Detailed description of the invention
Fig. 1 shows the water heating system 10 in the first embodiment, and it comprises Instant heating type gas heater 12, is preferably 4,5 or 6 stars. When current being detected by water heater 12, the burner in water heater 12 starts automatically.System 10 also comprises (buffering) storage tank 14, and its volume is preferably 4-50 liter.Case 14 is encased by insulating materials 16.Water heater 12 has entrance 18 and outlet 20.Case 14 has entrance 22 and outlet 24.The entrance 18 of water heater 12 is connected to water source supply (mainswatersupply) pipe 26.The outlet of water heater 12 is connected to the entrance 22 of case 14 via pipe 28.The outlet 24 of case 14 is connected to the outlet device controlled by user via pipe 30, such as hot water tap's (not shown).
When user fetches boiling water tap at first, water to be flowed into water heater 12 from water source supply pipe 26 and is heated by gas burner in water heater. Then, hot water flows in case 14 through pipe 28, and flows to user through pipe 30 after filling case 14.Afterwards, when user activates hot water supply, just can extract hot water from the hot water capacity preserved within the tank 14.Favourable part is like this, when the water in case 14 keeps enough temperatures, user is without the need to waiting for that cold water just supplies them after being heated.Like this, system 10 just can provide hot water to user than previously described existing system more quickly, thus decreases the water yield of wasting when user waits for that hot water arrives tap in other cases.System 10 also avoid the waste of the combustion gas used that user etc. bides one's time. This result is optimized by being arranged on by case (or multiple case) near the outlet (or outlet) that controlled by user.Although case 14 does not need insulating materials 16, insulating materials 16 can improve the maintenance of the energy to the hot water be supplied in case 14.Should also be noted that by water heater 12 carry the capacity of water to limit under water source (mains) flowing velocity that water leaves case 14.
Fig. 2 a shows the first form 40a of the water heating system in the second embodiment.Water heating system 40a is similar to the water heating system 10 shown in Fig. 1, and the identical Reference numeral of identical feature represents. But water heating system 40a also comprises controller 42.Controller 42 receives the signal of the temperature of the water instruction (4-50 liter) case 14 from the sensor 44 being arranged on case 14 near middle.Controller 42 is also connected on water heater 12, and can respond current to control whether start water heater 12.When water heater 12 does not start automatically in response to current, then it can be more simple also therefore more cheap.
If sensor 44 indicates the temperature of water to be about 55 degrees Celsius or lower to controller 42, then controller 42 starts water heater 42.If sensor 44 indicates the temperature of water between about 55 degrees Celsius and about 75 degrees Celsius to controller 42, then controller 42 does not start water heater 42, if or water heater 12 work, closed down.
Fig. 2 b shows the second form 40b of the second embodiment of water heating system, and it is more suitable for volume is the case that 50-400 rises.Water heating system 40b is similar to the water heating system 40a shown in Fig. 2, and the identical Reference numeral of identical feature represents. But in water heating system 40b, controller receives the signal of the temperature of the water indication box 14 from first and second sensor 44a and 44b be arranged on respectively near case 14 top and bottom.
If second/bottom sensor 44b indicates the temperature of water to be about 55 degrees Celsius or lower to controller 42, then controller 42 starts water heater 42.If first/top sensor 44a indicates the temperature of water to be about 75 degrees Celsius or higher to controller 42, then controller 42 does not start water heater 42, if or water heater 12 work, closed down.If second/bottom sensor 44b indicates the temperature of water to be about 55 degrees Celsius or higher to controller 42, and first/top sensor 44a indicates the temperature of water to be about 75 degrees Celsius or lower to controller 42, then controller 42 does not start water heater 12, if or water heater 12 work, closed down.Dual sensor 44a and 44b improve to water heater 40b control sensitivity and precision.
System 40a and 40b decrease the waste of water in the mode identical with the mode described with reference to water heating system 10.Because combustion gas is not supplied to water heater 12 under these conditions, otherwise these combustion gas will be wasted as mentioned above, and therefore system 40a and 40b also reduces combustion gas waste.
Fig. 3 shows the water heating system 50 in the 3rd embodiment.Water heating system 50 is similar to water heating system 40a and 40b shown in Fig. 2 a and Fig. 2 b, and the identical Reference numeral of identical feature represents. But in water heating system 50, controller 42 is also connected to pump 52.Case 14 also comprises the additional outlet 54 of the entrance 56 being connected to pump 52 via pipe 58.The outlet 60 of pump 52 is connected to water source supply pipe 26 via pipe 62.
If second/bottom sensor 44b indicates the temperature of water to be about 55 degrees Celsius or lower to controller 42, then controller 42 starts water heater 42.If first/top sensor 44a indicates the temperature of water to be about 75 degrees Celsius or higher to controller 42, then controller 42 does not start water heater 42, if or water heater 12 work, closed down.If second/bottom sensor 44b indicates the temperature of water to be about 55 degrees Celsius or higher to controller 42, and first/top sensor 44a indicates the temperature of water to be about 75 degrees Celsius or lower to controller 42, then controller 42 does not start water heater 42, if or water heater 12 work, closed down.
In addition, controller 42 can respond the instruction of user and start water heater 12 and pump 52, and water is circulated so that the water yield in preheating cabinet 14 between case 14 and water heater 12.The case 14 that this is for having relatively large memory capacity---such as 50-400 liter---is particularly advantageous characteristics.
In this embodiment, controller 42 judges that whether water in case 14 is owing to using or cooling due to heat loss, and advantageously correspondingly makes a response. This embodiment allows when needed equally, and (such as, the temperature in order to the water in stable case 14) carries out preheating to the water yield overall in case 14, then with the supply of water source supply flow velocity (such as, supplying bathtub).Because water source supply flow velocity is higher than the flow velocity of immediately heating water heater, therefore this is favourable in many cases.
The speed of pump 52 depends on desired water heater 12 outlet temperature. The outlet of water heater temperature expected depends on the design of water heater 12 and enters coolant-temperature gage.Such as generally speaking, for the given for example outlet temperature of 70 and the inflow water source supply water temperature of 10 degrees centigrade, pump speed is arranged relatively low, to increase the time of staying of water and to make the maximizing efficiency of the rate of heat transfer in water heater 12.But, if it is 30 degrees Celsius that water source enters coolant-temperature gage, then will increase the speed of pump 52 to make the maximum heat transfer in water heater 12.Surrounding air also can affect the speed of pump, but its influence degree is less.
In order to change and control water by time of staying of water heater 12 and then change and its final temperature of control, controller 42 also can change the speed of pump 52.In addition, the control of the speed of pump 52 be can be used for mixing (stratification) amount of the water affected in case 14 and the reduction of temperature.Such as, generally speaking, very high flow velocity---such as 12 Liter Per Minutes---mixes making the hot water entering case 14 with existing water in case 14.But relatively low flow velocity---such as 5 Liter Per Minutes---makes hot water substantially not mix with existing water in case 14, but form stratification or layering in case 14.In these layers, water the hottest in case 14 advantageously near outlet 24, and thus near user.
The temperature of water is controlled owing to no longer needing such as to regulate the relatively costly control electronic component needed for the heating of water by change gas flow, flame intensity and/or flame size, therefore, it is possible to reduce the cost of water heating system 50 by the speed of simple control pump. And water heater 12 can run under constant (high efficiency) temperature, and be just opened or turn off.
Fig. 4 shows the water heating system 70 in the 4th embodiment.Water heating system 70 is similar to water heating system 40a and 40b shown in Fig. 2 a and Fig. 2 b, except controller 42 is connected to flow divider 72.Valve 72 comprises: the entrance 72a being connected to water source supply pipe 26; The first outlet 72b of the entrance 18 of water heater 12 is connected to via pipe 74; Be connected to pipe 28 via pipe 76 so that be connected to pump 14 entrance 22 second outlet 72c.Controller 42 controllable valve 72 is to export 72c by the water from water source supply pipe 26 from entrance 72a guiding first outlet 72b or second. In this embodiment, water heater 12 is having detected that current start automatically by during water heater.
If second/bottom sensor 44b indicates the temperature of water to be 55 degrees Celsius or lower to controller 42, then controller 42 is understood control valve 72 thus is made the water from water source supply portion 76 then flow to the first outlet 72b, and therefore flows to the entrance 18 of water heater 12.As mentioned above, water heater 12 causes having current automatically to start by during water heater sensing because such as user opens hot water tap.
If second/bottom sensor 44b indicates the temperature of water to be 55 degrees Celsius or higher to controller 42, and first/top sensor 44a indicates the temperature of water to be about 75 degrees Celsius or lower to controller 42, then controller 42 control valve 72 and second outlet 72c that water is led from water source supply portion 26, and the entrance 22 of therefore direct guide case 14.
As for heater 40, when the water that controller 42 senses in case 14 is enough warm, then its control valve 72 thus second outlet 72c that water is led from water source supply portion 26, and the entrance 22 of therefore guide case 14.Therefore, these water yields are not by water heater 12, and therefore water heater 12 does not start, thus decrease the use of combustion gas.
Equally with the use decreasing water about the same way described by water heating system 40a and 40b.
Except the saving of foregoing combustion gas and water, water heater 70 also has additional advantage, that is, due to water heater 12 sensed current by time just automatically start simply and run with full capacity, therefore very simple and cheap water heater 12 can be realized, and without the need to control assembly.
Fig. 5 shows the water heating system 80 in the 5th embodiment.Water heating system 80 has the parts identical with previously shown water heating system, therefore still represents identical feature with identical Reference numeral.Water heating system 80 has combustion gas (Instant heating type) water heating circuit that entirety by reference number 82 indicates and the solar energy water heating circuit that entirety by reference number 84 indicates.Gas circuit 82 comprises pump 84, and it has and is connected to the entrance 86 of the outlet 20 of water heater 12 via pipe 88 and is connected to the outlet 90 of entrance 92 of the middle position being approximately positioned at case 14.Case 14 also comprises the additional outlet 94 of the entrance 18 being connected to water heater 12 via pipe 96.Solar energy loop 84 comprises solar panel 98 and pump 100.The outlet 102 of pump 100 is connected to the entrance 104 of solar panel 98 via pipe 106.Solar panel 98 also has the outlet 108 of the addition entry point 110 being connected to case 14 via pipe 112.Pump 100 also has the entrance 114 being connected to outlet 116 via pipe 118.Water source supply pipe 26 is in T shape to be entered in pipe 118.System 80 also comprises the three-temperature sensor 44c in the middle part of the case 14 and is positioned at the 4th temperature sensor 44d in exit of solar panel 98.Sensor 44c and 44d is connected to controller 42.
When controller starts the first pump 84, water circulates between the top of case 14 and water heater 12, to preheat water. When controller 42 starts the second pump 100, and when having enough solar energy available, water circulates between the bottom of case 14 and solar panel 98, to preheat water.
Generally speaking, controller 42 determines when make one or two work in pump 84 and 100, so that the expectation demand that energy optimal adaptation is different.Controller 42 is always attempted to utilize solar energy instead of combustion gas can carry out heating water.More specifically, if high about 4 degrees Celsius of the temperature that the temperature at sensor 44d place is located than sensor 44c, then controller 42 will start (solar energy loop 84) second pump 100.Controller 42 by maintenance startup second pump 102, except the temperature difference between non-sensor 44d and sensor 44b is less than about 4 degrees Celsius, if or sensor 44a indicate the temperature of water to be 80 degrees Celsius or higher.Temperature in case 14 bottom is 80 degree is acceptable, because if do not use hot water then heat will be redistributed in the first half of case.
If three/intermediate sensor 44c indicates the temperature of water to be 55 degrees Celsius or lower to controller 42, then controller 42 starts (gas circuit 82) pump 90.If first/top sensor 44a indicates the temperature of water to be about 75 degrees Celsius or higher, then controller 42 closes termination of pumping 90.If three/intermediate sensor 44c indicates the temperature of water to be 55 degrees Celsius or higher to controller 42, and first/top sensor 44a indicates the temperature of water to be about 75 degrees Celsius or lower, then controller 42 does not start or closes termination of pumping 90.
If sensor 44a indicates the temperature of water to be about 80 degrees Celsius or higher, then close down the first pump 90 and the second pump 102 overheated to prevent.
In addition, controller 42 can respond user instruction and start water heater 12 and pump 90, and water is circulated between case 14 and water heater 12 so that the water yield in preheating or stable case 14.The case 14 that this is for having relatively large memory capacity---such as 50-400 liter---is the feature expected very much.
Fig. 6 shows the water heating system 120 in the 6th embodiment.Water heating system 120 is similar to the water heating system 80 shown in Fig. 5, and the identical Reference numeral of identical parts indicates. But water heating system 120 only includes single pump 122 and has entrance 126, first and exports the flow divider 124 that 128 and second export 130.
When controller 42 judges water should by gas circuit 82 circulation time, then start pump 122, and control flow divider 124 to make water from entrance 126 then to flow to the first outlet 128, and and then flow to the entrance 18 of water heater 12 via pipe 132.Hot water leaves the outlet 20 of water heater 12, and is supplied to the entrance 134 of case 14 via pipe 136.By pipe 140 by the entrance 142 of water from the outlet 138 suction pump 122 of case. This pump also has the outlet 144 of the entrance 126 being connected to flow divider 124 via pipe 146.
When controller 42 judges water should by solar energy loop 84 circulation time, then start pump 122, and control flow divider 124 and be diverted to the second outlet 130 to make water from entrance 126.Second outlet 130 is connected to the entrance 104 of solar panel 98 via pipe 148.The outlet 108 of solar panel 98 is connected to the entrance 150 of case 14 via pipe 152.
Controller 42 is always attempted to utilize solar energy instead of combustion gas can carry out heating water.More specifically, if high about 4 degrees Celsius of the temperature that the temperature at sensor 44d place is located than sensor 44c, then controller 42 will make water turn to by solar energy loop 84.Controller 42 will keep water to circulate in solar energy loop 84, except the temperature difference between non-sensor 44d and sensor 44b is less than about 4 degrees Celsius, if or sensor 44a indicate the temperature of water to be 85 degrees Celsius or higher.Temperature in the bottom of case 14 is 85 degree is acceptable, because if do not use hot water then heat will be redistributed in the first half of case.
If three/intermediate sensor 44c indicates the temperature of water to be 55 degrees Celsius or lower to controller 42, then controller 42 will make water turn to pass through gas circuit. If first/top sensor 44a indicates the temperature of water to be about 75 degrees Celsius or higher, then controller 42 will close termination of pumping 122.If three/intermediate sensor 44c indicates the temperature of water to be 55 degrees Celsius or higher to controller 42, and first/top sensor 44a indicates the temperature of water to be about 75 degrees Celsius or lower, then controller 42 will make water turn to by solar energy loop 84.
In addition, controller 42 can start water heater 12 and pump 122 in response to user instruction, and water is circulated between case 14 and water heater 12 so that the water yield in preheating or stable case 14.The case 14 that this is relatively large for memory capacity---such as 50-400 liter---is the feature expected very much.Because there is regulation, when also expecting to have, sterilization (such as, controlling for Legionnella (legionella)) is carried out to case 14.According to some suggestions, this can by using gas circuit 82 until the temperature of top sensor 44a and intermediate sensor 44c is designated as 60 degrees Celsius or higher carries out.Alternatively, according to other suggestions, this can by use gas circuit 82 until top sensor 44a and bottom sensor 44b(namely, whole water tank 14) be designated as 60 degrees Celsius to carry out.
Fig. 7 shows the water heating system 160 in the 7th embodiment.System 160 is similar to the system 120 shown in Fig. 6, and therefore identical parts use identical Reference numeral to indicate. But in the system 160, flow divider 124 also has the 3rd outlet 162 being connected to pipe 164, and this pipe 164 can be discharged in air, or for collecting to recycle. If controller 42 judges the low water to being enough to freeze in solar panel 98 of environment temperature and produces infringement to it, then control flow divider 124 so that water is guided to the 3rd outlet 162 from entrance 126.This just makes the water in solar panel 98 emptying by pipe 164.Also draining can be performed to prevent solar panel 98 overheated. These drain operation have description applicant in the international PCT patent application No.PCT/AU2008/001476 submitted on October 3rd, 2008, and its related content is combined in herein by cross reference.
Although invention has been described with reference to concrete example, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention can also implement with other forms many.Such as, can replace Instant heating type gas heater with instant electric water heater, this electric heater makes it possible to save electric energy instead of combustion gas.
