本发明公开了一种旋塞阀活载密封结构,包括旋塞、阀杆、阀体、压盖、上模板、下模板、密封件、碟簧、压板和调整螺钉,下模板位于旋塞上端并位于阀杆外围,上模板位于下模板上方,密封件同时位于上模板和下模板之间、阀杆与下模板之间以及压盖与阀体之间,上模板上方设碟簧,碟簧上方设压板,压盖固定于阀体上端,调整螺钉旋合于压盖上的螺孔内,调整螺钉下端抵压压板,该旋塞阀活载密封结构不仅较现有技术增加了一道密封副,而且增加活载结构可以提供密封副的压力补偿和防止阀门抱死现象产生。

本发明属于旋塞阀技术领域,具体涉及一种旋塞阀活载密封结构。
背景技术
旋塞阀密封结构为了达到理想的密封效果,首先要保证密封副有足够的密封比压,密封件的材料一般用非金属材料,密封件的压缩量为20-30%。在实际使用过程中,由于非金属的弹性失效和使用介质对密封件的腐蚀,普通的密封结构在运行一定周期后密封效果不是太理想,通常需要增加密封件的压缩量或者直接更换密封件。如何提高旋塞阀密封结构的整体寿命和密封副的稳定性成为技术人员研究的重点。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种旋塞阀活载密封结构,该旋塞阀活载密封结构不仅较现有技术增加了一道密封副,而且增加活载结构可以提供密封副的压力补偿和防止阀门抱死现象产生。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种旋塞阀活载密封结构,包括旋塞、阀杆、阀体、压盖、上模板、下模板、密封件、碟簧、压板和调整螺钉,所述下模板位于所述旋塞上端并位于所述阀杆外围,所述上模板位于所述下模板上方,所述密封件同时位于所述上模板和下模板两者之间、所述阀杆与下模板两者之间以及所述压盖与阀体两者之间,所述上模板上方设有碟簧,所述碟簧上方设有压板,所述压盖固定于所述阀体上端,且所述压板、碟簧、上模板、密封件和下模板皆位于所述压盖内,所述压盖上设有螺孔,所述调整螺钉旋合于所述螺孔内,所述调整螺钉下端抵压所述压板。
较佳的是,所述上模板的底面向上凹进构成一个锥面型的内侧面,所述下模板的底面向上凸起构成一个锥面型的外侧面,所述上模板的内侧面与所述下模板的外侧面相对。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的旋塞阀活载密封结构包括旋塞、阀杆、阀体、压盖、上模板、下模板、密封件、碟簧、压板和调整螺钉,下模板位于旋塞上端并位于阀杆外围,上模板位于下模板上方,密封件同时位于上模板和下模板之间、阀杆与下模板之间以及压盖与阀体之间,上模板上方设碟簧,碟簧上方设压板,压盖固定于阀体上端,调整螺钉旋合于压盖上的螺孔内,调整螺钉下端抵压压板,使用时,首先保证密封件有一定的压缩量,当使用一段时间后,密封件在接触部位有一定的磨损,这样被压缩的活载结构可以提供反向的推压力,增加密封效果,同时活载结构还可以防止产生调整螺钉调整过紧把阀门压死而产生的阀门扭矩过大现象,本发明的旋塞阀活载密封结构相当于在不更换新的密封件的前提条件下将密封效果大大提高,从而大大提高了阀门的整体的密封性能。

实施例:一种旋塞阀活载密封结构,包括旋塞1、阀杆2、阀体3、压盖4、上模板5、下模板6、密封件7、碟簧8、压板9和调整螺钉10,所述下模板6位于所述旋塞1上端并位于所述阀杆2外围,所述上模板5位于所述下模板6上方,所述密封件7同时位于所述上模板5和下模板6两者之间、所述阀杆2与下模板6两者之间以及所述压盖4与阀体3两者之间,所述上模板5上方设有所述碟簧8,所述碟簧8上方设有所述压板9,所述压盖4固定于所述阀体3上端,且所述压板、碟簧、上模板、密封件和下模板皆位于所述压盖内,所述压盖上设有螺孔,所述调整螺钉10旋合于所述螺孔内,所述调整螺钉10下端抵压所述压板9。
所述上模板的底面向上凹进构成一个锥面型的内侧面,所述下模板的底面向上凸起构成一个锥面型的外侧面,所述上模板的内侧面与所述下模板的外侧面相对。
本发明的旋塞阀活载密封结构在使用时,首先保证密封件有一定的压缩量,当使用一段时间后,密封件在接触部位有一定的磨损,这样被压缩的活载结构可以提供反向的推压力,增加密封效果,同时活载结构还可以防止产生调整螺钉调整过紧把阀门压死而产生的阀门扭矩过大现象。本发明的旋塞阀活载密封结构相当于在不更换新的密封件的前提条件下将密封效果大大提高。从而大大提高了阀门的整体的密封性能。
由于密封件和阀杆处又多了一道密封副,这样大大提高阀门整体的密封可靠性。

1.一种旋塞阀活载密封结构,其特征在于:包括旋塞(1)、阀杆(2)、阀体(3)、压盖(4)、上模板(5)、下模板(6)、密封件(7)、碟簧(8)、压板(9)和调整螺钉(10),所述下模板(6)位于所述旋塞(1)上端并位于所述阀杆(2)外围,所述上模板(5)位于所述下模板(6)上方,所述密封件(7)同时位于所述上模板(5)和下模板(6)两者之间、所述阀杆(2)与下模板(6)两者之间以及所述压盖(4)与阀体(3)两者之间,所述上模板(5)上方设有所述碟簧(8),所述碟簧(8)上方设有所述压板(9),所述压盖(4)固定于所述阀体(3)上端,且所述压板、碟簧、上模板、密封件和下模板皆位于所述压盖内,所述压盖上设有螺孔,所述调整螺钉(10)旋合于所述螺孔内,所述调整螺钉(10)下端抵压所述压板(9)。
