一种切边切废料的模具结构
技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于冲压模具领域,尤其涉及一种切边切废料的模具结构。
背景技术
[0002] 在汽车车身零件的冲压模具设计中,对于切边模的设计在切边刀块、废料刀块的布置上一直遵循一个333原则,即切边刀的吃入深度为3mm、上模切边刀与下模废料刀的避让空间为3mm、废料刀的吃入深度为3mm。这就会在模具结构上决定上模的切边刀与上模带废料刀的切边刀块在接口处有3mm的高度差。
[0003] 此种方案存在的缺陷如下。
[0004] 1、由于上模的切边刀块和上模带废料刀的切边刀块在搭接口处存在高度差,会导致切边的时候两块切边刀不同时吃入,即存在同一条边的先后切断,在切口处会存在接口毛刺和切屑等质量缺陷。
[0005] 2、废料的切断是在非压料状态下进行的,因此会产生大量的切屑和废料毛刺大的缺陷。切屑会影响产品的表面质量和模具寿命。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的在于提供一种旨在解决上述问题的切边切废料的模具结构。
[0007] 本发明是这样实现的,一种切边切废料的模具结构,包括上模、下模、上模切边刀块、上模带废料刀的切边刀块和下模废料刀,还包括在所述上模切边刀块和上模带废料刀的切边刀块之间安装的过渡刀块和驱动所述过渡刀块的安装在所述上模上的驱动装置。
[0008] 工作状态下上模的切边刀块、过渡刀块、带废料刀的切边刀块属于光顺平滑过渡,不存在避让下模废料刀的3mm的高度差。突破了原来一直遵循的切边结构333原则,实现了 303的运动结构,即上模通过过渡刀块的上下运动实现在压料状态下切断废料。
[0009] 由于切边刀块间过渡高度差的取消,使得零件的周圈实现了同时切断,解决了原来会在刀块高度差处存在的毛刺,使零件的切边质量得到很大程度的提升,从结构上实现废料在压料状态下切断,使得废料切断的质量提高,毛刺得到控制。在压料的状态下实现切断,有效控制切断的时候切屑的产生,更加有效的保护产品质量和模具寿命。由于同时切断有效控制了铁屑在刀块过渡区集中而损伤模具压料面和零件表面质量的问题。
[0010] 本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述过渡刀块一端与上模切边刀块和上模带废料刀的切边刀块平齐。保证切边质量。
[0011] 本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述过渡刀块与下模废料刀相契合。保证零件废料在压料状态下切断,使得切断质量提高,减小了带废料的机率,更有利与废料的自动滑落。
[0012] 本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述驱动装置采用氮气弹簧。提高冲压件质量,保证冲压件质量稳定,提高劳动生产率,降低产品成本。使用寿命长、安全、可靠,安装和维修方便、简单。保证在所述上模的继续下行的时候所述过渡刀块向上运动,同时对废料保持一定的压力。[0013] 本发明的进一步技术方案是:增加在所述过渡刀块外侧安装的过渡刀块导板,所述过渡刀块导板与所述上模固定连接。由于冲压模具工作工程中的受力较大,过渡刀块使用次数过多以后会产生偏移。增加过渡刀块导板后使得过渡刀块不会产生位移,增加冲压产品的质量。
