Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于滑移机构的定位装置,具有定位精确、结构紧凑的特点。本发明的用于滑移机构的定位装置,包括基座,基座固定在滑移机构上,在基座上设有推块,推块前端设有凸起部,推块后端与气缸连接,在滑动平台的底部设有定位块,定位块上设有定位凹槽,定位凹槽的形状与凸起部的形状一致。固定定位时,用气缸推动推块使凸起部进入定位凹槽对定位块进行校准,定位块会带动滑动平台消除其位置偏差,使滑动平台上的构件达到精准定位的目的。

[0001 ] 本发明涉及一种机械加工中的定位装置,尤其是一种用于滑移机构的定位装置。背景技术
[0002] 在使用滑移机构移动其上的滑动平台和构件至加工位进行加工时,需要通过精确定位滑动平台使其上的构件处于准确的加工位置。目前,常见的固定滑动平台的方式有如下几种:
[0003] 1、使用挡块和夹块等定位装置固定定位滑动平台。这种方式的定位精度较低,往往需要多次定位,从而导致工作效率较低。
[0004] 2、使用气缸推送滑动平台至固定加工位。使用这种方式虽然精度较高,但占用空间较大并且在一个滑移机构上只能将一个滑动平台固定至加工位,无法做到多个构件同时加工。
[0005] 综上所述,现有的定位装置已经逐渐无法满足生产中的需求。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种定位精度较高且支持在一个滑移机构上固定多个滑动平台的定位装置。
[0007] 本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:用于滑移机构的定位装置,包括基座,基座固定在滑移机构上,在基座上设有推块,推块前端设有凸起部,推块后端与气缸连接,在滑动平台的底部设有定位块,定位块上设有定位凹槽,定位凹槽的形状与凸起部的形状一致。
[0008] 进一步的,在所述推块两侧对称设有至少一对固定于基座上的限位块,限位块之间的宽度与推块的宽度一致。
[0009] 本发明的有益效果是:在初步定位滑动平台后,只需要推动定位装置上的推块即可微调滑动平台的位置直至将其完全校准,使滑动平台和构件的定位精度较高。此外,该定位装置占用体积较小,可以在一个滑移机构上多处安装,以配合多个需要固定的滑动平台同时使用,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
[0013] 下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。[0014] 如图1、图2所示,本发明的用于滑移机构的定位装置,包括基座1,基座I固定在滑移机构2上,在基座I上设有推块3,推块3前端设有凸起部31,推块3后端与气缸4连接,在滑动平台的底部设有定位块5,定位块5上设有定位凹槽51,定位凹槽51的形状与凸起部31的形状一致。当滑移平台移动至工作位时,可使用挡块等定位件将滑移平台初步定位,使定位块5与推块3大致对齐,再用气缸4推动推块3使凸起部31进入定位凹槽51对定位块5进行校准,此过程中定位块5的移动会带动滑动平台消除其位置偏差,使滑动平台上的构件定位更加准确。
[0015] 为了进一步提高滑动平台和构件的定位精度,在所述推块3两侧对称设有至少一对固定于基座上的限位块6,限位块6之间的宽度与推块3的宽度一致。设置限位块6可以有效地防止推块3在推进时发生偏移造成滑动平台和构件的定位出现偏差,进一步提高了定位精度。

1.用于滑移机构的定位装置,包括基座(I),基座(I)固定在滑移机构(2 )上,其特征在于:在基座(I)上设有推块(3 ),推块(3 )前端设有凸起部(31),推块(3 )后端与气缸(4 )连接,在滑动平台的底部设有定位块(5),定位块(5)上设有定位凹槽(51),定位凹槽(51)的形状与凸起部(31)的形状一致。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于滑移机构的定位装置,其特征在于:在所述推块(3)两侧对称设有至少一对固定于基座上的限位块(6),限位块(6)之间的宽度与推块(3)的宽度一致。
