Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚丙烯泡沫材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:等规聚丙烯100、低密度聚乙烯20-25、偶氮二甲酰胺6-8、硬酯酸单甘油酯2-4、水溶性纳米级硅溶胶2-4、聚乙烯蜡粉0.8-1.0、抗氧剂10100.5-0.7、氯化石蜡1.8-2.2、硬酯酸锌3-4、氧化镁2-3、沉淀法白炭黑20-24、改性填料6-8;本发明泡沫材料具有优异阻燃效果,还有优良的力学性能,密度小、质量轻,加入抗氧剂能够提高抗老化性能,并同时具有保温、隔热、吸水率低等优点,因此在食品包装及家用设备等生产生活的各方面起到重要作用。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种泡沫材料,特别是一种聚丙烯泡沫材料。
背景技术
[0002] 等规聚丙烯是具有等规构型结构的聚丙烯,是一种高结晶性热塑性树脂,具有优良的刚性和高温抗冲击性。
[0003] 聚丙烯(PP)泡沫塑料制品因具有良好的热稳定性(最高使用温度达130°C )和高温下较好的制品尺寸稳定性,较高的韧性、拉伸强度和冲击强度,优异的微波适应性以及环保友好而倍受重视,从而成为聚苯乙烯(PS)泡沫塑料、聚氨酯(PU)泡沫塑料的良好替代品。目前,聚丙烯泡沫制品广泛应用于食品及食品包装领域,例如:托盘、碗碟、盒、盆、饮料杯、密封盒及饮用水瓶等用密封垫、肉品包装、微波炉餐具等。而这些领域对卫生健康要求较闻。
[0004] 阻燃发泡材料因其具有质轻、阻燃等性能,被广泛用于各种需要防火的场合。但现有阻燃发泡材料,其阻燃性能仍不是太理想,无法满足某些防火要求较高的场合,在使用上还是受到一些局限。
[0005] 泡沫材料作为各种复合材料的夹芯结构主要用来增加刚度、减轻重量。结构泡沫材料还具有吸水性低、隔音绝热效果好等特性,使其成为要求具有高强度和低密度领域的理想材料。然而,现有的广告用高抗压聚苯乙烯泡沫材料,压缩强度低。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的是提供一种能够良好阻燃、质轻、强度高的聚丙烯泡沫材料。
[0007] 为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种聚丙烯泡沫材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:等规聚丙烯100、低密度聚乙烯20-25、偶氮二甲酰胺6-8、硬酯酸单甘油酯2-4、水溶性纳米级硅溶胶2-4、聚乙烯蜡粉
0.8-1.0、抗氧剂1010 0.5-0.7、氯化石蜡1.8-2.2、硬酯酸锌3-4、氧化镁2-3、沉淀法白炭黑20-24、改性填料6-8 ;
所述改性填料通过以下方法制备:称取下列重量份的原料:凹凸棒土 110-120、粘土10-12、秸杆灰烬50-55、醇酯十二 3-4、抗坏血酸2_3、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1_2、纳米碳粉1-2、碳酸氢钠2-3、柠檬酸三丁酯2-3、亚硒酸钠4-5、乌贼骨粉5_6、二甲基硅油3_4 ;制备方法是将凹凸棒土、粘土放入煅烧炉中,在560-600°C下煅烧4-5小时,取出,与秸杆灰烬、碳酸氢钠、乌贼骨粉混合,研磨至得到300-400目粉末,然后,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550、纳米碳粉混合,继续研磨,至充分分散,再加入其它剩余成分,继续研磨30-45分钟后,在1500-1800转/分下搅拌15-30分钟,即得改性填料。
[0008] 本发明所述聚丙烯泡沫材料,由以下具体步骤制备而成:
(I)将除改性填料、偶氮二甲酰胺之外的其它各物料混合,升温至100-120°c,混炼8-12分钟;(2)将混炼好的物料加入改性填料、偶氮二甲酰胺在90-100°C进行二次混炼6-10分
钟;
(3)将二次混炼好的物料开片、出片,送入成型设备中进行预成型,成型压力为4-6MPa,15-20秒后取出;
(4)将片料加到预热的模具中,于平板硫化机上140-160°C温度下加压至6-7MPa,保压6-12min,去压发泡,冷却至常温即得。
[0009] 本发明泡沫材料具有优异阻燃效果,还有优良的力学性能,密度小、质量轻,加入抗氧剂能够提高抗老化性能,并同时具有保温、隔热、吸水率低等优点,因此在食品包装及家用设备等生产生活的各方面起到重要作用。
具体实施方案

[0011] 一种聚丙烯泡沫材料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:等规聚丙烯100、低密度聚乙烯20、偶氮二甲酰胺6、硬酯酸单甘油酯2、水溶性纳米级硅溶胶2、聚乙烯蜡粉0.8、抗氧剂1010 0.5、氯化石蜡1.8、硬酯酸锌3、氧化镁2、沉淀法白炭黑20、改性填料6 ;
所述改性填料通过以下方法制备:称取下列重量份(公斤)的原料:凹凸棒土 110、粘土
10、秸杆灰烬50、醇酯十二 3、抗坏血酸2、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1、纳米碳粉1、碳酸氢钠2、柠檬酸三丁酯2、亚硒酸钠4、乌贼骨粉5、二甲基硅油3 ;制备方法是将凹凸棒土、粘土放入煅烧炉中,在560-600°C下煅烧4-5小时,取出,与秸杆灰烬、碳酸氢钠、乌贼骨粉混合,研磨至得到300-400目粉末,然后,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550、纳米碳粉混合,继续研磨,至充分分散,再加入其它剩余成分,继续研磨30-45分钟后,在1500-1800转/分下搅拌15-30分钟,即得改性填料。`

[0013] 所得的聚丙烯泡沫材料各功能参数如下:硬度(邵氏C,°)36.5、断裂伸长率(%)189、拉伸强度(MPa) 1.35、冲击回弹率(%) 44.0、压缩形变(%) 36.0。

1.一种聚丙烯泡沫材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:等规聚丙烯100、低密度聚乙烯20-25、偶氮二甲酰胺6-8、硬酯酸单甘油酯2-4、水溶性纳米级硅溶胶2-4、聚乙烯蜡粉0.8-1.0、抗氧剂1010 0.5-0.7、氯化石蜡1.8-2.2、硬酯酸锌3-4、氧化镁2-3、沉淀法白炭黑20-24、改性填料6-8 ; 所述改性填料通过以下方法制备:称取下列重量份的原料:凹凸棒土 110-120、粘土10-12、秸杆灰烬50-55、醇酯十二 3-4、抗坏血酸2-3、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1_2、纳米碳粉1-2、碳酸氢钠2-3、柠檬酸三丁酯2-3、亚硒酸钠4-5、乌贼骨粉5_6、二甲基硅油3_4 ;制备方法是将凹凸棒土、粘土放入煅烧炉中,在560-600°C下煅烧4-5小时,取出,与秸杆灰烬、碳酸氢钠、乌贼骨粉混合,研磨至得到300-400目粉末,然后,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550、纳米碳粉混合,继续研磨,至充分分散,再加入其它剩余成分,继续研磨30-45分钟后,在1500-1800转/分下搅拌15-30`分钟,即得改性填料。
