[0002]目前,农村采暖装置普遍采用采暖炉和传统暖气片结合,通过空气自然对流换热,房间升温慢、升温时间长。特别是采暖炉水温要达到80°C左右才能满足采暖需求,热能利用效率低,造成燃料浪费;而且采暖炉往往置于室内,导致房间空气洁净度差,易发生煤气中毒的风险。已有农村土炕采暖采用燃烧植物秸杆等方式实现,污染较大,且温度高低起伏变化较大,舒适度较差,同时易发生火灾。因此,现代农村家庭土炕逐渐被床替代,且床上一般采用电褥子取暖,同样存在安全隐患及舒适度较差的问题。

[0003] 本发明解决的技术问题:设计一种适用农村家庭的采暖式空调系统,将农村烧水做饭、房间采暖、土炕或床取暖及水蒸发冷却制冷装置集成为一个系统,实现了 “采暖、制冷、烧水做饭、热炕头、卫生热水”五合一的功能。另外,该系统具备冬季采暖的加湿功能,也具备夏季全新风制冷运行的功能。

[0011] 3、本发明单元机将水蒸发冷却制冷装置与换热器集成为一体,不但可实现多房间同时冬季供暖加湿、夏季制冷,且通过强制通风散热实现快速升温,且温度可控制在人体舒适范围内18-24°C。通过多个单元机并联可实现各房间冬季供暖加湿、夏季制冷独立控制,达到充分节能的目的。

[0023] 夏季制冷时,采暖系统停止工作,水箱17中的水通过潜水泵18送入布水器15,均匀进入湿膜16 ;进风通过湿膜16后温度降低,再通过风机I将适宜的凉空气送入房间,实现对房间的降温、加湿功能。冬季采暖时也可间歇启动夏季制冷系统,为冬季采暖的房间进行加湿。也可通过进水管12、回水管13并联多个“热炕头”和单元机26,实现多房间土炕或床的供暖及多房间供暖、加湿、制冷,且各房间供暖、加湿、制冷独立控制,达到充分节能的目的。
[0024] 另外,系统运行时通过补水箱7、补水管I 23、补水管II 24组成补水系统进行补水,通过卫生热水阀25提供卫生热水。系统停止运行时通过放水阀10可将系统中的水全部排掉,方便清洗和维修。

Claims (4)
1.一种适用农村家庭的采暖式空调系统,其特征在于:所属系统由采暖炉(9)、换热器I (4)和单元机(26)组成;所述单元机(26)由壳体(14)、位于壳体(14)内的蒸发冷却装置(3)、换热器II (2)及风机(I)构成,且壳体(14)的后端具有进风口前端具有出风口,蒸发冷却装置(3 )设置在进风口内侧,风机(I)设置在出风口内侧;所述采暖炉(9 )的热水出口通过进水管(12)经热水循环泵(11)与换热器I (4 )及换热器II (2 )的进水口相接,换热器I(4)及换热器II (2)的出水口经回水管(13)与采暖炉(9)的回水口相接;所述蒸发冷却装置(3)由自上而下依次设置的布水器(15)、湿膜(16)、水箱(17)以及水箱(17)中的潜水泵(18 )构成,所述潜水泵(18 )通过管路与布水器(15 )相接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用农村家庭的采暖式空调系统,其特征在于:所述换热器I (4)由上盖板(19)、盘管(5)、保温填料(20)、侧支撑封板(21)及下底板(22)组成,所述盘管(5 )通过保温填料(20 )、下底板(22 )支承在上盖板(19 )的下方,所述上盖板(19 )通过侧支撑封板(21)支承在下底板(22 )上;所述盘管(5 )的进水端通过热量调节阀(6 )与进水管(12)连接,出水端直接与回水管(13)连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种适用农村家庭的采暖式空调系统,其特征在于:所述进水管(12)通过三通(8)及补水管I (23)与补水箱(7)连接,且三通(8)位于采暖炉(9)的热水出口与热水循环泵(11)的进水端之间;所述水箱(17)通过补水管II (24)与补水管I (23)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种适用农村家庭的单元式空调系统,其特征在于:所述进水管(12 )上连接有放水阀(10 )和卫生热水阀(25 ),且放水阀(10 )位于采暖炉(9 )的热水出口与热水循环泵(11)的进水端之间;卫生热水阀(25)位于热水循环泵(11)的出水端管路上。
