Abstract
本发明涉及一种以溶剂纺纤维素纤维混纺纱为经纱与其他纤维素纤维或混纺纱交织而成的大提花织物及其制造方法,本发明织物经纱采用50s染色天丝(Tencel)/棉混纺纱,纬纱采用40s-60s染色人造棉纱、莫代尔纤维纱等再生纤维素纤维纱或50s染色天丝(Tencel)/棉混纺纱,本发明织物布面光洁细密,色泽艳丽,既有天然纤维的吸湿性和透气透湿性及较柔软手感,又有较好耐水洗性和耐久性。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种以溶剂纺纤维素纤维混纺纱为经纱与其他纤维素纤维或混纺纱交织而成的大提花织物及其制造方法。
技术背景
[0002] 大提花家纺织物一般采用棉或真丝纤维等天然纤维为原料,也有采用人造棉等再生纤维素纤维为原料,这些纤维具有吸湿性和透气透湿性良好,手感柔软等优点,但其纤维强度较差,一般高支棉纱强度更差,而一般再生纤维素纤维湿强度较差,使用耐久性不好。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明提供一种以溶剂纺纤维素纤维混纺纱为经纱与其他纤维素纤维纱线交织而成的大提花织物,以克服上述缺点,提高织物的使用耐久性。
[0004] 溶剂纺纤维素纤维是一种利用特殊有机溶剂溶解天然纤维素后,采用干喷湿纺法纺丝加工成的再生纤维素纤维,与粘胶纤维等常用再生纤维素纤维比较,其纤维强度高,尤其湿强度优异。本发明织物经纱采用50s染色天丝(Tencel) /棉混纺纱,纬纱采用40s_60s染色人造棉纱、莫代尔纤维纱等再生纤维素纤维纱或50s染色天丝(Tencel)/棉混纺纱。采用电子提花剑杆织机制织,经密度至少为110根/cm,提花花回至少为48cm。

[0015] 1、经向:纱线染色、定型、整经、织造。
[0016] 2、纬向:纱线染色、定型、织造。
[0017] 3、后整理、成品。
[0018] 织机工艺参数
[0019] 1、经位置线低于经直线5cm (曲轴为O度时)。
[0020] 2、提花机开口高度为9cm,进剑时间内档105度,外档110度。出剑时间外、内260度。
[0021] 3、电子花枕动程1.2CM,综平时间270度,废边综平时间260度。
[0022] 织机为电子花枕及电子卷取剑杆织机。[0023] 本发明织物布面光洁细密,色泽艳丽,既有天然纤维的吸湿性和透气透湿性及较柔软手感,又有较好耐水洗性和耐久性。

1.一种纤维素纤维大提花织物,其特征是:经纱采用50s溶剂纺纤维素纤维/棉混纺纱,纬纱采用40-60s其他纤维素纤维或50s溶剂纺纤维素纤维/棉混纺纱,经密度至少为110根/cm,提花花回至少为48cm。
