本发明公开了一种双吸离心闭式叶轮出口边内凹结构,叶轮进口和叶片按普通离心泵叶轮结构设计。所有的叶轮出口边都设有内凹结构,该结构的叶轮出口外径D2=9.82(ns/100)-1/2(Q/n)1/3,居中的V型槽最小直径D′=(2-K′)D2。本发明通过在叶轮出口边设有内凹结构,可减小流道内外壁流线长度差,直接改善流道内介质的流动,有序流动减少旋涡,从而降低了离心泵的能量损耗和噪声,同时也降低了双吸离心泵的关死点扬程和轴功率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵叶轮的结构设计,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种配套双吸离心泵的叶轮出口结构设计。
背景技术
双吸离心泵属于一种通用型泵产品,其中的叶轮是核心部件,其结构直接影响泵的水力性能。现有技术配套的叶轮均为双吸离心闭式叶轮,该结构的叶轮以分流壁为界对称设有流道,两侧的叶片出口边处在同一圆周上。等径的叶轮出口既便于铸造成型,也便于切削加工。但是,现有技术的叶轮流道内外壁因结构的原因流线长度差别较大,导致叶轮同一侧流道内外壁处的介质流速不同,紊流除造成一定量的噪声外,也降低了泵的水力性能。
发明内容
本发明主要针对现有技术的不足,提出一种双吸离心闭式叶轮出口边内凹结构,该结构简单、合理,有效减小流道内外壁流线长度差,可改善流道内介质的运行状态,进一步提升泵的水力性能。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
双吸离心闭式叶轮出口边内凹结构,叶轮进口和叶片按普通离心泵叶轮结构设计。其改进之处在于:所有的叶轮出口边都设有内凹结构,该结构的叶轮出口外径D2=9.82(ns/100)-1/2(Q/n)1/3,居中的V型槽最小直径D′=(2-K′)D2
上述计算公式中:
D2——叶轮出口外径,单位m;
ns——离心泵的比转数;
Q——离心泵的单吸叶轮额定流量,单位m3/h;
n——叶轮的额定转速,单位r/min;
D′——叶轮出口边V型槽最小直径,单位m;
K′——叶轮出口边V型槽系数,取值1.02~1.05,比转数小者取小值,比转数大者取大值。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:在叶轮出口边增设V型内凹结构,可减小流道内外壁流线长度差,直接改善流道内介质的流动,有序流动减少旋涡,从而降低了离心泵的能量损耗和噪声,同时也降低了双吸离心泵的关死点扬程和轴功率。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1所示的双吸离心闭式叶轮出口边内凹结构,叶轮进口和叶片按普通离心泵叶轮结构设计,所有的叶轮出口边都设有内凹结构,该结构的叶轮出口外径D2=9.82(ns/100)-1/2(Q/n)1/3,居中的V型槽最小直径D′=(2-K′)D2。式中:D2——叶轮出口外径,单位m;ns——离心泵的比转数;Q——离心泵的单吸叶轮额定流量,单位m3/h;n——叶轮的额定转速,单位r/min;D′——叶轮出口边V型槽最小直径,单位m;K′——叶轮出口边V型槽系数,取值1.02~1.05,比转数小者取小值,比转数大者取大值。
实施例
本实施例配套在图2所示的双吸离心泵中,该泵额定流量Q=1080m3/h,(单吸540 m3/h)比转数ns=101.5,额定转速n=1450r/min,叶轮出口边V型槽系数K′因比转数较小,K′=1.03。按本发明计算D2=9.82(ns/100)-1/2(Q/n)1/3,=9.82(101.5/100)-1/2(540/101.5)1/3=0.442,D′=(2- K′)D2=(2-1.03)×0.442=0.429。本发明通过在叶轮出口边设有内凹结构,可减小流道内外壁流线长度差,直接改善流道内介质的流动,有序流动减少旋涡,从而降低了离心泵的能量损耗和噪声,同时也降低了双吸离心泵的关死点扬程和轴功率。
