Abstract
本发明提供一种380MPa级单面搪瓷用高强度深冲热轧酸洗钢板,其化学成分质量百分比为:Mn0.35-0.65%、Als0.015-0.045%、Ti:0.030-0.060%、S:0.008-0.016%、C≤0.018%、Si≤0.05%、P≤0.020%、N≤0.006%。按照本发明的钢种成分设计及工艺控制,所得实例钢的钢的屈服强度≥380MP,延伸率35%以上,且无屈服。本发明配合控制轧制和控制冷却技术生产的搪瓷经湿法或静电单面搪瓷工艺制作的搪瓷制品无鳞爆,且密着性能良好,满足2万次1~9bar冷水循环水压疲劳试验。

背景技术
[0002] 随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对一些家用电器的品质要求越来越高,就拿热水器内胆来说,其中热水器水箱内胆经历了镀锌或铜板内胆、不锈钢内胆、普通搪瓷钢内胆、专用搪瓷钢内胆的发展历程。搪瓷内胆在电热水器领域里的诞生是一个漫长的过程的。从镀锌板内胆,到不锈钢内胆,从而发展到搪瓷内胆,目前,国内外市场上,搪瓷内胆皆已成为主流产品。太阳能热水器起步比电热水器晚一些,同样也经历了这样的过程,现在开始由不锈钢内胆普及期向搪瓷内胆期过渡。(I)镀锌或铜板内胆保护层较薄,无防锈处理,易结垢,寿命短,目前基本上已经绝迹;(2)不锈钢内胆材质好、不易生锈,但最大隐患是“焊缝”。内胆上有两条环型焊缝和一条直型焊缝,焊缝之间形成交叉接点,该接点处的不锈钢原有成分受到严重破坏,易被自来水中的氯离子腐蚀,给水质带来污染;(3)普通搪瓷钢内胆在搪瓷后很容易发生鱼鳞爆现象,一旦发生鱼鳞爆,裸露的钢板基体在很短的时间内很容易腐蚀穿,严重影响热水器内胆的使用寿命。基于镀锌板或铜板内胆、不锈钢内胆和普通搪瓷钢内胆的不足,一种专用搪瓷钢内胆应运而生。

[0004] 中国专利号为200610030831.9的《一种热轧高强度搪瓷钢板及其制造方法》,阐述了通过成分控制和控轧控冷,实现细晶强化、固溶强化和析出强化,得到能满足搪瓷内胆生产的钢板,其化学成分要求是(按质量数):c:0.02-0.1%、Si ≤0.1%、Mn:0.2-1.5%、P:≤0.035%、S:≤ 0.035%、Al:0.01-0.1%、N:0.001-0.01%、Ti:0.01-0.1%、Nb:0.001-0.1%、
余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。该专利屈服强度≥350MPa。该发明的不足之处在于:(I)采用了 Nb、Ti复合微合金化,合金成本较高,另外由于添加了 Nb,钢板屈强比较高,成形后易回弹;(2)由于搪瓷钢板经高温搪烧后强度有一定下降,搪烧后的内胆需要具备一定的耐压能力,而搪烧后的钢板屈服强度决定了内胆的耐压能力,此专利没有列举出经高温搪烧后的钢板屈服强度,所以其制作的内胆耐压能力不得而知。
[0005] 中国专利号为200810047087.2的《高强度热水器内胆用钢及其生产方法》,同样也表明通过成分控制和控轧控冷,可以生产高强度热水器内胆用钢,其化学成分要求是(按质量数):c:0.02-0.15%、Si ( 0.04%、Mn:0.50-0.90%、P:≤ 0.070%、S:≤ 0.015%、Als:0.005-0.070%、T1:0.005-0.060%、余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质,还另外添加了RE(80-120g/吨钢)。该专利屈服强度≥380MPa。该发明的不足之处在于:(I)因P含量较高,容易在晶界上偏析,对成形性能不利,另外P含量高对焊接性能不利;(2)该发明还添加了少量的稀土,稀土收得率较低,生产过程中控制较难;(3)该发明未对N元素含量进行控制或说明,如果N含量较高,易在钢中析出较多且粗大的TiN粒子,不能发挥Ti的有效作用。

杂质。该专利屈服强度≥ 380MPa。该发明的不足之处在于:(1)冷轧板虽表面质量较好,但经冷轧、退火工序,制造成本较高,另外搪瓷钢板在搪瓷前一般要经过喷砂或抛丸处理,表面质量并非是影响搪瓷钢板使用性能的关键因素;(2)采用了 Nb、Ti复合微合金化,合金成本较高,另外由于添加了 Nb,钢板屈强比较高,成形后易回弹。
发明内容
[0007] 为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷与不足,本发明提供一种屈服强度380MPa级单面搪瓷用高强度热轧酸洗钢板,在低碳铝镇静钢基础上,采用单一 Ti微合金化,确保S1、P、N元素含量尽量低,控制S元素含量,适当提高Mn元素含量,配合控制轧制和控制冷却技术,实现经济的便于生产的,满足成形性能和抗鳞爆性能的良好匹配,特别适合湿法或静电工艺单面搪瓷用制造要求的,技术上易于实际生产的经济的单面搪瓷用高强度热轧酸洗钢板及其制造方法,降低产品制造成本,实现便利生产。本发明还提供该钢板的生产方法。
[0008] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种屈服强度380MPa级单面搪瓷用高强度深冲热轧酸洗钢板,在低碳铝镇静钢基础上,采用单一 Ti微合金化,确保S1、P、N元素含量尽量低,控制S元素含量,适当提高Mn元素含量,配合控制轧制和控制冷却技术,其化学成分质量百分比为:C0.04-0.08%、Mn0.40-0.90%、Ti0.035-0.075%、S0.008-0.016%,Als0.015-0.045%、Si ≤ 0.05%、N ≤ 0.006%、P≤ 0.020%,余量为 Fe 和不可避免的杂质。
[0009] 本发明中的合金元素的作用主要基于以下原理:
[0010] C:C是提高强度最经济且最有效的固溶强化元素,C含量增加,强度增加,但钢的塑性和成形性降低,且对焊接性不利,另外C含量较高形成较多的珠光体,在搪烧过程中,会产生大量的气泡,导致搪烧后出现针孔缺陷,因此从经济性和综合性能考虑,本发明中C百分含量控制范围为0.04-0.08%。
[0011] Si =Si含量过高,钢板表面氧化铁皮不易去除,表面容易形成由于氧化物压入的微裂纹,进而作为裂纹源易导致钢板在冷成形过程中开裂,因此本发明中Si百分含量控制范围为≤ 0.05%。
[0012] Mn:Mn能降低奥氏体转变成铁素体的相变温度,扩大热加工温度范围,有利于细化铁素体晶粒尺寸,但Mn含量过高,铸坯在连铸过程中Mn偏析程度增大,钢板厚度中心部位易形成珠光体或贝氏体带状组织,对于高强度钢这种带状组织易导致分层缺陷,同时也是疲劳破坏的裂纹起源点,对塑性、焊接性能、疲劳性能都不利,综合考虑,本发明中Mn百分含量控制范围为0.40-0.90%。
[0013] P:P在Y -Fe和α -Fe中的扩散速度小,易形成偏析,对钢板成形性能、低温冲击韧性和焊接性能不利。因此尽量将钢中P百分含量控制在0.020%以下。
[0014] S:在不添加Ti合金的钢中,S通常与Mn化合形成MnS,MnS是一种塑性优良的夹杂物,会醉着钢坯的变形而延展,最终会严重损害钢板横向塑性,因此在不加Ti的钢中S含量应尽量低。但钢中添加Ti后,Ti与S化学结合生成TiS、Ti4S2等,这些化合物呈球形、细小弥散分布,把粗大的MnS塑性夹杂物改性成细小弥散的析出相。这种细小弥散的析出相是良好的贮氢陷阱,对提高钢板的抗鳞爆性能非常有利,结合本发明中的Ti元素含量、N含量,综合考虑,本发明中S百分含量控制范围为0.008-0.016%。
[0015] Als:铝作为主要脱氧剂,其脱氧促进了 Ti的有效作用,控制Als百分含量
0.015-0.045%,同时铝对细化晶粒也有一定作用。
[0016] N:在加Ti钢中,TiN生成温度很高,且其生成的温度随着Ti和N的浓度提高而提高,TiN有时在钢液中就会生成。一般来说,TiN的生成温度越高,其粒子越粗大,而且,由于高温生成的TiN粒子在钢中多呈方形或长方形,粗大的TiN粒子会严重损害钢的塑性,也不能发挥其对提高钢的抗鳞爆性的有效作用,因此本发明在不另外增加工序成本的条件下,控制N含量范围< 0.0060%。
[0017] T1:本发明中添加Ti元素主要考虑:(1)细化晶粒,提高强度:Ti是强碳、氮化物形成元素,在板坯加热过程中阻止奥氏体晶粒长大,另外在高温奥氏体轧制过程中析出Ti(C、N)粒子,抑制奥氏体晶粒长大,实现细化晶粒提高强度和塑性,另外由于铁素体晶粒得到细化,铁素体晶界面积提高,铁素体晶界作为有效的贮氢陷阱,也就是说铁素体晶粒细化提高了钢板的抗鳞爆性能;(2)改善焊接性能:含Ti钢板在焊接过程中,钢中TiN粒子能显著阻止焊接热影响区晶粒长大,改善焊接性能;(3)钢中添加Ti,分别与N、S、C化合,生成TiN、TiS (或Ti4C2S2)、TiC,以夹杂物和第二相粒子形式存在,作为钢中有效的不可逆贮氢陷阱,对提高钢板的抗鳞爆性能有利。综合本发明中N、S、C含量,本发明中Ti百分含量控制范围为 0.035-0.075%。
[0018] 本发明还提供一种制造屈服强度380MPa级单面搪瓷用高强度热轧酸洗钢板的方法,工艺流程为:转炉冶炼一`合金微调站一RH炉精炼一连铸一板坯加热一热连轧一层流冷却一卷取一热轧后平整或酸洗拉矫一连续酸洗一酸洗后平整一成品。
[0019] 各工序流程具体要求如下:
[0020] ( I)铁水预处理:要求前扒渣和后扒渣,铁水脱硫后目标[S] ( 0.010% ;
[0021] (2)转炉冶炼:出钢不对钢水脱氧,加强挡渣;
[0022] (3)合金微调站:进行钢包顶渣改质;
[0023] (4) RH炉精炼:采用轻处理工艺;如需吹氧,则根据温度和氧位在前中期吹入氧气;在合金化阶段添加C粉将钢中[C]含量调整至目标值;添加硫铁合金将钢中[S]含量调整至目标值;破空前保证净循环时间不小于6min。
[0024] (5)连铸:中包温度控制目标液相线温度以上15_30°C。
[0025] ( 6 )热轧工序采用控轧控冷工艺:
[0026] a)、为获得均匀的奥氏体组织,并且保证板坯中部分Ti回溶,将板坯加热至1180-1230°C ;
[0027] b)、轧制分奥氏体再结晶区轧制和未再结晶区轧制两个阶段,其中奥氏体再结晶区轧制在粗轧阶段完成,粗轧累计压下率> 60%,未再结晶区域轧制在精轧阶段完成,确保精轧累计压下率> 80%,精轧出口终轧温度860_900°C。
[0028] C)、终轧后采用层流冷却,冷却模式为前段冷却,选择卷取温度为610_650°C,卷取温度太高或太低都不利于获得弥散分布的析出粒子。[0029] (7)平整
[0030] 根据实际情况,可以选择在热轧后平整机或酸洗前拉矫机或酸洗后平整机上进行,采用平整或拉矫后,有利于消除钢板的屈服平台,改善钢板表面质量和板形,另外经平整后,钢中的夹杂物和析出物颗粒周围会产生微小空洞更加有利于提高钢板的抗鳞爆性能和密着性能。平整压下率不能过高,过高会使钢板屈服强度增加,延伸率下降,影响成形性能,也不能太低,太低时起不到消除钢板屈服平台的作用,因此本发明平整压下率或拉矫延伸率控制范围为1.0-2.0%。
[0031] (8)酸洗工艺
[0032] 要合理的控制酸洗速度,主要基于以下考虑:若酸洗速度太低,钢板和酸洗之间发生化学反应生成的H会进入到钢板基体中,若被可逆陷阱(如位错等)捕捉的氢有可能会在后续涂搪后扩散到钢板的表面形成氢气小气泡,搪瓷釉层在氢气小气泡压力作用下会开裂剥落形成鱼鳞爆缺陷;若酸洗速度太快,可能导致欠酸洗,影响表面质量。综合考虑本发明控制酸洗速度为40-120m/min。
[0033] 本发明采用上述技术方案,通过合理经济性的化学成分设计,配合控制轧制和控制冷却技术,效果主要表现如下:
[0034] (1)强度高,强塑性匹配性好,成品屈服强度≥380MPa,延伸率A50≥28% ;
[0035] (2)常温条件下钢板无屈服,自然条件下抗时效性能优异;
[0036] (3)耐压强度优良,在860°C模拟搪烧条件下保温1Omin后空冷,其钢板屈服强度≥320MPa,延伸率≥36%,满足2万次I~9bar冷水循环水压疲劳试验;
[0037] (4)—次成形性能、焊接性能优良,经湿法或静电单面搪瓷工艺制作的搪瓷制品无鳞爆,且密着性能良好。
[0038] 本发明的特点:采用单一微合金元素、合金和成产成本低、制造工艺简易,产品成形性能和焊接性能优良、抗鳞爆性能和密着性能良好、高温耐压性能优良,适合一次成形、采用湿法或静电单面搪瓷工艺制作的各类搪瓷制品。

具体实施方式
[0045] 下面以3个实施例来详细说明本发明。本发明工艺流程为:转炉冶炼一合金微调站一RH炉精炼一连铸一板坯加热一热连轧一层流冷却一卷取一热轧后平整一连续酸洗一成品。化学成分见表1,热轧和酸洗主要工艺参数见表2。实验室进行了模拟搪烧试验,热处理工艺为:随炉升温至860°C,保温lOmin,取出空冷至室温,对模拟搪烧后的试样进行拉伸试验,模拟搪烧前后拉伸力学性能结果见表3。[0046] 表1实施例的化学成分

[0053] 综上所述,按照本发明的钢种成分设计及工艺控制,所得实例钢的钢的屈服强度≥380MP,延伸率28%以上,且无屈服,860°C模拟搪烧条件下保温IOmin后空冷,其钢板屈服强度≥ 320MPa,延伸率≥ 36%。本发明的钢种经湿法或静电单面搪瓷工艺制作的搪瓷制品无鳞爆,且密着性能良好,满足2万次I~9bar冷水循环水压疲劳试验。
[0054] 图1是本发明实例产品的应力应变曲线,从图上可出,此钢板无屈服。图2是本发明原板光学显微组织,图3是模拟搪烧后光学显微组织,图4是本发明原板SEM组织,图5是模拟搪烧后SEM组织。从图2、3、4、5看出,原板和搪烧后板材光学组织均由铁素体和珠光体组成,晶粒度无明显变化,主要差异表现在珠光体形态上,其中原板珠光体中渗碳体为短杆状,为典型的变态珠光体形貌,而模拟搪烧后的珠光体呈现典型的平衡态形貌。模拟搪烧前后晶粒尺寸无明显变化,说明本发明的成分设计对搪烧过程中晶粒长大有明显的阻止作用,同时晶界作为贮氢陷阱,对提高钢板的抗鳞爆性能有利。
Claims (2)
1.380MPa级单面搪瓷用热轧酸洗钢板,其特征在于,其化学成分质量百分比为:C0.04-0.08%、Mn0.40-0.90%、Ti0.035-0.075%、S0.008-0.016%, Als0.015-0.045%、Si ( 0.05%、N≤0.006%、P≤0.020%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
2.一种如权利要求1所述380MPa级单面搪瓷用热轧酸洗钢板的生产方法,包括铁水预处理、转炉冶炼、合金微调站、RH炉精炼、连铸、热轧、平整、酸洗工艺,其特征在于: (1)所述铁水预处理要求前扒渣和后扒渣,铁水脱硫后目标[S]≤0.010%; (2)转炉冶炼工序要求出钢不对钢水脱氧,加强挡渣; (3)合金微调站工序进行钢包顶渣改质; (4) RH炉精炼工序采用轻处理工艺,破空前保证净循环时间不小于6min ; (5)连铸工序要求中包温度控制目标液相线温度以上15~30°C ; (6)热轧工序采用控轧控冷工艺,加热温度1180~1230°C,轧制分奥氏体再结晶区轧制和未再结晶区轧制两个阶段,其中奥氏体再结晶区轧制在粗轧阶段完成,粗轧累计压下率>60%,未再结晶区域轧制在精轧阶段完成,确保精轧累计压下率>80%,精轧出口终轧温度860~900°C,终轧后采用层流冷却,冷却模式为前段冷却,选择卷取温度为610~.650 0C ; (7)平整工序平整压下率或拉矫延伸率控制范围为1.0-2.0% ; (8)酸洗工序控制酸洗速度为40-120m/min。
