唯一的图1示出根据本发明的空气净化器的示意图,所述空气净化器构成为,用于安装在建筑物的室内以及用于净化室内的空气。空气净化器包括第一入口1、第二入口2、第三入口3、第一出口4和第二出口5。空气净化器经由两个管路与建筑物的外侧连接:第一(未示出的)管路将第一入口1与建筑物的外侧连接,第二(未示出的)管路将第二出口5与建筑物的外侧连接。第一出口4、第二入口2和第三入口3通到室内,优选在空间上彼此分离的部位上。空气净化器还包括第一空气通道6、第二空气通道7和第三空气通道8。空气在空气通道6-8中的流动方向由箭头示出。第一空气通道6将第一入口1与第一出口4连接。第二空气通道7将第二入口2与第二出口5连接。第三空气通道8从第三入口3引向第一空气通道6。第一静电除尘器/臭氧发生器9在第一空气通道6中设置在第一入口1的下游,即沿流动方向的第一入口1的下游,并且第二电滤尘器静电除尘器/臭氧发生器10在第三空气通道8中设置在第三入口3的下游,即沿流动方向的第三入口3的下游。活性碳过滤器11在第一空气通道6中设置在第一出口4的上游。第一空气通道6和第二空气通道7引导穿过热交换器12,以便在第一空气通道6和第二空气通道7之间交换热量。第一风扇13在第一空气通道6中沿流动方向设置在第一静电除尘器/臭氧发生器9的下游,第二风扇14在第一空气通道6中沿流动方向设置在活性碳过滤器11的上游并且第三风扇15在第二空气通道7中沿流动方向设置在热交换器12的下游。第三空气通道8从第三入口3引向第一空气通道6并且在位于热交换器12的下游以及第二风扇14的上游的部位上通到第一空气通道6中。因此,第一空气通道6划分为两个部段,即从第一入口1引导直至第三空气通道8通到第一空气通道6中的部位的第一部段,以及从所述部位引导直至第一出口4的第二部段。在第一部段中仅流过新鲜空气,新鲜空气和循环空气在第二部段中流过。在每个入口中能够设置有粗滤器。
在第一空气通道6的第二部段中能够在第二风扇14的上游或下游可选地安装加湿模块16。可选的加湿模块16优选装配有能手动填满的水槽,但是所述水槽也能够构成为能连接到水管上。
因为,空气净化器设计为用于安装在室内,进而仅确保在单个室内的良好的空气质量,对新鲜空气的需求少于当空气净化器设计为用于为整个公寓或建筑物供应净化的空气时的情况。因此,空气净化器设计为用于典型地为大约60m3/h的新鲜空气的上限。这具有的结果是在空气净化器中的空气的相对低的流动速度。
空气净化器还包括控制单元17。控制单元17设立为,将空气净化器以至少一个第一运行模式来运行,优选以多个运行模式运行。在下文中阐述所述运行模式。
运行模式1
第一运行模式用于,将新鲜空气引入到室内并且将用过的空气从室内向外输送,以及将室内的空气的一部分重新净化。控制单元17编程为,用于在该运行模式中,将第二风扇14总是以比第一风扇13更大的抽吸功率来运行。因此,第二风扇14在第一空气通道6中产生吸力,所述吸力将由第一风扇13从建筑物的周围环境中抽吸的且输送到第一空气通道6中的空气沿朝活性碳过滤器11的方向抽吸。所述吸力首先具有的结果是:由第一静电除尘器/臭氧发生器9产生的臭氧流向在那里臭氧被破坏的活性碳过滤器11,并且没有臭氧流到第三空气通道8中并且穿过第三入口3到达室内。所述吸力其次具有的结果是:空气从室内被抽入到第三空气通道8中并且从那里进一步抽入到第一空气通道6中。在第二静电除尘器/臭氧发生器10中对从室内抽吸的空气进行粉尘净化、尤其是精细粉尘净化等并且积聚有臭氧。从室内抽吸的空气和所抽吸的外部空气被引导到一起,在活性碳过滤器11中再从臭氧释放并且输送到室内。以这种方式,一部分的新鲜空气和一部分的循环空气被引入室内。
第二风扇14的抽吸功率和第一风扇13的抽吸功率之间的差越大,循环空气的份额相对于新鲜空气的比例就越大。循环空气在进入第三空气通道8中时在第二静电除尘器10中清除粉尘、精细粉尘、花粉并且积聚有臭氧。在第三空气通道8和在第一空气通道6中到处存在的臭氧破坏包含在循环空气中的微生物,例如细菌、寄生物、真菌、原生物、病毒等。
此外,控制单元17将第三风扇15以典型地大致相应于第一风扇13的抽吸功率的抽吸功率来运行,以便将例如与借助于第一风扇13被输送到室内的新鲜空气相同的量的室内空气输送到室外。在此,包含在室内空气中的热量或冷量在热交换器12中输出到新鲜空气。
运行模式2
如在运行模式1中一样,控制单元17驱动第一风扇13和第二风扇14,而第三风扇15被关闭。因为,实际上没有空气经由第二空气通道7被输出,所以室内的空气的一部分寻找其他到室外的路径并且经由在窗和门中的缝隙逸出。因为由此实际上没有废气流过热交换器12,在热交换器12中不进行热交换。当输入的新鲜空气比室内的空气更冷时,那么在室内的空气的温度下降。当输入的新鲜空气比室内的空气更热时,那么室内的空气的温度提高。
运行模式3
控制单元17仅驱动第二风扇14。第一风扇13和第三风扇15被关闭。所述运行模式用于,在不引入新鲜空气的情况下将室内的空气净化。
在所有运行模式中,第二风扇14的抽吸功率大于第一风扇13的抽吸功率。(当第一风扇13被关闭时,这是显而易见的)。
如果将可选的加湿模块16安装到第一空气通道6中,那么其他运行模式是可行的,其中将空气在从第一空气通道6排出之前进行加湿。
根据本发明的空气净化器提供一些特殊优点,其中
-静电除尘器/臭氧发生器以高的效率工作,因为空气流动在最大60m3/h时是相对小的,以至于空气在静电除尘器/臭氧发生器中具有足够长的停留时间。
-室内空气具有高的纯度,因为精细粉尘有效地从空气中被移除并且所有种类的微生物通过臭氧被杀死。这既适用于新鲜空气也适用于循环空气。这甚至造成,由室内引出的废气比在建筑物的周围环境中的空气更干净。
-在活性碳过滤器中,臭氧,还有从室外与新鲜空气一同引入的臭氧也被完全分解,以至于输入室内的空气实际上是不含臭氧的。
-新鲜空气和循环空气能够被一起引到相同的空气通道中,而臭氧不会到达室内。这减少了对于空气引导所需的管道和通道的数量进而明显简化了空气引导。
-在热交换器12中的热交换能够根据需要在无需使用盖子或绕开热交换器12的旁通的情况下被禁止,即通过关闭第三风扇15而被禁止。
-因为静电除尘器/臭氧发生器9和10直接设置在第一入口1或第三入口3的下游,并且活性碳过滤器11直接设置在第一出口4的上游,所以空气通道6-8在工作时总是积聚有臭氧,以至于到达空气通道中的微生物例如细菌、寄生物、真菌、原生物、病毒等立刻被破坏。在第一空气通道6和第三空气通道8中持久存在的吸力引起:没有臭氧流入到第三空气通道8中并且穿过第三入口3到达室内。

Claims (1)

1.一种空气净化器,所述空气净化器构成为用于安装在建筑物的室内并且用于净化室内的空气,所述空气净化器包括:
第一入口(1)、第二入口(2)、第三入口(3)、第一出口(4)和第二出口(5),其中所述第一入口(1)和所述第二出口(5)能够连接到引向所述建筑物的外侧的管路,并且所述第一出口(4)、所述第二入口(2)和所述第三入口(3)通到室内;
第一空气通道(6),所述第一空气通道将所述第一入口(1)与所述第一出口(4)连接;
第二空气通道(7),所述第二空气通道将所述第二入口(2)与所述第二出口(5)连接;
第一静电除尘器/臭氧发生器(9),所述第一静电除尘器/臭氧发生器在所述第一空气通道(6)中设置在所述第一入口(1)的下游;
活性碳过滤器(11),所述活性碳过滤器在所述第一空气通道(6)中设置在所述第一出口(4)的上游;
热交换器(12),所述热交换器设置为用于交换在所述第一空气通道(6)和所述第二空气通道(7)之间的热量;
第一风扇(13),所述第一风扇在所述第一空气通道(6)中沿流动方向设置在所述静电除尘器/臭氧发生器(9)的下游;
第二风扇(14),所述第二风扇在所述第一空气通道(6)中设置在所述活性碳过滤器(11)的上游;
第三风扇(15),所述第三风扇设置在所述第二空气通道(7)中;
第三空气通道(8),所述第三空气通道从所述第三入口(3)引向所述第一空气通道(6)并且在位于所述热交换器(12)的下游以及所述第二风扇(14)的上游的部位处通到所述第一空气通道(6)中;
第二静电除尘器/臭氧发生器(10),所述第二静电除尘器/臭氧发生器在所述第三空气通道(8)中设置在所述第三入口(3)的下游;
控制单元(17),所述控制单元被编程为,用于在至少一个第一运行模式中将所述第二风扇(14)以比所述第一风扇(13)更大的抽吸功率来运行,以便在所述第二风扇(14)和所述第一风扇(13)之间的所述第一空气通道(6)中产生吸力,所述吸力一方面将由所述第一风扇(13)从所述建筑物的周围环境中抽吸的并且输送到所述第一空气通道(6)中的外部空气沿朝所述活性碳过滤器(11)的方向抽吸,并且所述吸力另一方面将空气从所述室内抽吸到所述第三空气通道(8)中并且从那里进一步抽吸到所述第一空气通道(6)中并且沿朝所述活性碳过滤器的方向抽吸。
