Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于点云的道路信息自动提取方法,涉及测绘和道路工程设计与管理领域,包括如下步骤:数据采集:在完成地面GNSS基站的选取和采集设备检校合格后再通过移动平台采集点云数据;数据预处理:将采集到的原始数据进行预处理输出所需的点云数据;点云滤波:通过滤波处理软件对点云数据进行滤波处理,经自动分类与局部人机交互分类获得准确的点云分类成果;兴趣物提取:利用滤波后的点云进行地物信息提取,并按所需格式输出。本发明的优越性为:在不中断交通正常运行的情况下实现现有道路精确的二维、三维信息提取;提高了初测阶段成果的深加工附加值,实现了道路勘测初测、定测工作的一体化,极大的降低了项目整体建设成本。

背景技术
[0002] 道路从字面意义上叙述可以为是由一地通往另一地的路径。在日常生活中我们往 往认为道路是供人马车辆通行的路;两地之间的通道。但随着社会进程的发展,道路被赋予 了新的概念,例如火车行驶的路线,船舶运行的航道和车辆行人通行的基础设施均可称为 道路的不同表现形式。
[0003] 随着社会经济的持续快速发展,道路的交通量日益增长,一方面不少早期建成的 道路已不能很好的满足当今交通量发展的需求。如:中东部地区的道路通车容量已经饱和, 迫切需要加快道路改扩建和道路表面相关设施的建设工作,以达到辅助经济增长和提高驾 驶者安全性;另外,在公路普查与管理方面,面对分布在狭长道路上的巨额资产,亟需一种 快速、高效的方法查清每一处道路资产的相关信息,为公路数字化管理的实现提供有力的 支持。
[0004] 其中,勘测工作是整个道路改扩建工作的基础和重要环节,与道路改扩建工程的 工期、质量和效率关系密切。现有技术中的公路改扩建勘测主要采用工程测量和传统数码 航空摄影测量技术。
[0005] 发明人实现本发明的过程中,发现现有技术中至少存在以下的缺点和不足:
[0006] (1)工程测量存在工作量大、项目成本高、作业周期长和劳动强度大、对现有道路 运营影响大等多方面缺点,不能满足公路管理部门对勘测设计工作成本低、工期短、精度和 质量要求高等多方面的现实要求;
[0007] (2)工程测量需要外业测量人员在路面上作业,为满足该测量工作要求,一种方法 是对测量路段临时封闭,保证外业测量人员的作业安全,但该作业方式严重影响了道路运 输管理部门的正常运营,对经济社会正常运营产生了较大负面影响;另一种方法是不封闭 高速公路,作业人员在道路路面工作,仅进行作业路段警示提醒,但由于道路车辆行驶速度 快,该作业方法很难保证外业测量人员的作业安全,存在极大的安全隐患;

[0009] 在道路改扩建、勘测和道路周围设施部署过程中采用工程测量、传统航空摄影测 量等方法时,不可避免地存在作业安全隐患、影响现场交通通行、项目成本高、开发周期长 和产品精度低等问题。怎样在保证公路改扩建勘测在满足行业勘测规范和承建单位要求的 前提下,尽可能保证外业测量作业人员安全、不影响待扩建道路交通通行、缩短开发周期、 提高初测阶段测图产品深加工附加值成为了本领域科技人员急待解决的问题。
发明内容
[0010] 本发明实施例提供一种基于点云的道路信息自动提取方法,本发明可以在不中断 交通正常运行的情况下,对现有道路安全、快速、经济的进行高精度测量,为改扩建和道路 周围设施建设提供精确、丰富和完整的二、三维信息支持。同时本发明提高了作业的安全 性,降低了项目成本,缩短了项目周期,提高了成果精度。

4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种基于点云的道路信息自动提取方法,其特征在于:在 同一部数据采集移动平台上安装1-6台采集设备,其采集设备的采集角度为90-360度之间; 当设有2-6台采集设备时,每相邻两台采集设备的采集角度的交叉点范围在15-120度之间; 根据数据的密度要求进行采集,移动平台行驶的速度限制为不超过50公里/时;其中所述采 集移动平台为:车辆、船舶、机车和火车。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于点云的道路信息自动提取方法,其特征在于,所述数 据预处理具体为: 1) 结合地面GNSS基站采集的卫星数据对移动平台采集的原始数据进行解算; 2) 为了实现工程化管理对解算处理后的点云数据进行分幅处理; 3) 对原始解算输出后的点云数据或分幅处理后的点云数据进行坐标转换。
