Abstract

本发明公开了一种PVC管材生产中的混料挤出方法,该方法是将制备PVC管道的相关材料倒入高速混料机,经过高速混合后不经冷却直接送入挤出机的加料斗,在挤出机加料斗与挤出头之间设有送料筒,在送料筒内设有锥形螺杆,锥形螺杆的螺纹牙距从加料斗至挤出头逐渐变小。本发明不但可以省去冷混机,而且通过合理的控制温度就可将其直接送去加料斗,减少送料筒再次预热所需的热量;同时因采用送料筒预热温度散失较多,申请人将送料筒内的锥形螺杆的螺纹牙距从加料斗至挤出头逐渐变小,这样的螺杆结构在挤压过程中不但可以使物料达到预期温度,且可以进一步增加物料的混合均匀性及气泡的排出性。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种PVC管材生产中的混料挤出方法及其装置,属于PVC管生产设备技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] PVC全名为Polyvinylchlorid,主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另外加入其他成分来增强其耐热性,韧性,延展性等。因PVC的上述特性,许多金属管件均逐渐被PVC管所替代。
[0003] 现有的PVC管的生产已经成熟,其由混料、挤压、冷却即可成管,整个工艺已经定型,但从节能性方面来说还有进一步优化的空间,以PVC管的混料与挤压环节来说,现有的原料混合是将PVC、稳定剂、增塑剂、抗氧化剂等其它辅料,按比例、工艺先后加入高速混合机内,经物料与机械自摩擦使物料升温至设定工艺温度,然后经冷混机将物料降至40-50度备用,使用时再加入到挤出机的加料斗;送入加料斗物料由送料筒内锥形螺杆将物料送至挤出头,在送料筒送料时又采用加热元件对送料筒内的物料进行预热;这样的冷却再预热过程存在很大的能源浪费。同时现有的送料筒只单一的具备送料效果具有可进一步开发其功能的空间。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种节能、混料效果好、预热温度控制性强的PVC管材生产中的混料挤出方法及其装置,可以克服现有技术的不足。
[0005] 本发明的技术方案是:PVC管材生产中的混料挤出方法是将制备PVC管道的相关材料倒入高速混料机,经过高速混合后不经冷却直接送入挤出机的加料斗,在挤出机加料斗与挤出头之间设有送料筒,在送料筒内设有锥形螺杆,锥形螺杆的螺纹牙距从加料斗至挤出头逐渐变小。
[0006] 上述的PVC管材生产中的混料及挤出方法是,在送料筒与挤出头的连接处设有温度传感器,在送料筒上连接有加热元件,加热元件的启停和加热温度由连接温度传感器的温度控制器进行控制。
[0007] PVC管材生产中的混料挤出装置,它包括高速混料机,挤出机的加料斗、送料筒和挤出头,高速混料机的出料口与挤出机的加料斗相对,在加料斗的底部设有送料筒,送料筒的另一端连接有挤出头,在送料筒内装有锥形螺,锥形螺杆的螺纹牙距从加料斗至挤出头逐渐变小。
[0008] 上述的PVC管材生产中的混料挤出装置是,在送料筒外设有加热装置.前述的PVC管材生产中的混料挤出装置是,在送料筒与挤出头的连接部位设有温度传感器,温度传感器与温度控制器连接,温度控制器与加热装置连接。
[0009] 前述的PVC管材生产中的混料挤出装置是,所述的加热装置为电磁加热装置。
[0010] 与现有技术比较,本发明是将制备PVC管道的相关材料倒入高速混料机,经过高速混合后不经冷却直接送入挤出机的加料斗,这样不但可以省去冷混机,而且通过合理的控制温度就可将其直接送去加料斗,减少送料筒再次预热所需的热量;同时因采用送料筒预热温度散失较多,申请人将送料筒内的锥形螺杆的螺纹牙距从加料斗至挤出头逐渐变小,这样的螺杆结构在挤压过程中不但可以使物料达到预期温度,且可以进一步增加物料的混合均匀性及气泡的排出性。在送料筒外设有加热装置,此加热装置在气温较低时可以对物料的预热进一步补充,在送料筒与挤出头的连接部位设有温度传感器,温度传感器与温度控制器连接,温度控制器与加热装置连接,这样加热装置的加热控制就可实现自动化,对整个工艺而言自动化实时监控更加安全、合理,省心。加热装置采用电磁加热,电磁加热相对现有的发热元件采用导热来说,因其可使含铁金属自身产生热量,即可使筒体与锥形螺杆产生热量,其加热效果更好、更加节能。

实施例1:如图1所示,高速混料机I的出料口与挤出机的加料斗2的位置相对应相对,在加料斗2的底部设有送料筒3,送料筒3的另一端连接有挤出头4,在送料筒3内装有锥形螺杆5,锥形螺杆5的螺纹牙距从加料斗至挤料头逐渐变小,在送料筒3外设有加热装置6,加热装置6采用电磁加热,同时在送料筒3与挤出头4的连接部位设有温度传感器7,温度传感器7与温度控制器8连接,温度控制器8与加热装置6连接。

Claims (6)

1.一种PVC管材生产中的混料挤出方法,其特征在于:该方法是将制备PVC管道的相关材料倒入高速混料机,经过高速混合后不经冷却直接送入挤出机的加料斗,在挤出机加料斗与挤出头之间设有送料筒,在送料筒内设有锥形螺杆,锥形螺杆的螺纹牙距从加料斗至挤出头逐渐变小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC管材生产中的混料及挤出方法,其特征在于:在送料筒与挤出头的连接处设有温度传感器,在送料筒上连接有加热元件,加热元件的启停和加热温度由连接温度传感器的温度控制器进行控制。
3.—种PVC管材生产中的混料挤出装置,它包括高速混料机(I ),挤出机的加料斗(2)、送料筒(3)和挤出头(4),其特征在于:高速混料机(I)的出料口与挤出机的加料斗(2)相对,在加料斗(2)的底部设有送料筒(3),送料筒(3)的另一端连接有挤出头(4),在送料筒(3)内装有锥形螺杆(5),锥形螺杆(5)的螺纹牙距从加料斗至挤料头逐渐变小。
4.根据权利要求3所述的PVC管材生产中的混料挤出装置,其特征在于:送料筒(3)夕卜设有加热装置(6)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的PVC管材生产中的混料挤出装置,其特征在于:在送料筒(3)与挤出头(4)的连接部位设有温度传感器(7),温度传感器(7)与温度控制器(8)连接,温度控制器(8)与加热装置(6)连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的PVC管材生产中的混料挤出装置,其特征在于:所述的加热装置(6 )为电磁加热装置。
