[0002]面对日益严峻的环境问题和能源危机,全世界都在大力提倡节能减排,尤其是对 于耗能和污染都较严重的工业窑炉相关产业,如何进行节能减排改造,己经成为本领域技 术人员在设计该类设备时必须要考虑的因素。
[0003]以熔铝炉为例,其烟气出口处的烟气温度通常会达到1000摄氏度左右。如果将这 些高温烟气直接排放到环境中,不但会造成能源浪费还会对环境造成一定程度的破坏。 [0004]如中国专利03244707.8号公开的一种低氧化氮高效蓄热工业炉,包括炉体、助燃 空气预热/废气排出管道、蓄热室和换向装置,其中,在炉体下部靠近炉墙侧至少设置一对 蓄热室,高温烟气从蓄热室内侧进入蓄热室,高温助燃空气从另一蓄热室的内侧进入炉内, 蓄热室外侧是助燃空气进入通道/排烟排出通道;蓄热室内填充蓄热体,蓄热室两侧的助燃 空气管道/排烟管道接换向系统,通过换向系统的切换使两个蓄热室分别交替预热空气或 蓄热排烟;排出的烟气部分进入助燃空气管道,使助燃空气中的含氧量降低,降低燃烧温度 以减少在燃烧过程中氧化氮的生成量。
[0005] 又如中国专利200510134477.X号公开的一种具提高二氧化碳浓度的切换燃烧装 置,其利用两组燃烧器以切换燃烧的方式,于燃烧室内进行燃料能源转换,而燃烧所产收的 烟气会通过另一组燃烧器,利用蓄热体储存热能,并将部分烟气保留,而于下一循环时,导 入通过燃烧器的蓄热体预热,并一同进入燃烧室中进行燃烧,通过此方式,可提高所排出的 二氧化碳烟气浓度。
[0006] 再如中国专利申请2〇121〇〇73968.8号公开的一种蓄热式高温空气燃烧节能环保 型梭式窑炉,由炉体、蓄热室或蓄热式燃烧器、空气及烟气换向阀组成的高效节能、燃烧加 热系统。该梭式窑炉采用全新的蓄热式高温空气燃烧(HTAC)技术,通过换向阀的切换,使两 个蓄热室在蓄热与放热状态下交替工作,高效地回收烟气的余热,再将助燃空气预热到 1000°C 以上。
[0007] 然而,上述三件专利/专利申请所公开的技术都存在如下的缺点或不足:(1)、采用 一对燃烧器分别设置在炉体的两侧,并采用一对蓄热室/蓄热体分别设置在炉体的两侧,在 切换工作状态时需要设备停止运行,使得燃烧不连续;(2)、采用两侧对称布置方案,使得管 路布置构造复杂;(3)、烟气从蓄热室/蓄热体排出后仍具有部分余热,直接排放到环境中, 仍会造成能源浪费还会对环境造成一定程度的破坏。
[0008] 因此,提供一种能够充分利用烟气余热、构造简单的连续蓄热式工业炉余热利用 系统成为业内急需解决的问题。
发明内容
[0009] 本发明的目的是提供一种连续蓄热式工业炉余热利用系统,其能够充分回收利用 高温烟气余热、实现连续蓄热燃烧。
[0010] 根据本发明的方案,提供一种连续蓄热式工业炉余热利用系统,包括:炉体,炉体 内设有用于加热物料的炉膛;以及燃料喷嘴,燃料喷嘴设置在炉体的一侧端壁上。其中,连 续蓄热式工业炉余热利用系统进一步包括第一通气管、第二通气管、第一排烟管、第二排烟 管、第一储热器、第二储热器、第一进气管、第二进气管、第一烟气通道以及第二烟气通道。 第一通气管、第二通气管、第一排烟管、第二排烟管间隔设置在炉体的一侧端壁上并与炉膛 连通。第一储热器包括第一端口、第二端口、第三端口以及第四端口,第一储热器的第一端 口与第一进气管连通,第一储热器的第二端口与第一通气管连通,第一储热器的第三端口 与第一排烟管连通,第一储热器的第四端口与第一烟气通道连通。第二储热器包括第一端 口、第二端口、第三端口以及第四端口,第二储热器的第一端口与第二进气管连通,第二储 热器的第二端口与第二通气管连通,第二储热器的第三端口与第二排烟管连通,第二储热 器的第四端口与第二烟气通道连通。并且,第一储热器与第二储热器交替在预热工作状态 与蓄热工作状态之间切换运行。
