Abstract
本发明涉及油田含油污泥的处理,特别涉及一种油田含油污泥资源化的处理方法,处理设备包括污油污泥提升装置、振动筛、萃取罐、三相分离罐、蒸馏塔、电气浮与过滤装置;包括机械筛除、溶剂萃取、三相分离、溶剂回收以及油渣处理等步骤。本发明的萃取过程为水辅助的溶剂萃取过程,使萃取更充分,更易于后期的相分离回收,溶剂可回收循环利用,辅助水可通过电气浮-过滤处理后循环利用,不造成二次污染,泥渣生物处理后有效利用,从而充分利用了含油污泥这一废弃的资源,节约石油资源,消除环境污染,产生经济与社会双重效益。

[0002] 油田含油污泥的来源主要是原油开采、集输过程产生的含油污泥。这些含油污泥除含有原油外,还含有采出液中携带的地层泥沙,油田污水处理站污水处理过程中形成的含油浮渣,管道与储罐的腐蚀产物,以及胶质、浙青质等,和一定的水份。
[0003] 原油开采过程中产生的含油污泥主要来源于采出液的地面处理系统,采油污水处理过程中产生的含油污泥,再加上污水净化处理中投加的净水剂形成的絮体等组成了油田含油污泥。
[0004] 油田集输过程产生含油污泥主要来源于接转站、联合站的油罐、沉降罐、污水罐、隔油池底泥、油品储罐在储存油品时,油品中的少量机械杂质、沙粒、泥土、重金属盐类以及石蜡和胶质浙青质等重质组分沉积在油罐底部,形成罐底油泥。此外一次沉降罐、二次沉降罐、酸化压裂作业也可产生含油污泥。
[0005] 经分析这些含油污泥组成各异,通常含油率在10%〜60%之间,泥沙等固体物10-60%,含水15-60%。在石油资源日益紧张、环境污染日趋严峻的形势下,有效回收污油泥中的原油、无害化的处理残渣,不仅可节约宝贵的石油资源、消除环境污染,同时可产生经济与社会双重效益。
[0006]目前,比较常见的含油污泥的处理方法有:掩埋,焚烧,活性水热洗涤法、溶剂萃取法、生物法、热解法等。但其中多数方法都存在着一些问题,不适合实际应用。如焚烧法能耗大、且易产生二次污染,并浪费宝贵的原油资源;生物处理法需历时长,原油资源不仅得不到回收利用,关键是通常仅适宜于含油小于5%的含油污泥;活性水热洗涤法需另加破乳剂和加热,而且后处理较困难,同时也产生二次污染;热解法设备投资高,污油泥需预脱水干化处理,且存在较大的安全隐患。
[0007] 溶剂萃取法是回收原油较有效的方法,萃取后泥渣的含油量较易达到填埋或堆放的国家标准,并且萃取深度可通过萃剂的选择与操作参数的调整进行有效控制。该方法除可有效回收宝贵的原油资源外,还易与其它处理工艺,如焚烧、生物降解法联合,达到完全无害化的处理。

[0009] 专利CN 102092907 A 一种含油污泥资源化处理的方法。用电气浮处理的污水冲洗污油泥,再用电气浮法气浮分理出原油,冲洗后的含油污泥至流幕式萃取塔萃取,萃取混合液入沉降罐自然沉降分离出油相与水相,油相入分馏塔分馏出原油与萃取剂。该专利所采用的从污水中分理原油的电气浮法,没有对电气浮的极板、操作条件等加以限制,恐难得到合格的原油。
[0010] 专利CN 101734834 A砂质含油污泥回收方法。依次将萃取剂与砂质含有污泥按0.5:1至10:1的体积比混合,进行间歇式萃取,萃取溶剂层、水、泥沙三相分离,萃取溶剂层经减压或常压蒸馏分出溶剂与原油。所用溶剂为6#溶剂油、120 #溶剂油、芳烃、凝析油、石油醚中的一种或几种混合物。该专利存在油分与泥沙不易剥离及萃取相与泥沙不易分离的问题,同时,没有对电气浮的极板以及浸洗水中的机械杂质加以限制,这恐造成萃取中间层的增加与乳化油的形成,而最终无法运行。
发明内容
[0011] 本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种油田含油污泥资源化的处理方法。
[0012] 本发明的技术方案是:
[0013] 一种油田含油污泥资源化的处理方法,处理设备包括含油污泥提升装置,振动筛,萃取罐、三相分离罐、蒸馏塔、电气浮、过滤装置;
[0014] 具体步骤:
[0015] I)筛除含油污泥中的粒径大于0.5cm的块状物;
[0016] 2)过筛后的含油污泥进入溶剂萃取过程,并进行油相、水相、固相的三相分离;所述溶剂萃取过程为水辅助的溶剂萃取过程,含油污泥与萃取剂混合搅拌10-90min后,再注入0.5-2倍于萃取剂体积的辅助水并搅拌5-30min ;萃取剂为以6#溶剂油、芳烃、油田凝析油、石油醚为主剂的混合物,采用间歇式的萃取方式,萃取剂与含油污泥体积比为0.5:1-5:1,萃取温度为 15-800C ;
[0017] 3)经过步骤2)得到的油相通过蒸馏回收原油与溶剂;
[0018] 4)经过步骤2)水相经电气浮-过滤处理后循环利用,其中,电气浮的极板为非溶解性的,同时兼具电凝聚-电气浮功能;过滤为核桃壳、石英砂或重晶石过滤;
[0019] 5)经过步骤2)得到的含油小于5%的泥渣与添加剂混合,并将微生物混合菌剂及营养剂的水液均匀喷洒在含油泥沙中进行生物处理;所述微生物混合菌剂从原油污染土壤中筛选培育,包括铜绿假单胞菌、假单胞菌和枯草芽孢杆菌、红球菌的混合菌,所述以上四种菌按照1:1:1:1的重量比混合。
[0020] 在以上方案的基础上,所述步骤2)在三相分离时萃取混合物不易分层时,加入0.05-0.1%辅助水质量的聚合氯化铝、聚合氯化铝铁中的一种或两种。
[0021] 在以上方案的基础上,所述步骤2)所述步骤2)的辅助水为油田采出水,采出水的矿化度最好是大于10000mg/L。

[0023] 在以上方案的基础上,所述步骤5)的营养剂为KNOjP K 2ΗΡ04,保持含油泥沙中C:N:P 为 100:10:1-100:15:5。
[0024] 在以上方案的基础上,所述步骤5)添加剂为锯末,其加入量为5-15%的泥沙体积,生物处理过程中泥沙的含水量在35-55%。

[0026] 本发明的萃取过程为水辅助的溶剂萃取过程,辅助水促进油分与泥沙的剥离、萃取相与泥沙的相分离、以及萃取泥渣中萃取剂的替出,使萃取更充分,更易于后期的分离回收,溶剂可回收循环利用,辅助水可通过电气浮-过滤处理后循环利用,不造成二次污染,萃取泥渣生物处理后有效利用,从而充分利用了含油污泥这一废弃的资源,节约石油资源,消除环境污染,产生经济与社会双重效益。

Claims (6)
1.一种油田含油污泥资源化的处理方法,其特征在于:处理设备包括油污泥提升装置,振动筛,萃取罐、三相分离罐、蒸馏塔、电气浮、过滤装置; 具体步骤: 1)筛除含油污泥中的粒径大于0.5cm的块状物; 2)过筛后的含油污泥进入溶剂萃取过程,并进行油相、水相、固相的三相分离;所述溶剂萃取过程为水辅助的溶剂萃取过程,含油污泥与萃取剂混合搅拌10-90min后,再注入0.5-2倍于萃取剂体积的辅助水并搅拌5-30min ;萃取剂为以6#溶剂油、芳烃、油田凝析油、石油醚为主剂的混合物,采用间歇式的萃取方式,萃取剂与含油污泥体积比为0.5:1-5:1,萃取温度为15-80°C ; 3)经过步骤2)得到的油相通过蒸馏回收原油与溶剂; 4)经过步骤2)水相经电气浮-过滤处理后循环利用,其中,电气浮的极板为非溶解性的,同时兼具电凝聚-电气浮功能;过滤为核桃壳、石英砂或重晶石过滤; 5)经过步骤2)得到的含油小于5%的泥渣与添加剂混合,并将微生物混合菌剂及营养剂的水液均匀喷洒在含油泥沙中进行生物处理;所述微生物混合菌剂从原油污染土壤中筛选培育,包括铜绿假单胞菌、假单胞菌和枯草芽孢杆菌、红球菌的混合菌,所述以上四种菌按照1:1:1:1的重量比混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油田含油污泥资源化的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)在三相分离时萃取混合物不易分层时,加入0.05-0.1%辅助水质量的聚合氯化铝、聚合氯化铝铁中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油田含油污泥资源化的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)的辅助水为油田采出水,所述采出水的矿化度最好是大于10000mg/L。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的油田含油污泥资源化的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)电气浮-过滤处理,其中,电气浮为一至二级,过滤为一至二级。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的油田含油污泥资源化的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5)的营养剂为KNOJP K2HPO4,保持含油泥沙中C:N:P为100:10:1-100:15:5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的油田含油污泥资源化的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5)添加剂为锯末,其加入量为5-15%的泥沙体积,生物处理过程中泥沙的含水量在35-55%。
