将播种装置的排种轮换成适合播小白菜种子的排种轮,将播种机推到要播种的地块,调整好开沟犁16的开沟深度和覆土铲17的位置,关闭好种箱18上的控种阀25,倒入小白菜种子,并盖好种箱盖子26,打开控种阀25,扶住把手向前推,带动行走轮3前行,动力齿轮2通过离合齿轮11带动传动轴带动齿轮5转动,传动轴带动齿轮5带动传动轴4转动,在传动轴4带动下,Ⅰ型齿轮7带动排种装置的Ⅱ型齿轮19转动,Ⅱ型齿轮19通过六轮轴20带动排种轮21转动,将种箱18中的小白菜种子精量排种(每个勺状排种孔能排种1-3粒种子,饱满的大粒种子能排1粒,小粒种子能排2-3粒种子),在排种轮转动与种箱壁错位过程中,排种孔里多余的种子留在种箱内,当排种孔转到下方出种口时,在种子自身重力作用下掉入开沟犁16开出的沟中,如果种子被卡在排种孔内,当排种孔通过种孔清理阀时,仍能将种孔内的种子排出,播入开沟犁16开出的沟中,通过覆土铲17覆土将播下的种子覆盖,压土轮轴8滚动前行,将土压实,固定土中的小白菜种子。当要换行播种时,用手指压住离合控制器15,在离合操纵杆14带动下,将离合齿轮11与动力齿轮2及传动轴带动齿轮5分开,传动轴4失去动力,排种轮21暂停播种,这样在推动播种机换行时不至于漏种。准备下一行播种时,松开离合控制器15在弹簧13的拉动下,将离合齿轮11与动力齿轮2及传动轴带动齿轮5连接,推行播种机时,传动轴4再次获得动力,带动排种轮21转动,开始播种。当要换种时,可将种箱控种阀25关闭,将固定种箱18与排种装置的环扣固定螺栓33拧出,将种箱装置图3从排种装置图4上取下,换种。当要换地、换棚播种时,可将机架1上升,使开沟犁16和覆土铲17离地,将播种机推动到要播种的地块。
