Abstract

本发明涉及一种波纹管连接组件,所述波纹管连接组件包括有:一段密封软管和一对拱形的固定管夹,所述密封软管用橡塑海绵或塑料制成,能容待连接的波纹管贯通;所述固定管夹用塑料或玻璃纤维增强塑料制成,其内壁设置有与待连接波纹管外壁波纹相配合的波纹,径向两侧各有外沿体,且在每侧外沿体均开有供螺母锁紧螺丝锁紧的螺孔,轴向两端均有内翻边,用于管夹与波纹管之间的固定。本发明结构简单、操作方便、密封性能好、成本较低,同时,本发明的防腐性能优越,实用性强。

一种波纹管连接组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道连接组件,尤其是涉及一种波纹管道连接组件。
背景技术
近年来,我国大口径波纹管发展迅猛,其材质常见的为PE、PVC两种,结构上分为双壁波纹管、缠绕结构壁管等,这些管道以其独有的高刚度、耐腐蚀等优点在埋地排水、排污及自来水输送等领域被广泛应用。传统的管道之间的连接方式为:在波纹管尾部一端(没有扩口的直身管)的波谷处套上橡胶密封圈,插入另一端带扩口的官道上,再用铅丝拧紧,以起到密封防脱的连接作用。这种连接方式存在诸多缺陷,常因连接设施被腐蚀或老化引发泄露,从而影响管道的使用寿命;在管道铺设安装的过程中,由于管道生产时受制于生产设备的限制,导致管道阔口处环刚度及耐扩张能力相对较差,在采用该连接方式施工时容易因变形或开裂导致渗漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术提供一种结构简单、便于施工且密封效果极佳的波纹管连接组件。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该波纹管连接组件包括有
一段密封软管,该密封软管用橡塑海绵或塑料制成,能容波纹管贯通,施工时将待连接的两根波纹管的连接端打磨平整,分别从该橡塑海绵管的两端插入并在橡塑海绵管轴向中线附近会合。
一对拱形的固定管夹,该管夹用塑料或玻璃纤维增强塑料制成,施工时管夹通过螺栓固定在被波纹管贯通的橡塑海绵管外,且管夹的径向中心线与处于被连接的波纹管连接端的对接线重叠。上述固定管夹用塑料或玻璃纤维增强塑料制成,管夹的径向两侧各有外沿体,且在每侧外沿体均开有2至4个螺孔,由2至4个螺栓分别穿过两个拱形体相对应位置上的螺孔,用2至4个螺母锁紧螺丝锁紧。上述固定管夹的轴向两端均有内翻边,内翻边用于管夹与两根波纹管之间径向与轴向固定,防止两管与管夹位移。
上述固定管夹内壁设置有与待连接波纹管外壁波纹相配合的波纹。
上述连接组件的工作原理是:利用管夹以及管夹内壁与波纹管峰顶部的压迫使橡塑海绵管压缩,从而达到连接波纹管和阻断管内的水流出管外的目的。
本发明的先进性在于:该连接组件与波纹管体连接牢固可靠,结构简单、操作方便、密封性能好、成本较低,同时,本发明的防腐性能优越,实用性强。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,描述本发明的具体结构,如图1所示,1a、1b为两段待连接的波纹管,将其连接端口分别打磨平整后,分别自密封软管1的两端插入,并在密封软管径向中线处对接1d,再将固定管夹2置于密封软管外,并保证其轴向中线位于波纹管对接线1d处,用螺栓2e自螺孔2b与相对应位置的螺孔穿过后,用螺母锁紧螺丝2f锁紧,固定管夹内侧的波峰2a与波纹管外壁的波谷1c相互咬合,并咬紧密封软管1达到密封目的。

1.一种波纹管连接组件,包括有一段密封软管(1),一对拱形的固定管夹(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种波纹管连接组件,其特征在于:所述密封软管(1)用橡塑海绵或塑料制成,能容待连接的波纹管贯通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种波纹管连接组件,其特征在于:所述固定管夹(2)用塑料或玻璃纤维增强塑料制成,径向两侧各有外沿体(2c),在每侧外沿体均开有2至4个螺孔(2b),用于穿入螺栓连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种波纹管连接组件,其特征在于:所述固定管夹(2)内壁设置有与待连接波纹管外壁波纹相配合的波纹(2a)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种波纹管连接组件,其特征在于:所述固定管夹(2)的轴向两端均有内翻边(2d),用于管夹与待连接波纹管之间的固定。
