本发明涉及饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
中兽医理论认为:“乳下婴儿有疾,必调治其母,母病子病,母安子安”。说明幼畜发病与其母有一定的关系,通过供给母猪营养饲料能够保证仔猪的营养需求。仔猪缺铁性贫血,是指5~21日龄的哺乳仔猪缺铁所致的一种营养性贫血,多发于秋、冬、早春季节,对猪的生长发育危害严重。本病在一些地区有群发性,由于缺铁或需求量大而供应不足,影响仔猪体内血红蛋白的生成,红细胞的数量减少,发生缺铁性贫血。另外,母猪及仔猪饲料中缺乏钴、铜、蛋白质等也可发生贫血。缺乏铜和铁的区别是,缺铁时血红蛋白含量降低,而缺铜时红细胞数减少。
哺乳仔猪贫血是常见病。仔猪生后10天左右,若不从外界得到铁的补充,时间一长就会发生缺铁性贫血。尤其是在水泥或砖石地板圈养的仔猪,因接触新鲜土壤机会少,发病率更高,可达40%左右。
一般患病仔猪在5~21日龄发病,精神沉郁,离群伏卧,食欲减退,营养不良,极度消瘦,耳静脉不显露。可视黏膜苍白,轻度黄染。被毛逆立,呼吸加快,心跳加速,体温不高。由于血液稀薄和血管壁变性,常出现下腹、下颌浮肿和体腔积液增多。在胃肠壁营养不足引起分泌失调时,又出现胃酸过多或胃酸缺乏等消化障碍,下痢,生长发育停滞,消瘦的仔猪周期性出现下痢与便秘。另一类型的仔猪则不见消瘦,外观上可能较肥胖,且生长发育较快,2~4周龄时,可在运动中突然死亡该病虽然死亡率不高,但患猪长期生长发育不良,饲料转化率低,给养猪业带来了严重的经济损失。
现代兽医理论认为,患缺铁性贫血的的仔猪皮肤及可视黏膜苍白,肌肉颜色变淡,心脏扩散,肝脏肿大且有脂肪变性,肌肉淡红色,血液较稀薄,胸腹腔内可能有液体,肺水肿或发生炎性病变,肾实质变性,死亡率为15%~20%。
虽然,预防加强妊娠母猪和哺乳母猪的饲养管理,饲喂富含蛋白质、无机盐(铁、铜)和维生素的日粮。在妊娠母猪产前2天至产后1个月,每日补充硫酸亚铁,使仔猪可通过采食母猪富含铁的粪便而补充铁质;或在母猪产仔前后各1个月内补充水解大豆蛋白螯合铁可有效防止仔猪缺铁性贫血的发生,但是硫酸亚铁若在空气中放置过久,则空气中的氧能将低价铁氧化成高价铁,仔猪服用后会出现腹泻、呕吐等现象。
中草药是祖国医学防治疾病的有力武器,中兽医学治病,从“整体观念”和“辨证施治”出发,根据“治病求本”的观点,提出了“益气补血”、“补血养血”等基本治疗原则,克服了西药过分机械地、单一地作用于某一个环节,并且不良反应较多的缺点。
中医药含有大量的天然活性成分,能提高机体的造血功能,增强抗病力,与西药相比,具有毒性低、副作用小、残留低、以及机体不产生耐药性和无致畸变性等独特的优势,在治疗仔猪缺铁性贫血方面起到很好的疗效。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种产后1-20天哺乳母猪饲料及其制备方法,采用这种饲料不仅满足哺乳母猪的营养需求,同时对仔猪缺铁性贫血治疗具有高效、毒副作用小、无残留、不产生抗药性、不污染环境、能增加机体抵抗力、疗程短及病情不反复的优点。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种产后1-20天哺乳母猪饲料,所述饲料包括以下原料:玉米、麦麸、豆粕、鸡蛋黄、黑木耳粉、大豆油、食盐、微量元素预混料和中药添加剂。
所述微量元素预混料的主要成分及含量可以优选为每千克预混料中:铜7500-8500mg、铁60000-150000mg、锰110000-130000mg、锌10000-15000mg、碘600-900 mg、硒500 -850mg和钴100 -350mg,稀释剂为磷酸氢钙。
所述饲料优选地由以下原料组成:玉米40-60重量份、麦麸20-30重量份、豆粕20-30重量份、鸡蛋黄10-20重量份、黑木耳粉10-20重量份、大豆油5-13重量份、食盐5-15重量份、微量元素预混料5-8重量份和中药添加剂5-15重量份。
所述饲料优选地由以下原料组成:玉米53重量份、麦麸27重量份、豆粕25重量份、鸡蛋黄15重量份、黑木耳粉15重量份、大豆油8重量份、食盐7重量份、微量元素预混料6重量份和中药添加剂11重量份。
所述中药添加剂包括以下原料药材:茯苓、白术、当归、川芎、黄芩、何首乌、茵陈、苍术、黄芪、龙胆、甘草、使君子、远志、党参、麦冬、砂仁、桔梗、木香、酸枣仁和生姜。

所述中药添加剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、将所述原料药材放入粉碎机粉碎后过120目细筛,使能通过120目筛的细粉量在达到30%~40%,收集通过120目筛的原料细粉,过筛后剩下的颗粒物备用;
b、将过筛后剩下的颗粒物放入5~7倍量的醇浓度为85%的乙醇中加热回流提取两次,每次1~2小时,将两次提取液合并静置,得提取液1,药渣备用;
c、将步骤b中乙醇提取过的药渣加5~7倍量水加热回流提取2次,每次1~2小时,将2次提取液合并静置,得提取液2;
d、将提取液1和提取液2合并,滤过,减压浓缩相对密度为50℃~60℃时1.38的滤液,回收乙醇,将所得滤液调整比重到1.06,通入喷雾干燥机进行喷雾干燥,过喷雾干燥机喷头的压缩空气压力为4kg/m2,干燥室热气流温度是100℃,得原料药粉;将步骤a过筛后得到的原料细粉与原料药粉混合得中药添加剂。
为了更好的实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)破碎步骤:按重量份数称取玉米、麦麸、豆粕和鸡蛋黄,投入粉碎机进行微粉碎,经过粉碎后过2.0mm筛;
(2)配料步骤:按照重量份数称取黑木耳粉、大豆油、食盐、微量元素预混料和中药添加剂,与步骤(1)粉碎获得的细粉混合,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合时间为30-60s;
(3)制粒步骤:投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为85℃,使其糊化度达到90%以上。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:本发明饲料中含有的中药添加剂以补铁健脾益气生血为治疗原则,与其他原料相互配合、共同作用,不仅能够满足哺乳母猪的营养需求,还能够对患有缺铁性贫血的仔猪的治疗具有高效、毒副作用小、无残留、不产生抗药性、不污染环境、能增加机体抵抗力、疗程短且病情不反复的优点。
具体实施方式
仔猪缺铁性贫血的主要病变在脾胃、肾、涉及心、肝,铁是初生仔猪生长发育所必须的微量元素之一,也是体内血红蛋白、肌红蛋白以及所含铁酶类的主要组成部分。尽管机体含铁量很少,但其在生命中起着至关重要的作用,缺铁会导致仔猪缺铁性贫血的产生。猪舍结构及环境因素:目前的猪舍地面大多数以水泥和石板为主,加上环境条件限制,仔猪的活动场地不足,使仔猪难以接触土壤获得外源性铁的补充;饲料方面:饲料营养不全面 母猪妊娠期或哺乳期,饲料中营养不全面,缺乏铁、铜、钴等微量元素,使母乳中铁含量不足;饲料配合不合理 哺乳期长时间饲喂含钙质过多的饲料(如贝壳粉、骨粉、碳酸钙粉)或含鞣酸过多的饲料(高粱、麦麸等)而影响了铁的吸收,从而降低了母乳中铁的含量水平;仔猪开食过迟 诱导仔猪开食过迟,大大延缓了仔猪消化系统器官的生长发育及消化吸收机能的提高,即使通过口服补铁,吸收量亦有限;仔猪自身因素:由于仔猪在胚胎发育期间肝脏中贮铁量少,导致初生仔猪体内铁的贮量较少(一般每千克体重仅含铁28mg左右)。仔猪维持正常生长每天需消耗铁6~12mg,一般仔猪出生后每天从母乳中最多可获得1mg铁。因此,如果初生仔猪不及时补铁,在出生后3~4天就会将体内的40~50mg铁耗尽,从而发生缺铁性贫血。
中兽医理论认为:“乳下婴儿有疾,必调治其母,母病子病,母安子安”。说明幼畜发病与其母有一定的关系,通过供给母猪营养饲料能够保证仔猪的营养需求。仔猪缺铁性贫血病位在脾胃肾。血,即血液,是循行于脉中的富有营养的红色的液态物质,是构成人体和维持人体生命活动的基本物质之一。血主于心,藏于肝,统于脾,布于肺,根于肾,有规律地循行脉管之中,在脉内营运不息,充分发挥灌溉一身的生理效应。血液的最基本的物质,故曰是谓血”(《灵枢·决气》):“血者水谷之精气也……故虽心主血脾和胃,血自生矣”(《妇人良方·调经门》)。“中焦受气取汁,变化而赤肝藏血,亦皆统摄于脾,补由于脾胃化生的水谷精微是血液生成的最基本物质,所以有脾胃为“气血生化之源”的说法。饮食营养的优劣,脾胃运化功能的强弱,直接影9向着血液的化生。“盖饮食多自能生血,饮食少则血不生”(《医门法律·虚劳论》)。因此,长期饮食营养摄人不足,或脾胃的运化功能长期失调,均可导致血液的生成不足而形成血虚的病理变化。肾为水脏,主藏精而化血”(《侣山堂类辨·辨血》)。“肾藏精,精者,血之所成也”(《诸病源候论·虚劳病诸候下》)。由上观之,精髓也是化生血液的基本物质。综上所述,水谷精微、营气、津液、精髓均为生成血液的物质基础。但津液和营气都来自于饮食物经脾和胃的消化吸收而生成的水谷精微。所以,就物质来源而言,水谷精微和精髓则是血液生成的主要物质基础。脾为后天之本,气血生化之源。脾胃所化生的水谷精微是化生血液的最基本物质。“血者水谷之精也。源源而来,而实生化于脾”(《景岳全书·传忠录·脏象别论》)。“胃中水谷之清气,借脾之运化成血,故曰生化于脾”(《医碥·血》)。若中焦脾胃虚弱,不能运化水谷精微,化源不足,往往导致血虚。可见,中医学已认识到血液与营养物质的关系,也已认识到脾是一个造血器官。肾藏精,精生髓。精髓也是化生血液的基本物质,故有血之源头在于肾之说。中医不仅认识到骨髓是造血器官,肾对血液的生成有调节作用,而且也认识到肾精是通过肝脏的作用而生成血液的,所以说:“血之与气,异名同类,虽有阴阳清浊之分,总由水谷精微所化。其始也混然一区,未分清浊,得脾气之鼓运,如雾上蒸于肺而为气;气不耗,归精于肾而为精;精不泄,归精于肝而化清血”(《张氏医通·诸血门》)。
综上所述,血液是以水谷精微和精髓为主要物质基础,在脾胃、肾等脏腑的共同作用下而生成的。故常用补养心血、补益心脾、滋养肝血和补肾益髓等法以治血虚之候。
中药防治仔猪缺铁性贫血的机理在于:增强机体的吸收铁的能力、增加机体抵抗力、特异性及非特异性免疫包括增加抗体和补体的产生,增加细胞因子的产生;抗菌、消除并发症;保肝护肾,从而保证正常的生理功能和消除致病因素的抗病能力。本发明以补铁健脾、益气生血为主要治疗原则,提供了一种含有中药添加剂的饲料,该中药添加剂包括以下原料药材:茯苓、白术、当归、川芎、黄芩、何首乌、茵陈、苍术、黄芪、龙胆、甘草、使君子、远志、党参、麦冬、砂仁、桔梗、木香、酸枣仁和生姜。
其中,各原料药材的药理特性为:
茯苓:甘、淡,平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。功能主治:利水渗湿,健脾宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
白术:能显著地增强小肠平滑肌的收缩幅度、收缩频率, 延长小肠平滑肌在缺氧情况下的收缩时间, 调整胃肠运动功能, 具有抗溃疡、保肝和增强机体免疫功能的作用。白术味苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。主治健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。白术对瘤细胞有细胞毒作用,能降低瘤细胞的增殖率,减低瘤组织的侵袭性,提高机体抗肿瘤反应的能力。《药性论》载其:君,味甘,辛,无毒。能主大风痹,多年气痢,心腹胀痛,破消宿食,开胃,去痰涎,除寒热,止下泄。主面光悦,驻颜,去黑。治水肿胀满,吐呕逆,腹内冷痛,吐泻不住,及胃气虚冷痢。
当归:其味甘而重,故专能补血,其气轻而辛,故又能行血,补中有动,行中有补,诚血中之气药,亦血中之圣药。大约佐之以补则补,故能养营养血,补气生精,安五脏,强形体,益神志,凡有形虚损之病,无所不宜。佐之以攻则通,故能祛痛通便,利筋骨,治拘挛、瘫痪、燥、涩等证。营虚而表不解者,佐以柴、葛、麻、桂等剂,大能散表卫热,而表不敛者,佐以大黄之类,又能固表。惟其气辛而动,故欲其静者当避之,性滑善行,大便不固者当避之。凡阴中火盛者,当归能动血,亦非所宜,阴中阳虚者,当归能养血,乃不可少。
川芎:辛,温。入肝、胆经。行气开郁,法风燥湿,活血止痛。治风冷头痛旋晕,胁痛腹疼,寒痹筋挛,经闭,难产,产后瘀阻块痛,痈疽疮疡。用于月经不调,经闭痛经,瘕腹痛,胸胁刺痛,跌扑肿痛,头痛,风湿痹痛。《本经》载其:主中风入脑头痛,寒痹,筋挛缓急,金创,妇人血闭无子。《别录》载其:"除脑中冷动,面上游风去来,目泪出,多涕唾,忽忽如醉,诸寒冷气,心腹坚痛,中恶,卒急肿痛,胁风痛,温中内寒。"是行气化瘀的良药。
黄芩:有清热燥湿,凉血安胎,解毒功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。黄芩的临床应用抗菌比黄连还好,而且不产生抗药性。我们借助广谱抗菌作用强的特点,用在真菌培养杂菌感染特厉害,用黄芩提取液效果很好。《本草经疏》:黄芩,其性清肃,所以除邪:味苦所以燥湿;阴寒所以胜热,故主诸热。诸热者,邪热与遍热也,黄疸、肠僻、泄痢,皆湿热胜之病也,析其本,则诸病自瘳矣。苦寒能除湿热,所以小肠利而水自逐,源清则流洁也。血闭者,实热在血分,即热人血室,令人经闭不通,湿热解,则荣气清而自行也。恶疮疽蚀者,血热则留结,而为痈肿渍烂也:火疡者,火气伤血也,凉血除热,则自愈也。
何首乌:苦、甘、涩,温。归肝、心、肾经。功能主治:解毒,消痈,润肠通便。用于瘰疠疮痈,风疹瘙痒,肠燥便秘;高血脂。①降血脂作用:给家兔同时喂饲何首乌和胆甾醇,其所形成的动脉粥样病变较单喂胆甾醇之对照组轻,血清胆甾醇水平亦较低,体外试验何首乌能与胆甾醇结合,在兔肠道能减少胆甾醇的吸收;有认为何首乌中含的卵磷脂与治疗动脉粥样硬化有关。但有报道以何首乌喂饲实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔,虽能使胆甾醇上升较迟缓,病变稍轻,但不显着,其疗效未能肯定。首乌延寿丹对实验性动脉粥样硬化的鸽,无论是药物与胆甾醇同时应用,或用胆甾醇形成高胆甾醇血症后给药,均能显着降低血清胆甾醇,但对动脉内膜病变无明显影响。首乌延寿丹对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔之主动脉内膜斑块的形成及脂质沉积有减轻作用,但也有报道对血脂质与主动脉病理变化无显著影响。有研究首乌延寿丹及其中4个单味药金银花、杜仲、金樱子、桑椹膏对大白鼠肠道胆甾醇吸收的影响,证明前两药似能减少大鼠肠道胆甾醇的吸收,但全方没有表现出肯定的作用,可能由于全方中杜仲和金银花的含量比单独应用的剂量小的缘故。②对血糖的作用:给家兔口服煎剂后30~60分钟内血糖量上升达最高度,然后逐渐降低,6小时后血糖量比正常低0.03%。抗菌作用:何首乌对人型结核菌、弗氏痢疾杆菌试管实验有抑制作用。④其他作用:何首乌中提出的大黄酚,能促进肠管的运动,并能骤减神经的时值,促使神经兴奋,增加肌肉时值,使肌肉麻痹。何首乌对离体蛙心有兴奋作用,特别对疲劳的心脏,强心作用更显著。将何首乌茎部新鲜乳汁涂抹于小鼠耳的腹面,抹药后,耳的腹面及背面均见增厚,其在组织学上的变化与用磷脂类所得之结果相似;可用来治疗瘰疬。
茵陈:苦、辛,微寒。归脾、胃、肝、胆经。功能主治:清湿热,退黄疸。用于黄疸尿少,湿疮瘙痒;传染性黄疸型肝炎。
苍术:燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目。用于脘腹胀满,泄泻水肿,脚气痿躄,风湿痹痛,风寒感冒,夜盲。苍术具有燥湿健脾,祛风湿的功效。主治湿阻中焦,风寒湿痹,脚膝肿痛,痿软无力,雀目夜盲。《珍珠囊》日:“能健胃安脾,诸湿肿非此不能除。”《本草纲目》曰:“治湿痰留饮……及脾湿下流,浊沥带下,滑泻肠风。”《新修本草》称其能“利小便”。
黄芪:以补虚为主,能补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌。用于气血不足、疮疡内陷、脓成不溃或久溃不敛者。黄芪具有很好的托毒生肌的功能,即久不愈合的脓肿化脓生肌。现代医学研究表明,黄芪内含而多种抗菌有效成分,而且能增强机体的免疫功能,因此还能用于预防某些传染病的发生。《本草逢原》载:“黄芪能补五脏诸虚 ,治脉弦自汗,泻阴火,去肺热,无汗则发,有汗则止。”是增进抵抗力和防御疾病的良药。
龙胆:苦;性寒。归:肝;胆经。功能主治:清热燥湿;泻肝定惊。主湿热黄疸;小便淋痛;阴肿阴痒;湿热带下;肝胆实火之头胀头痛;目赤肿痛;耳聋耳肿;胁痛口苦;热病惊风抽搐。 1.对消化道的影响 龙胆或龙胆苦甙能促进胃液和胃酸分泌,用龙胆苦甙给予造成胃瘘管的狗口服,能促进胃液分泌,并可使游离盐酸增加,食欲增进。而舌下涂抹或静脉注射则无效,故认为龙胆苦甙可直接促进胃液分泌和使游离酸增加。2.利胆和保肝作用 取健康及肝脏损害小白鼠,十二指肠给予50g/kg龙胆注射液或健康犬静脉注射4.5g/kg,均能显着增加胆汁流量。从犬的胆汁分泌流量曲线可见在给药5分钟和20分钟时出现两个高峰。龙胆苦甙对四氯化碳和D-氨基半乳糖(Galn)造成的小鼠肝脏急性损伤模型有保护作用,能减轻给药组动物肝坏死和肝细胞病变程度,对抗四氯化碳所致的肝细胞糖元合成障碍。龙胆注射液25g/kg皮下注射,对α-萘异硫氰酸所致小鼠实验性黄疸模型(高胆红素血症和胆汁郁积),可明显地降低血清胆红素含量。3.利尿作用 龙胆注射液10g/kg,耳静脉注射,可使5只家兔由给药前每30分钟平均排尿量0.76ml增加至2.64ml(p<0.1),提示龙胆有明显的利尿作用。4.抗菌作用 试14种龙胆属植物,其中7对根瘤细菌,大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、根癌病土壤杆菌等有作用。龙胆草水浸剂在试管内对石膏样毛癣菌星形奴卡氏菌等皮肤真菌有不同程度的抑制作用。试管法证明龙胆煎剂对绿脓杆菌,变形杆菌,伤寒杆菌,痢疾杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌等有不同程度的抑制作用。5.对中枢神经系统的作用 龙胆碱对小鼠中枢神经系统呈兴奋作用,但较大剂量时则出现麻醉作用。另有报道,龙胆碱25-200mg/kg腹腔注射或灌胃,有中枢抑制作用,能减少小鼠自发活动和定向反射,延长戊巴比妥钠和水合氯醛的睡眠时间,降低体温,松弛肌肉,以及降低士的宁的毒性等;200-400mg/kg对小鼠有镇静作用,可降低小鼠的活动能力。獐牙菜苦甙能抑制中枢神经系统,具有镇痛和镇静作用。对肠及子宫平滑肌有解痉作用;6.其他作用 大量服用时,可防碍消化,时有头痛,颜面潮红,陷于昏眩。曾用含龙胆(品种未注明)的化癌丹试用于小鼠艾氏腹水小癌,证明有抗肿瘤的作用。龙胆酊大剂量对麻醉动物有降压作用,并能抑制心脏,使心率减慢。从G.lutea中提出的龙胆苦甙以疟原虫有较高的毒性用于疟疾发热及抗菌素甲醛实验性关节炎肿等作用。龙胆碱对猫有降压作用,对大鼠甲醛实验性关节炎肿有抗炎作用。龙胆水提物对氯化苦所致小鼠迟发型变态反应有抑制作用。
甘草:性平,味甘,归十二经。补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性有解毒、祛痰、止痛、解痉以至抗癌等药理作用,甘草具有降血脂、抗氧化的作用。
使君子:甘,温。归脾、胃经。功能主治:杀虫消积。用于蛔虫、蛲虫病,虫积腹痛,小儿疳积。
远志:苦、辛、温。归心、肾、肺经。功能主治:安神益智,祛痰,消肿。用于心肾不交引起的失眠多梦,健忘惊悸,神志恍惚,咳痰不爽,疮疡肿毒,乳房肿痛。
党参:具有补中益气,健脾益肺的功效。用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴等。现代研究,党参含多种糖类、酚类、甾醇、挥发油、黄芩素葡萄糖甙、皂甙及微量生物碱,具有增强免疫力、扩张血管、降压、改善微循环、增强造血功能等作用。此外对化疗放疗引起的白细胞下降有提升作用。《本草从新》记载:“补中益气、和脾胃、除烦渴。中气微弱,用以调补,甚为平妥。”
麦冬:味甘、微苦,微寒。归心、肺、胃经。功能与主治:养阴生津,润肺清心。用于肺燥干咳,阴虚痨嗽,喉痹咽痛,津伤口渴,内热消渴,心烦失眠,肠燥便秘。《名医别录》记载:疗身重目黄,心下支满,虚劳客热,口干烦渴,止呕吐,愈痿蹶,强阴益精,消谷调中,保神,定肺气,安五脏,令人肥健。《本草新编》记载:麦门冬,泻肺中之伏火,清胃中之热邪,补心气之劳伤,止血家之呕吐,益精强阴,解烦止渴,美颜色,悦肌肤,退虚热,解肺燥,定咳嗽,真可持之为君而又可借之为臣使也。但世人未知麦冬之妙用,往往少用之而不能成功为可惜也。不知麦冬必须多用,力量始大,盖火伏于肺中,烁干内液,不用麦冬之多,则火不能制矣;热炽于胃中,熬尽其阴,不用麦冬之多,则火不能息矣。更有膀胱之火,上逆于心胸,小便点滴不能出,人以为小便火闭,由于膀胱之热也,用通水之药不效,用降火之剂不效,此又何用乎?盖膀胱之气,必得上焦清肃之令行,而火乃下降,而水乃下通。夫上焦清肃之令禀于肺也,肺气热,则肺清肃之令不行,而膀胱火闭,水亦闭矣。故欲通膀胱者,必须清肺金之气,清肺之药甚多,皆有损无益,终不若麦冬清中有补,能泻膀胱之火,而又不损膀胱之气,然而少用之,亦不能成功,盖麦冬气味平寒,必多用之而始有济也。
砂仁:味辛,性温,砂仁主要作用于人体的胃、肾和脾,能够行气调味,和胃醒脾,化湿开胃,温脾止泻,理气安胎,《本草汇言》中描述:砂仁,温中和气之药也。若上焦之气梗逆而不下,下焦之气抑遏而不上,中焦之气凝聚而不舒,用砂仁治之,奏效最捷。然古方多用以安胎何也?盖气结则痛,气逆则胎动不安,此药辛香而窜,温而不烈,利而不削,和而不争,通畅三焦,温行六腑,暖肺醒脾,养胃养肾,舒达肝胆不顺不平之气,所以善安胎也。沈则施曰:砂仁温辛香散,止呕通膈,达上气也;安胎消胀,达中气也;止泻痢、定奔豚,达下气也。与木香同用,治气病尤速。
桔梗:为桔梗科植物桔梗的干燥根部,味苦、辛,性微温。入肺经。能祛痰止咳,并有宣肺、排脓作用。所含的桔梗皂苷对口腔、咽喉部位、胃粘膜的直接刺激,反射性地增加支气管粘膜分泌亢进从而使痰液稀释,易于排出;桔梗有镇咳作用,有增强抗炎和免疫作用,其抗炎强度与阿斯匹林相似;水提物能增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,增强中性白细胞的杀菌力,提高溶菌酶活性;对应激性溃疡有预防作用。桔梗粗皂苷有镇静、镇痛、解热作用,又能降血糖、降胆固醇,松弛平滑肌。桔梗皂苷有很强的溶血作用,但口服能在消化道中分解破坏而失去溶血作用。
木香:辛味辛;苦;性温。主治:胞胁胀满足 ;脘腹胀痛;哎吐泄泻;痢疾后重。《药品化义》:木香,香能通气,和合五脏,为调诸气要药。以此治痞闷嗳气,水肿腹胀,痢疾脚气,皆调滞散气之功。但辛香属阳,阳则升浮,如中焦、下焦结滞,须佐槟榔堕之下行;因性香燥,同黄连、黄芩治痢疾,同黄柏、防己治脚气,皆藉寒药而制其燥,则用斯神矣。若怒气拂逆攻冲,遍身作痛,以此使肺气调,则肺气自伏,若肝气郁,致胁肋小腹间痛,同青皮疏之,令肝气行,则血顺痛止。《本草新编》:广木香,止可少用之为佐使,使气行即止,而不可谓其能补气而重用之也。大约用广木香,由一分、二分至一钱而止,断勿浮于一钱之外,过多反无功效,佐之补而不补,佐之泻而亦不泻也。
酸枣仁:甘、酸,平。归肝、胆、心经。功能主治:补肝,宁心,敛汗,生津。用于虚烦不眠,惊悸多梦,体虚多汗,津伤口渴。
生姜:性温,其特有的“姜辣素”能刺激胃肠黏膜,使胃肠道充血,消化能力增强,能有效地治疗吃寒凉食物过多而引起的腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等。 吃过生姜后,人会有身体发热的感觉,这是因为它能使血管扩张,血液循环加快,促使身上的毛孔张开,这样不但能把多余的热带走,同时还把体内的病菌、寒气一同带出。当身体吃了寒凉之物,受了雨淋或在空调房间里呆久后,吃生姜就能及时消除因肌体寒重造成的各种不适。为芳香性辛辣健胃药,有温暖、兴奋、发汗、止呕、解毒、温肺止咳等作用,特别对于鱼蟹毒,半夏、天南星等药物中毒有解毒作用。适用于外感风寒、头痛、痰饮、咳嗽、胃寒呕吐;在遭受冰雪、水湿、寒冷侵袭后,急以姜汤饮之,可增进血行,驱散寒邪。
本发明的中药添加剂还包括:莲子、淮山、川续断、陈皮和山楂。
莲子:甘、涩,平。归脾、肾、心经。功能主治:补脾止泻,益肾涩精,养心安神。用于脾虚久泻,遗精带下,心悸失眠。
淮山:味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。功能与主治:补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。 用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。《本草求真》:“入滋阴药中宜生用,入补脾肺药宜炒黄用。”“本属食物,气虽温而却平,为补脾肺之阴。是以能润皮毛,长肌肉,味甘兼咸,又能益肾强阴。”补中益气:铁棍山药因富含18种氨基酸和10余种微量元素,及其它矿物质,所以有健脾胃、补肺肾、补中益气、健脾补虚,固肾益精、益心安神等作用,李时珍《本草纲目》中有“健脾补益、滋精固肾、治诸百病,疗五劳七伤”之说。消渴生津:该山药有消渴生之功效:中医治疗虚劳消渴(糖尿病)处方中常有山药单味使用,或与其它药物合用,效果更佳。保健:由于鲜山药富含多种维生素、氨基酸和矿物质,可以防治人体脂质代谢异常,以及动脉硬化,对维护胰岛素正常功能也有一定作用,有增强人体免疫力,益心安神,宁咳定喘,延缓衰老等保健作用。养颜:元代脾胃专家李杲说:“治皮肤干燥以此物润之。”李时珍写到:“山药能润皮毛。”山药对滋养皮肤,健美养颜有独特疗效。铁棍山药特殊药理功能:山药中的铜离子与结缔组织对人体发育有极大帮助,对血管系统疾病有明显疗效,铁棍山药中的钙,对伤筋损骨、骨质疏松,牙齿脱落有极高的疗效,对冻疮、糖尿 病、肝炎、小儿泻泄、遗尿症、婴儿消化不良、溃疡性口腔炎、肺结核、妇女月经带下等患者也有很好的疗效,久用可耳聪目明,延年益寿。控制进食欲望:山药中富含大量蛋白质、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸、胆汁碱、尿囊素等;其中重要的营养成分薯蓣皂是合成女性荷尔蒙的先驱物质,滋阴补阳、增强新陈代谢的功效;而新鲜块茎中含有的多糖蛋白成分的粘液质、消化酵素等,可预防心血管脂肪沉积,有助于胃肠的消化和吸收。
川续断:味苦,辛,性微温;归肝,肾经。补肝肾;强筋骨;调血脉;止崩漏。《本经》记载:川续断主伤寒,补不足,金疮,痈疡,折跌,续筋骨,妇人乳难,久服益气力。《别录》记载:主崩中漏血,金疮血内漏,止痛,生肌肉,踠伤,恶血,腰痛,关节缓急。《药性论》记载:主绝伤,去诸温毒,能宣通经脉。《日华子本草》记载:助气,调血脉,补五劳七伤,破症结瘀血,消肿毒,肠风,痔瘘,乳痈,瘰疬,扑损,妇人产前后一切病,面黄虚肿,缩小便,止泄精,尿血,胎漏,子宫冷。《滇南本草》记载:补肝,强筋骨,定经络,止经中(筋骨)酸痛,安胎,治妇人白带,生新血,破瘀血,落死胎,止咳嗽咳血,治赤白便浊。《滇南本草图说》记载:治一切无名肿毒,杨梅,天泡诸疮。《本草汇言》记载:续断,补续血脉之药也。大抵所断之血脉非此不续,所伤之筋骨非此不养,所滞之关节非此不利,所损之胎孕非此不安,久服常服,能益气力,有补伤生血之效,补而不滞,行而不泄,故女科、外科取用恒多也。
陈皮:性温,味辛、苦;归脾、肺经,用于胸腹胀满等症。橘皮辛散通温,气味芳香,长于理气,能入脾肺,故既能行散肺气壅遏 ,又能行气宽中,用于肺气拥滞、胸膈痞满及脾胃气滞、脘腹胀满等症,用于湿阻中焦、脘腹痞胀、便溏泄泻,以及痰多咳嗽等症。橘皮苦温燥湿而能健脾行气,故常用于湿阻中焦、脘腹胀闷、便溏苔腻等症,可配伍苍术、厚朴同用。又善于燥湿化痰,为治湿痰壅肺、痰多咳嗽的常用要药,用于脾虚饮食减少、消化不良,以及恶心呕吐等症。本品燥湿而能健脾开胃,适用于脾胃虚弱、饮食减少、消化不良、大便泄泻等症,常与人参、白术、茯苓等配合应用。因其既能健脾,又能理气,故往往用作补气药之佐使,可使补而不滞,有防止壅遏作胀作用,此外,橘皮又能和中,可治胃失和降、恶心呕吐。
山楂:切片晒干,置锅内用武大炒至外面焦褐色、内部黄褐色为度、喷洒清水,取出晒干,即为焦山楂。具有开胃消食、化滞消积、活血散瘀、化痰行气的功效,性味归经,酸、甘,性微温。主要成分含绿原酸、咖啡酸、山楂酸、齐菊果酸、槲皮素、熊果酸、齐墩果酸、金丝桃甙、表儿茶精等。口服山楂能增加消化酶,促进脂肪的分解和消化,对因吃肉类或油腻过多所致脘腹胀满、嗳气、不思饮食、腹痛、腹泻者,疗效尤佳。此外,现代药物试验表明,山楂有缓慢而持久的降低血压的功效,还可降低胆固醇和甘油三酯,防止动脉粥样硬化,而且还可舒张冠状动脉,增加心肌收缩力,对抗心律失常。因此,有利于防治高血压、高血脂、动脉硬化及冠心病。
实施例1 饲料1
本发明实施例1提供了一种产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料,由以下原料组成:玉米53重量份、麦麸27重量份、豆粕25重量份、鸡蛋黄15重量份、黑木耳粉15重量份、大豆油8重量份、食盐7重量份、微量元素预混料6重量份和中药添加剂11重量份。
其中,微量元素预混料的主要成分及含量为每千克预混料中:铜8000mg、铁110000mg、锰120000mg、锌13000mg、碘700mg、硒500mg和钴100mg,稀释剂为磷酸氢钙。
中药添加剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:茯苓21重量份、白术20重量份、当归19重量份、川芎15重量份、黄芩17重量份、何首乌21重量份、茵陈18重量份、苍术17重量份、黄芪20重量份、龙胆23重量份、甘草17重量份、使君子20重量份、远志18重量份、党参14重量份、麦冬21重量份、砂仁15重量份、桔梗20重量份、木香22重量份、酸枣仁21重量份、生姜15重量份、莲子17重量份、淮山13重量份、川续断13重量份、陈皮15重量份和山楂15重量份。
上述中药添加剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、将所述原料药材放入粉碎机粉碎后过120目细筛,使能通过120目筛的细粉量在达到30%,收集通过120目筛的原料细粉,过筛后剩下的颗粒物备用;
b、将过筛后剩下的颗粒物放入6倍量的醇浓度为85%的乙醇中加热回流提取两次,每次2小时,将两次提取液合并静置,得提取液1,药渣备用;
c、将步骤b中乙醇提取过的药渣加6倍量水加热回流提取2次,每次2小时,将2次提取液合并静置,得提取液2;
d、将提取液1和提取液2合并,滤过,减压浓缩相对密度为50℃时1.38的滤液,回收乙醇,将所得滤液调整比重到1.06,通入喷雾干燥机进行喷雾干燥,过喷雾干燥机喷头的压缩空气压力为4kg/m2,干燥室热气流温度是100℃,得原料药粉;将步骤a过筛后得到的原料细粉与原料药粉混合得中药添加剂。
本发明实施例还提供了一种产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)破碎步骤:按重量份数称取玉米、麦麸、豆粕和鸡蛋黄,投入粉碎机进行微粉碎,经过粉碎后过2.0mm筛;
(2)配料步骤:按照重量份数称取黑木耳粉、大豆油、食盐、微量元素预混料和中药添加剂,与步骤(1)粉碎获得的细粉混合,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合时间为30-60s;
(3)制粒步骤:投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为85℃,使其糊化度达到90%以上。
实施例2 饲料2
本发明实施例提供了一种产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料,由以下原料组成:玉米40重量份、麦麸20重量份、豆粕20重量份、鸡蛋黄20重量份、黑木耳粉20重量份、大豆油5重量份、食盐5重量份、微量元素预混料5重量份和中药添加剂7重量份。
其中,微量元素预混料的主要成分及含量可以优选为每千克预混料中:铜7500mg、铁60000mg、锰110000mg、锌10000mg、碘600mg、硒500mg和钴100mg,稀释剂为磷酸氢钙。
中药添加剂由以下原料药材组成:茯苓31重量份、白术20重量份、当归19重量份、川芎15重量份、黄芩17重量份、何首乌21重量份、茵陈18重量份、苍术16重量份、黄芪20重量份、龙胆23重量份、甘草16重量份、使君子21重量份、远志18重量份、党参14重量份、麦冬18-21重量份、砂仁15重量份、桔梗20重量份、木香22重量份、酸枣仁21重量份和生姜15重量份。
所述中药添加剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、将所述原料药材放入粉碎机粉碎后过120目细筛,使能通过120目筛的细粉量在达到40%,收集通过120目筛的原料细粉,过筛后剩下的颗粒物备用;
b、将过筛后剩下的颗粒物放入7倍量的醇浓度为85%的乙醇中加热回流提取两次,每次2小时,将两次提取液合并静置,得提取液1,药渣备用;
c、将步骤b中乙醇提取过的药渣加5倍量水加热回流提取2次,每次2小时,将2次提取液合并静置,得提取液2;
d、将提取液1和提取液2合并,滤过,减压浓缩相对密度为60℃时1.38的滤液,回收乙醇,将所得滤液调整比重到1.06,通入喷雾干燥机进行喷雾干燥,过喷雾干燥机喷头的压缩空气压力为4kg/m2,干燥室热气流温度是100℃,得原料药粉;将步骤a过筛后得到的原料细粉与原料药粉混合得中药添加剂。
本发明实施例还提供了一种产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)破碎步骤:按重量份数称取玉米、麦麸、豆粕和鸡蛋黄,投入粉碎机进行微粉碎,经过粉碎后过2.0mm筛;
(2)配料步骤:按照重量份数称取黑木耳粉、大豆油、食盐、微量元素预混料和中药添加剂,与步骤(1)粉碎获得的细粉混合,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合时间为30-60s;
(3)制粒步骤:投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为85℃,使其糊化度达到90%以上。
毒性试验
选用SD大鼠,给予不同浓度(18.0、6.0、2.0g生药/kg)的本发明实施例1中的中药添加剂溶水灌服,每天灌胃一次,连续90天,末次给药后24小时各组活杀1/2动物(雌雄各半),其余1/2动物继续观察2周后活杀。试验期间观察动物的外 观、一般行为、摄食量、体重变化,给药后90天和停药2周进行血液学(RBC、 HB、网织红细胞、PLT、CT、WBC及分类)和血液生化(AST、ALT、ALP、 Glu、BUN、Crca、TP、T.BIL、ALB、CHOL)、尿液生化、脏器系数、病理 组织学等指标检查。试验结果表明:本发明的中药添加剂在高、中、低剂量组动物一般状态良好,外观体征、行为活动、进食量和体重增长均无异常变化; 三个剂量组及对照组血液学检查、血液生化学、尿液生化检查均在正常范围, 组间无显著差异;各组主要脏器组织病理学检查未见明显异常。上述指标停 药2周后也未见改变。本试验用药剂量分别为临床用药剂量的180、60、20倍,根据试验结果本发明实施例1的中药添加剂在高、中、低三个剂量连续90天给药对大鼠无明显影响,无明确的毒性靶器官和敏感指标,恢复期观察也未见延迟性毒性反应,提示本发明的实施例1的中药添加剂临床应用的剂量安全性较高。以本发明实施例2的中药添加剂2为实验对象,采取上述同样攻毒方式,结果与实施例1的结果相同,临床应用的剂量安全性较高。
临床试验
(一)实验动物
山东潍坊市某养猪场于2012年9月发现不同猪圈的300多头仔猪,出现精神沉郁、离群伏卧、食欲减退、耳静脉不显露,可视粘膜苍白,轻度黄染,被毛逆立,呼吸加快,心跳加速,体温不高,出现个别仔猪死亡现象,经剖检,发现死亡仔猪肌肉颜色变淡、心脏扩散、肝脏肿大且有脂肪变性,血液较稀薄,胸膜腔内出现液体,肺水肿。血检血红蛋白量为30-40mg/ml。确诊为仔猪缺铁性贫血疾病,选取300头患病仔猪作为实验猪。
(二)试验方式
将300头患病仔猪随机分成三个实验组,每组100头,三个实验组分别使用本发明实施例1的饲料1(实施例组1)、实施例2的饲料2(实施例组2)和传统药物(对照组)进行治疗。实施例组1和实施例组2按照传统饲喂方式喂养哺乳母猪;上述传统药物为右旋糖酐铁注射液,山东圣地宝药业有限公司生产,批号20120512,每天仔猪注射1-2次,连续治疗15天。
(三)疗效标准
显效:精神、食欲、呼吸等均恢复正常,被毛无粗乱,皮肤和可视粘膜无苍白现象;
有效:精神、食欲、呼吸等基本恢复正常,皮肤和可视粘膜无苍白现象,两耳静脉血管能看到但不明显,针刺出血量较少;
无效:症状未消失或病情恶化甚至死亡判。
其中,显效和有效数量百分比之和为有效率。
(四)治疗效果
结果如表1所示,从治疗效果看,采用本发明的饲料对仔猪缺铁性贫血疾病的治疗有效率为96%以上,比对照组高。

从表1的数据可知:与对照组相比,使用本发明实施例1和实施例2的饲料,通过饲喂哺乳母猪来治疗仔猪缺铁性贫血疾病,具有疗效显著、治愈率高的优点;在随后的长期观察中发现,实施例组1和实施例组2治疗显效的患病仔猪再次发病率明显低于对照组的猪只。通过具体观察,发现母猪没有异常变化,治疗前后通过抽样称重,发现母猪的体重呈上升趋势,平均日增重为0.57kg/天。

猪养殖户秦某于2012年4月发现21只20日龄仔猪均不同程度的精神沉郁、离群伏卧、食欲减退、耳静脉不显露,可视粘膜苍白,轻度黄染,被毛逆立,呼吸加快,心跳加速的症状,抽样血检血红蛋白量平均为37mg/ml,确诊为仔猪缺铁性贫血,使用本发明实施例1的饲料1喂养哺乳母猪,连续使用12天,仔猪均恢复正常。
病例2
猪养殖户刘某于2012年9月期间,发现33只仔猪均不同程度的精神沉郁、离群伏卧、食欲减退、耳静脉不显露,可视粘膜苍白,轻度黄染,被毛逆立,呼吸加快,心跳加速的症状,还出现一只死亡仔猪,经剖检,发现死亡仔猪肌肉颜色变淡、心脏扩散、肝脏肿大且有脂肪变性,血液较稀薄,胸膜腔内出现液体,肺水肿。确诊为仔猪缺铁性贫血,使用本发明实施例2的饲料2喂养哺乳母猪,连续使用十天,29只仔猪均恢复正常,继续使用三天,仔猪均恢复正常。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种产后1-20天哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料包括以下原料:玉米、麦麸、豆粕、鸡蛋黄、黑木耳粉、大豆油、食盐、微量元素预混料和中药添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的产后1-20天哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料由以下原料组成:玉米40-60重量份、麦麸20-30重量份、豆粕20-30重量份、鸡蛋黄10-20重量份、黑木耳粉10-20重量份、大豆油5-13重量份、食盐5-15重量份、微量元素预混料5-8重量份和中药添加剂5-15重量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料由以下原料组成:玉米53重量份、麦麸27重量份、豆粕25重量份、鸡蛋黄15重量份、黑木耳粉15重量份、大豆油8重量份、食盐7重量份、微量元素预混料6重量份和中药添加剂11重量份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂包括以下原料药材:茯苓、白术、当归、川芎、黄芩、何首乌、茵陈、苍术、黄芪、龙胆、甘草、使君子、远志、党参、麦冬、砂仁、桔梗、木香、酸枣仁和生姜。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂由以下原料药材组成:茯苓10-30重量份、白术15-25重量份、当归15-25重量份、川芎10-20重量份、黄芩10-30重量份、何首乌15-25重量份、茵陈13-20重量份、苍术15-20重量份、黄芪10-30重量份、龙胆15-30重量份、甘草15-20重量份、使君子12-28重量份、远志15-20重量份、党参10-20重量份、麦冬15-30重量份、砂仁10-20重量份、桔梗14-26重量份、木香15-25重量份、酸枣仁15-25重量份和生姜10-20重量份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂由以下原料药材组成:茯苓15-25重量份、白术18-23重量份、当归18-20重量份、川芎14-17重量份、黄芩15-20重量份、何首乌18-23重量份、茵陈16-20重量份、苍术15-18重量份、黄芪15-25重量份、龙胆20-25重量份、甘草15-18重量份、使君子18-23重量份、远志17-20重量份、党参13-15重量份、麦冬18-24重量份、砂仁13-16重量份、桔梗18-22重量份、木香20-24重量份、酸枣仁19-23重量份和生姜13-17重量份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂还包括:莲子、淮山、川续断、陈皮和山楂。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂由以下重量份数的原料药材组成:茯苓10-30重量份、白术15-25重量份、当归15-25重量份、川芎10-20重量份、黄芩10-30重量份、何首乌15-25重量份、茵陈13-20重量份、苍术15-20重量份、黄芪10-30重量份、龙胆15-30重量份、甘草15-20重量份、使君子12-28重量份、远志15-20重量份、党参10-20重量份、麦冬15-30重量份、砂仁10-20重量份、桔梗14-26重量份、木香15-25重量份、酸枣仁15-25重量份、生姜10-20重量份、莲子10-20重量份、淮山10-20重量份、川续断10-20重量份、陈皮10-20重量份和山楂10-20重量份。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、将所述原料药材放入粉碎机粉碎后过120目细筛,使能通过120目筛的细粉量在达到30%~40%,收集通过120目筛的原料细粉,过筛后剩下的颗粒物备用;
b、将过筛后剩下的颗粒物放入5~7倍量的醇浓度为85%的乙醇中加热回流提取两次,每次1~2小时,将两次提取液合并静置,得提取液1,药渣备用;
c、将步骤b中乙醇提取过的药渣加5~7倍量水加热回流提取2次,每次1~2小时,将2次提取液合并静置,得提取液2;
d、将提取液1和提取液2合并,滤过,减压浓缩相对密度为50℃~60℃时1.38的滤液,回收乙醇,将所得滤液调整比重到1.06,通入喷雾干燥机进行喷雾干燥,过喷雾干燥机喷头的压缩空气压力为4kg/m2,干燥室热气流温度是100℃,得原料药粉;将步骤a过筛后得到的原料细粉与原料药粉混合得中药添加剂。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的产后1-20天哺乳期母猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)破碎步骤:按重量份数称取玉米、麦麸、豆粕和鸡蛋黄,投入粉碎机进行微粉碎,经过粉碎后过2.0mm筛;
(2)配料步骤:按照重量份数称取黑木耳粉、大豆油、食盐、微量元素预混料和中药添加剂,与步骤(1)粉碎获得的细粉混合,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合时间为30-60s;
(3)制粒步骤:投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为85℃,使其糊化度达到90%以上。
