本发明的技术方案如下:
保健粉由下列重量份的原料制成:米糠60-70、燕麦20-25、薏仁15-18、绿豆12-15、益智仁1-3、北风草1-2、酸枣仁2-3、蒲公英1-2、绿茶1-2、莲藕10-13、猕猴桃7-9、冻豆腐5-7、营养添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、香菇冻干粉5-7、黑木耳冻干粉7-9、干玫瑰花10-20、蒲公英3-4、丰花草1-2、红茶8-20、槐花5-6、桑叶3-4、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入香菇冻干粉、黑木耳冻干粉小火翻炒至炒熟;将干玫瑰花、蒲公英、丰花草、红茶、槐花、桑叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、炒熟粉末及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

(1)将米糠、燕麦、薏仁、绿豆洗净、除杂后,加入4-6倍的水,研磨成浆料,将浆料过滤,分离渣料与浆料,渣料烘干,研磨成渣粉;

(4)将冻豆腐烘干,粉碎成冻豆腐粉,与步骤1的浆料、渣粉、步骤2的煎煮液、步骤3的果蔬汁混合,充分搅拌均匀,放入蒸笼中蒸15-20分钟,烘干,制成粉末;
(5)将步骤4的粉末与其他剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
Claims (1)
1.一种米糠保健粉,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:米糠60-70、燕麦20-25、薏仁15-18、绿豆12-15、益智仁1-3、北风草1-2、酸枣仁2-3、蒲公英1-2、绿茶1-2、莲藕10-13、猕猴桃7-9、冻豆腐5-7、营养添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述的营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、香菇冻干粉5-7、黑木耳冻干粉7-9、干玫瑰花10-20、蒲公英3-4、丰花草1-2、红茶8-20、槐花5-6、桑叶3-4、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量;
制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入香菇冻干粉、黑木耳冻干粉小火翻炒至炒熟;将干玫瑰花、蒲公英、丰花草、红茶、槐花、桑叶、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、炒熟粉末及其它剩余原料混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得;
所述的米糠保健粉,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将米糠、燕麦、薏仁、绿豆洗净、除杂后,加入4-6倍的水,研磨成浆料,将浆料过滤,分离渣料与浆料,渣料烘干,研磨成渣粉;
(2)将益智仁、北风草、酸枣仁、蒲公英、绿茶粉碎成渣后,加水煎煮1-2小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液;
(3)将莲藕、猕猴桃洗净、去皮后,放入榨汁机中榨成果蔬汁;
(4)将冻豆腐烘干,粉碎成冻豆腐粉,与步骤(1)的浆料、渣粉、步骤(2)的煎煮液、步骤(3)的果蔬汁混合,充分搅拌均匀,放入蒸笼中蒸15-20分钟,烘干,制成粉末;
(5)将步骤(4)的粉末与其它剩余原料混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
