技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种试验系统,特别是涉及一种用于测试煤岩剪切渗流试验的系统。
背景技术
[0002] 在矿井生产过程中,采掘工程破坏了原岩应力场的平衡和原始瓦斯压力的平衡,形成了采掘周围岩体的应力重新分布和瓦斯流动。煤层瓦斯(煤层气)渗透率是反映煤层内瓦斯渗流难易程度的物性参数,也是瓦斯渗流力学与工程的重要参数。因此,煤层瓦斯渗透率或煤层透气系数的测算方法研究是瓦斯渗流力学发展之关键技术,也是煤矿安全工作者研究煤与瓦斯突出、瓦斯爆炸等一系列矿山安全问题的关键入手点。
[0003] 岩体中存在的孔隙和裂隙等缺陷不但大大改变了岩体的力学性质(变形模量及强度参数降低、岩体呈各向异性),而且严重影响着岩体的渗透特性。裂隙岩体的渗流场受应力环境的影响,而渗流场的变化反过来又对应力场产生影响,这种相互影响称之为渗流应力耦合。渗流场与应力场相互耦合是岩体力学中的一个重要特性。
[0004] 现有技术中,通常采用剪切渗流耦合试验系统对煤岩的渗透特性进行研究。但现有的试验系统存在以下问题:1、所应用的应力加载系统多为手动,因此,应力加载过程不能保持匀速,且其精度不能保证,此外,诸如循环荷载等加载形式不能实现;2、在剪切过程中,侧向的隔水薄片会发生较大的变形,势必会抵消一部分的试验力,而对于固定成分的硅胶材料,存在误差;3、渗流从一侧试件一侧进气或进水,从另一侧流出,因此难以反映真实的工况;4、通入试件剪切盒内的瓦斯或水的压力较小,难以反映真实工况;5、各装置安装过程基本上靠手工搬运,不方便操作。

[0050] 利用以上装置,可按照以下步骤进行试验:
[0051] (I)试件制备。
[0052] 原煤:将从现场取来的原始煤块用塑料薄膜密封好置于木箱内,然后用细骨科骨料混凝土进行浇灌,以填满煤块与木箱之间的间隙,待混凝土硬化完全后再用取芯机进行取芯,最后利用磨床将取出的煤芯小心仔细地打磨成10mmX 10mmX 10mm原煤立方体煤样,并将之置于烘箱内烘干,再用干燥箱存放;
[0053] 型煤:将所取原始煤块用粉碎机粉碎,通过振动筛筛选煤粒粒径为40〜80目之间的煤粉颗粒,然后在这些筛选出来的煤粉中加入少量纯净水和均匀后置于成型模具中在200t刚性实验机上以10MPa的压力压制成10mmX 10mmX 10mm的煤样,最后将制备好的型煤煤样烘干后放置于干燥箱内。

[0055] 将放置有剪切盒下盒体的移动座8从机架I中推出,用起吊装置(图中未示出)将竖直压头2a、上盒体13吊起,把试件二分之一放在下盒体中部。检查下盒体上密封圈是否位于凹槽中,然后将上盒体对准试件放下,将固定板拧紧;将压杆18对准上盒体安装,将螺丝拧紧;将移动座8推进机架I中,使剪切盒进入预定试验工位;将瓦斯进气管与第一流体接头21a连接好,将瓦斯出气管与流量计连接好;检查各系统是否正常工作。

[0057] 检查实验容器气密性,关闭进气口截止阀,开启出气口截止阀,由外部出气口抽真空,持续两小时;关闭真空栗,关闭出口截止阀。

[0059] 脱气后,关闭三通阀门,调节高压甲烷钢瓶出气阀门,施加预定的瓦斯压力,向试验腔内充气,充气时间一般为12h,使煤样瓦斯充分吸附平衡。

[0061] 开启出气口截止阀;开启压力试验机和各测量系统,按照制定的试验方案进行加载方式、瓦斯压力等参数。通过压力试验机系统记录剪应力和剪切位移;观察数据采集系统中出气口压力变化随时间的变化规律,可动态测定以下参数:剪应力、剪切位移、瓦斯流量等。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的流固耦合煤岩剪切-渗流试验装置,其特征是:所述上盒体(13)前后两侧分别设置有第一凸缘(13a)和第二凸缘(13b);所述下盒体(14)前后两侧分别设置有第三凸缘(14a)和第四凸缘(14b); 所述上盒体(13)在所述第一凸缘(13a)和第二凸缘(13b)的两侧分别设置有由若干第二辊子(9b)和若干第三辊子(9c)构成的第二滚道和第三滚道;所述第二滚道和第三滚道上设置有夹紧板(25); 所述下盒体(14)在所述第三凸缘(14a)和第四凸缘(14b)的内侧分别设置有由若干第四辊子(9d)和若干第五辊子(9e)构成的第四滚道和第五滚道; 所述下盒体(14)上矩形分布有四个螺纹孔(14c);所述上盒体(13)对应所述螺纹孔(14c)处设置有腰形通孔(13c); 螺栓(26)穿过所述夹紧板(25)和腰形通孔(13c)后与所述螺纹孔(14c)配合。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的流固耦合煤岩剪切-渗流试验装置,其特征是:所述上盒体(13)与所述上盖(15)之间设置有第二密封圈(23b);所述下盒体(14)与所述下盖(16)之间设置有第三密封圈(23c); 所述压杆(18)下端面与试件压头(19)之间设置有第四密封圈(23d);所述试件压头(19)与试件接头(20)的上端面之间设置有第五密封圈(23e);所述试件接头(20)的试件伸入端上设置有至少一个第六密封圈(23f)。
