Abstract

本发明涉及一种适用于圆柱形工件焊接的工装。此工装由底板、竖板、转动轮、固定轴等组成，焊接时将圆柱形工件放置在转动轮上，当需要转动工件时，直接转动工件到需要焊接的位置即可。本发明的有益效果：制作简单，用材普通，能提高劳动生产效率，降低工人的作业强度。

技术领域
本发明是一种适用于圆柱形工件焊接的工装。
 
背景技术
很多工件生产都需要用到焊接这个工艺，焊接过程往往需要将工件翻转，尤其是圆柱形工件，焊接过程中要随着焊道的进行匀速的转动。当需焊接工件较大、较重时，人工或使用吊车翻转费时费力，工人劳动强度大，生产效率低，增加了生产成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足、提高焊接质量、减少焊接的工作量和减轻工人的劳动强度，方便焊接工的操作，本发明提供一种适用于圆柱形工件焊接的工装。
此工装由底板、竖板、转动轮、固定轴组成，焊接时将圆柱形工件放置在转动轮上，当需要转动工件时，直接转动工件到需要焊接的位置即可。
本发明的有益效果：制作简单，用材普通，能提高生产效率，降低工人的作业强度及生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示：四块竖板（2）焊接在由槽钢做成的底板（1）上，固定轴（4）固定在竖板（2）的孔里，转动轮（3）由固定轴（4）固定在竖板（2）上。焊接时将2件此工装根据工件的大小确定放置距离。焊接时将圆柱形工件放置在两个转动轮（3）之间上，由于转动轮（3）是可以转动的，当需要转动工件时，工件很轻松就被转到需要焊接的位置。这样就提高了生产效率，降低了劳动强度。

1.一种适用于圆柱形工件焊接的工装，此工装由底板（1）、竖板（2）、转动轮（3）、固定轴（4）等组成，其特征是：四块竖板（2）焊接在由槽钢做成的底板（1）上，固定轴（4）焊接在竖板（2）的孔里，转动轮（3）安装在固定轴（4）上。
