Abstract
本发明公开了一种风轮发电机组,由风轮、发电机和基座组成,风轮轴垂直设置并与发电机轴连接。风轮外套装有导击器,导击器固定在基座上。导击器由上端板、下端板和导击板组成,圆形中空的上下端板由平板型导击板垂直连接而成圆筒形导击器。导击板与通过其端板内圆接点的半径的夹角为80-100度。无论风从任何方向吹来,经导击器导击板的导向作用,都能在风轮腔内形成风旋场。在风旋场的冲击下,风轮的风叶绕其轴作圆周运动而带动发电机转动发电。同时,风旋场的风向与风轮转轴垂直,形成更大的扭力矩,大大提高了风能利用率。本发明具有结构紧凑,设计新颖,造价低,效率高等优点。

技术领域
本发明属风力发电机组类,一种风轮发电机组。
背景技术
传统的风力发电机组由风车、发电机和基座组成,风车轴水平设置,普遍使用三叶、四叶或六叶风车带动发电机转动发电,采用风向舵给风车导向。风车使风力形成绕轴旋转的圆周力外,由于风力方向与转轴方向基本平行,因此同时分解出沿轴线向后推的轴向力,只有圆周力带动发电机发电,轴向力则为无用而有害之力,消耗风能。同时风车风叶的迎风面与风向之间必须有一定的倾斜度,这使得风对叶片不能形成垂直撞击,对风能的利用就不够充分。因此,这种风力发电机组普遍存在着效率低等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研制一种高效率的风力发电机组。
以下技术方案就能实现上述目的:
1、本发明风轮发电机组由风轮、发电机和基座组成,风轮轴垂直设置并与发电机轴连接。风轮外套装有导击器,导击器固定在基座上。导击器由上端板、下端板和导击板组成。圆形中空的上下端板由平板型导击板垂直连接而成圆筒形导击器。导击板与通过其端板内圆接点的半径的夹角为80-100度。
2、导击器的导击板数量为12-24片。
本发明的工作原理是这样的:无论风从任何方向吹来,经导击器导击板的导向作用,都能在风轮腔内形成风旋场。在风旋场的冲击下,风轮的风叶绕其轴作圆周运动而带动发电机转动发电。由于风旋场的风向与风轮转轴垂直,在能量转换过程中没有分解出轴向力,使风力对风轮轴形成更大的扭力矩,大大提高了对风能的利用率。本发明风轮发电机组具有结构紧凑,设计新颖,造价低,效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、2和3,本发明风轮发电机组由风轮(1)、发电机(2)和基座(3)组成,风轮轴垂直设置并与发电机轴连接。风轮外套装导击器(4),导击器固定在基座上。导击器由上端板(5)、下端板(6)和导击板(7)组成。参照图4,圆形中空的上下端板由平板型导击板垂直连接而成圆筒形导击器。导击板与通过其端板内圆接点的半径R的夹角为80-100度,并向同一方向倾斜。导击板的数量为12-24片。风轮采用传统风轮,与导击器互为同心圆,两者之间的间隙越小越好。如果将导击器直径做成2-6米,配以相应的风轮和发电机,就能在住宅楼顶上安装使用,也适宜于路灯、航标灯上安装使用,有利于普及风能利用,以满足人们对无碳清洁能源的需求。
