胃肠病辩证，包括胃、小肠、大肠常见病症的辨识和分析，胃病以受纳、腐熟功能障碍及胃失和降，胃气上逆为主要病理改变；大肠、小肠的病变，主要反映在传导功能和泌别清浊功能失常。胃肠病的证候有胃气虚证、肠燥津亏证、寒滞胃肠证、胃热炽盛证、饮留胃肠证、食滞胃肠证、胃肠气滞证等多种类型。本发明主要研究的是临床常见的食滞胃肠证型胃肠病，该证型系因饮食停滞胃肠，以脘腹胀满疼痛，呕泄酸馊腐臭为主症的症候，临床表现有脘腹胀满疼痛、拒按，嗳腐吞酸，厌食，或呕吐酸腐食物，吐后胀痛得减，或肠鸣腹痛，泻下不爽，便臭如败卵，或大便秘结，舌苔厚腻，脉滑或沉实。中医理论认为，本证多因饮食不节，暴饮暴食，或因素体胃气虚弱，稍有饮食不慎即可成滞。目前，西医治疗该病治标不治本，副作用极大，且容易形成依赖性。
发明内容本发明的目的是按照“消食导滞、行气和胃”治疗原则，提供一种能治疗食滞胃肠证型胃肠病的中药，采用该中药不仅治愈速度快，愈后不再复发，而且无任何副作用，对身体健康还有良好的调理作用。
为实现本发明的上述目的，所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗食滞胃肠证型胃肠病的中药，其特征是由下列重量配比的药材制成的中药制剂：大黄5—8份，枳实15—20份，雷丸12—15份，三棱15—18份，香附25—30份，胡椒15—20份，砂仁15—20份，檀香15—20份，黄芪25—30份，莱菔子25—30份，肉蔻20—25份，茨实12—15份，土苓15—20份。本发明的加工工艺为：将各种药材粉磨成末，然后用常规方法“全成分”提取制成速溶中药颗粒，按照每小袋10克进行分装，密闭，于阴凉、干燥处保存。饭后用开水溶化服用，有部分不溶物为正常现象，混匀后全部服下，一日两次（早晚各一次），每次一袋，7天为一个疗程。服药期间，忌烟酒、腥、冷、辣、油腻食物，保持良好的作息习惯，学会合理减压，积极参加户外运动，放松心情，尽量避免熬夜。
本发明所采用的大黄具有攻积滞的功效；采用的枳实对积滞内停、痞满胀痛、大便秘结的治疗效果显著；采用的雷丸具有追风散寒、行气止痛的功效；采用的三棱对治疗食积胀痛效果显著；采用的香附具有理气解郁的功效，对脘腹痞满疼痛、嗳气吞酸、呕恶治疗效果显著；采用的胡椒具有温中、下气、解毒的功效，对治疗寒痰食积、脘腹冷痛、反胃、呕吐清水效果显著；采用的砂仁具有行气调味、和胃醒脾的功效；采用的檀香具有理气、和胃的功效；采用的黄芪具有补气虚的功效；采用的莱菔子具有消积滞、下气、宽中、解毒的功效；采用的肉蔻具有温中涩肠、行气消食的功效；采用的茨实和土苓具有补脾胃的功效。本发明将以上各种原料有机地组合在一起，各成份之间相互协调，相互作用，对食滞胃肠证型胃肠病能够标本兼治，且对身体有良好的调理作用。多年来，通过对100例此类患者的跟踪调查统计，表明此药方有效率达到100%，显效率达到95%，治愈率达到91%。下面通过对有关数据的基本情况分析，来进一步说明本发明的效果。

下面举出三个典型病例进一步说明本发明的效果：
1、李某，男，1974年出生，33岁时，出现脘腹胀满疼痛、嗳腐吞酸、厌食、脉滑，无器质性病变，2个月后，在我处诊断为食滞胃肠证型胃肠病。服用本药方1个疗程后，症状缓解，服用2个疗程后，症状明显好转，后继续服用1个疗程巩固后，症状全消，痊愈。
2、肖某，男，1965年出生，42岁时，出现脘腹胀满疼痛、呕吐酸腐食物、吐后胀痛感减轻、脉沉实，无器质性病变，2个星期后，在我处诊断为食滞胃肠证型胃肠病，服用本药方1个疗程后，症状有所缓解，2个疗程后症状全消，痊愈。
3、冯某，女，1981年出生，27岁时，出现脘腹胀满疼痛、大便秘结、舌苔厚腻、脉滑，无器质性病变，1个月后，在我处诊断为食滞胃肠证型胃肠病，服用本药方1个疗程后，症状明显缓解，2个疗程后症状基本消失，后又继续服用1个疗程进行巩固，症状全消，痊愈。
具体实施方式为详细说明本发明，下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述。
实施例1：大黄5克，枳实15克，雷丸12克，三棱15克，香附25克，胡椒15克，砂仁15克，檀香15克，黄芪25克，莱菔子25克，肉蔻20克，茨实12克，土苓15克。将以上各种药材粉磨成末，然后用常规方法“全成分”提取制成速溶中药颗粒，按照每小袋10克进行分装，密闭，于阴凉、干燥处保存。
实施例2：大黄7克，枳实18克，雷丸14克，三棱17克，香附28克，胡椒18克，砂仁18克，檀香18克，黄芪28克，莱菔子28克，肉蔻23克，茨实14克，土苓18克。将以上各种药材粉磨成末，然后用常规方法“全成分”提取制成速溶中药颗粒，按照每小袋10克进行分装，密闭，于阴凉、干燥处保存。
