Abstract
本发明提供一种微型输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法,采用垂直潜式浇道,在输电轴需要箍环捆扎的位置,设计微型点浇口进料直接成型每个导线箍环。本发明在模体分型面的型腔左、右两端,采取垂直下潜式浇道,在输电轴需要箍环捆扎的位置,设计微型点浇口进料,极大的减小塑料填充型腔的流程和阻力,零件易充满成型,不损伤导线的绝缘层,具有较高的实用价值。

技术领域
本发明属注塑成型技术领域,具体涉及一种微型输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法及专用模具。
背景技术
目前,导电环输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法,大都采用从输电轴的顶端大浇口进料,沿着导线轴向填充注塑,成型导线箍环。由于越向下导线越多,注塑阻力越大,向下的注塑压力及流动阻力,易拉伤和破坏导线绝缘层,箍环注塑难以充满成型,不能在引出导线分支的位置设计过多的箍环,只能设计少量箍环,分支导线位置难以精确固定,末端导线易松散,易产生废品,各导线分支、定位不可靠各导线分支定位不可靠,因此必要提出改进。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:提供一种微型输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法及专用模具,在模体分型面的成型型腔左右两端,采取垂直下潜浇道,在引出导线分支的位置设计箍环,并设计微型点浇口,保证各引出分支导线在输电轴上精确定位、固定。
本发明采用的技术方案:微型输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法,采用垂直潜式浇道,在输电轴需要箍环捆扎的位置,设计微型点浇口进料直接成型每个导线箍环。
进一步地,浇料从主浇道进入后,流向两边的分浇道,在每个分浇道沿途再设有支浇道与输电轴需要箍环捆扎位置的微型点浇口对应,浇料从支浇道进入微型点浇口直接成型每个导线箍环。
还提供一种用于微型输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法的专用模具,具有上模板、下模板和模体,所述模体设置在上模板和下模板之间,所述上模板上制有进料主浇道,所述模体内部制有分浇道且分浇道位于进料主浇道和型腔分型面的两侧并均与主浇道连通,所述分浇道上再制有多个支浇道,所述支浇道与输电轴需要箍环捆扎位置对应的微型点浇口对应。
本发明与现有技术相比在模体分型面的型腔左、右两端,采取垂直下潜式浇道,在输电轴需要箍环捆扎的位置,设计微型点浇口进料,极大的减小塑料填充型腔的流程和阻力,零件易充满成型,不损伤导线的绝缘层,具有较高的实用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-2描述本发明的一种实施例。
微型输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法,采用垂直潜式浇道,在输电轴需要箍环捆扎的位置,设计微型点浇口进料直接成型每个导线箍环,具体说,浇料从主浇道1进入后,流向两边的分浇道3,在每个分浇道3沿途再设有支浇道4与输电轴需要箍环捆扎位置的微型点浇口5对应,浇料从支浇道4进入微型点浇口5直接成型每个导线箍环。
还提供用于微型输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法的专用模具,具有上模板6、下模板7和模体8,所述模体8设置在上模板6和下模板7之间,所述上模板6上制有进料主浇道1,所述模体8内部制有分浇道3且分浇道3位于进料主浇道1和型腔分型面的两侧并均与主浇道1连通,所述分浇道3上再制有多个支浇道4,所述支浇道4与输电轴需要箍环捆扎位置对应的微型点浇口5对应。
本发明技术采用垂直下潜式浇道和微型点浇口5进料,改善了分支导线2和箍环9的成型工艺性,更容易达到产品结构的设计要求。

Claims (3)
1.微型输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法,其特征在于采用垂直潜式浇道,在输电轴需要箍环捆扎的位置,设计微型点浇口进料直接成型每个导线箍环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法,其特征在于:浇料从主浇道(1)进入后,流向两边的分浇道(3),在每个分浇道(3)沿途再设有支浇道(4)与输电轴需要箍环捆扎位置的微型点浇口(5)对应,浇料从支浇道(4)进入微型点浇口(5)直接成型每个导线箍环。
3.用于如权利要求1或2所述微型输电轴导线箍环的注塑成型方法的专用模具,其特征在于:具有上模板(6)、下模板(7)和模体(8),所述模体(8)设置在上模板(6)和下模板(7)之间,所述上模板(6)上制有进料主浇道(1),所述模体(8)内部制有分浇道(3)且分浇道(3)位于进料主浇道(1)和型腔分型面的两侧并均与主浇道(1)连通,所述分浇道(3)上再制有多个支浇道(4),所述支浇道(4)与输电轴需要箍环捆扎位置对应的微型点浇口(5)对应。
