[0002] 现有技术中的LED灯泡一般包括灯体、安装在灯体顶部的灯罩、位于灯体内的电源,灯罩内设置有LED光源,LED光源与灯体内的电源电连接,当LED光源通电发光时,其发出的光线可透过灯罩照射出去,以达到照明或装饰的目的。但现有技术中的LED灯泡为了使光线柔和、不刺眼,通常是将灯罩设置为不透明的结构,以避免人眼直LED灯珠造成的不适,由此降低了 LED灯的亮度,用户使用时为了达到所需的亮度就得选用功率更大的LED灯泡,造成电能的浪费,同时,由于现有技术的LED灯泡的光源与电源发出的热量相互干涉,往往会造成电源的使用寿命缩短。

[0008] 本发明的有益效果是:通过使用反光盖将发光柱进行部分围闭并留出透光孔,防止光被反射回发光柱。反光盖喇叭状的底板能使光线反射出LED灯泡外,避免线在透明灯罩内被反射回透光孔造成光线的相互抵消,底板上的凸部对应透光孔设置,能起到凸镜的作用,将透光孔发出的光能通过凸部发散反射出去,使光线柔和、均匀。LED灯珠布置在发光柱的径向表面以及筒体顶端为全封闭的设置,能避免人的眼睛在灯泡的前方直视LED灯珠造成的刺眼、眩光等不适。由耐高温塑料制成的连接部将光源与电源发出的热量分隔开,从而避免了光源与电源发出的热量相互干涉,以延长电源的使用寿命。通过采用由玻璃材质制成的透明灯罩,使灯罩还能起到散热器的作用,降低了制造成本。

[0011] 如图1-4所示,LED灯泡包括灯体1、透明灯罩2、光源3、反光盖4以及电源(未图示)。光源3为柱状的发光柱,包括导热柱31、铝基板32和LED灯珠33。
[0012] 灯体I包括连接部10、螺纹安装部11、光源固定板12。连接部10采用耐高温塑料制成,用于连接固定在其两端的螺纹安装部11和光源固定板12,并将螺纹安装部11与光源固定板12上的热量分隔开,以改善电源的工作温度,提高电源的使用寿命。螺纹安装部11构成与现有技术的灯座连接的标准接口,设置于螺纹安装部11内部的电源将灯座提供的交流市电转化为光源3所需的低压直流电,进而驱动LED灯珠33发光。电源发出的热量通过螺纹安装部11进行散热。光源固定板12由导热材料制成,其上部中心位置固设有导热柱31,光源固定板12的边缘位置固设有由玻璃材料制成的透明灯罩2,从而将导热柱31上的热量传递到透明灯罩2上进行对外热热交换,以实现散热器的功能,并可减少散热器的设置,降低制造成本。
[0013] 6个贴片式LED灯珠33沿发光柱3的轴向单行排布固设于铝基板32上并与铝基板32电连接,从而构成I组发光组件,径向截面呈方形的导热柱31的每一个径向表面上均布置有I组发光组件,铝基板32通过散热硅脂粘固于导热柱31的径向表面上,导热柱31的底端固设于光源固定板12的中心位置上,并将导热柱31的热量传递到光源固定板12上。
[0014] 为了增强LED灯珠33发光的效果,避免LED灯珠33发出的光线被反射回来或者被导热柱31相邻侧的LED光珠33发出的光相互干涉,造成相互抵消,在发光柱3的四周以及连接部10的上部加装有反光盖4,反光盖4包括筒体41和底板42,其中筒体41套装在发光柱3的径向外轮廓上,并把相邻的两组发光组件上的LED灯珠33分隔开,并在LED灯珠33所对应的位置上设置透光孔410。筒体41的顶端封闭,避免人的眼睛在LED灯泡的正前方直视LED灯珠33时造成的不适,需要说明的是,LED灯泡一般均会安装到灯筒内使用,装入灯筒后的LED灯泡,人的眼睛不会直接看到LED灯珠33。

1.一种带有透明灯罩的LED灯泡,包括光源、透明灯罩、灯体以及电源,所述光源固设于灯体顶部并与设置于灯体内部的电源电连接,所述透明灯罩与灯体封闭所述光源,其特征在于:所述光源为柱状的发光柱,其径向表面上分布有多个贴片式LED灯珠,所述LED灯泡还包括反光盖,所述反光盖包括筒体和底板,所述筒体套装于发光柱外部并在LED灯珠所对应的位置上开设有透光孔,所述筒体的顶端封闭、底端的径向边缘向外延伸出盖合灯体的喇叭状的底板,所述底板上设置有凸部,所述凸部与透光孔相对应设置,所述灯体还包括将光源与电源发出的热量分隔开的连接部,所述透明灯罩由玻璃材料制成,所述连接部由耐高温塑料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有透明灯罩的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述发光柱包括铝基板、导热柱以及LED灯珠,LED灯珠固设于铝基板上并与铝基板电连接,铝基板通过散热硅脂粘固于导热柱上,所述灯体还包括光源固定板,光源固定板的中心位置上固设有导热柱,光源固定板在其边缘的位置与透明灯罩固定连接,光源固定板由导热材料制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有透明灯罩的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述导热柱的径向截面呈方形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有透明灯罩的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述反光盖表面涂覆有反光膜。
