Abstract

一种双出气口充气阀,一个双出气口充气阀由一个进气口、一条进气道、进气道壁、两个出气口、两个单向阀门、一个定位圈组成,且两个单向阀门分别位于两个出气口的外侧,朝外单向张开,朝内关闭出气口。其有益效果是,一个双出气口充气阀安装在一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上,能够同时为一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上的两个并置的气腔充气。在一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上只需要安装一个双出气口充气阀,不需要安装两个单出气口充气阀,能克服在一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上安装两个单出气口充气阀所带来的浪费,减少车轮内胎在安装时的难度。且结构简单,使用方便。

本发明涉及一种充气阀,尤其是具有两个出气口的充气阀。
背景技术
目前,公知的自行车、汽车的车轮内胎上的充气阀均为单出气口充气阀,这种单出气口充气阀只有一个进气口和一个出气口,一次只能为一个气腔充气,当有两个同时并置的气腔需要充气时,就需要为每个气腔安装一个单出气口充气阀,才能同时为两个并置的气腔充气。在一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上安装两个单出气口充气阀不仅浪费,而且使车轮内胎的安装难度增大。
发明内容
为了克服现有的单出气口充气阀不能同时为双气腔并置车轮内胎上两个并置的气腔充气的不足,本发明提供一种双出气口充气阀,一个双出气口充气阀安装在一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上,能够同时为一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上的两个并置的气腔充气。在一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上只需要安装一个双出气口充气阀,不需要安装两个单出气口充气阀,能克服在一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上安装两个单出气口充气阀所带来的浪费,减少车轮内胎在安装时的难度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一个双出气口充气阀由一个进气口、一条进气道、进气道壁、两个出气口、两个单向阀门、一个定位圈组成,且两个单向阀门分别位于两个出气口的外侧,朝外单向张开,朝内关闭出气口。当空气在外力的压迫下通过进气口进入进气道,然后到达两个出气口,两个单向阀门在空气压力的推动下朝外单向张开,两个出气口打开,受压迫空气通过两个出气口离开双出气口充气阀,当双出气口充气阀内部空气压力小于两个出气口外部空气压力时,两个单向阀门在两个出气口外部空气压力的作用下朝内关闭出气口,达到同时为两个气腔充气的目的。
本发明的有益效果是,一个双出气口充气阀安装在一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上,能够同时为一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上的两个并置的气腔充气。在一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上只需要安装一个双出气口充气阀,不需要安装两个单出气口充气阀,能克服在一条双气腔并置车轮内胎上安装两个单出气口充气阀所带来的浪费,减少车轮内胎在安装时的难度。且结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
在图1中,由进气道壁(2)围合形成进气口(1)、进气道(4)、出气口甲(5)、出气口乙(7),定位圈(3)连接在进气道壁(2)的外部,单向阀门甲(6)安装在进气道壁(2)的外部,且位于出气口甲(5)处,单向阀门甲(6)关闭时刚好盖住出气口甲(5),单向阀门乙(8)安装在进气道壁(2)的外部,且位于出气口乙(7)处,单向阀门乙(8)关闭时刚好盖住出气口乙(7)。当空气在外力的压迫下通过进气口(1)进入进气道(4),通过出气口甲(5)和出气口乙(7),单向阀门甲(6)和单向阀门乙(8)在空气压力的推动下朝外单向张开,受压迫空气通过出气口甲(5)和出气口乙(7)离开双出气口充气阀,当双出气口充气阀内部空气压力小于出气口甲(5)和出气口乙(7)外部空气压力时,单向阀门甲(6)和单向阀门乙(8)在双出气口充气阀外部空气压力的作用下朝内关闭出气口甲(5)和出气口乙(7),达到同时为两个气腔充气的目的。
在图2所示的实施例中,由进气道壁(2)围合形成进气口(1)、进气道(4)、出气口甲(5)、出气口乙(7),进气道壁(2)设置外螺纹,定位圈(3)设置内螺纹,定位圈(3)与进气道壁(2)通过螺纹连接,充气阀盖(9)上设置内螺纹,充气阀盖(9)可以与进气道壁(2)通过螺纹连接,可以盖在进气口(1)上,保护进气口(1),单向阀门甲(6)安装在进气道壁(2)的外部,且位于出气口甲(5)处,单向阀门甲(6)关闭时刚好盖住出气口甲(5),单向阀门乙(8)安装在进气道壁(2)的外部,且位于出气口乙(7)处,单向阀门乙(8)关闭时刚好盖住出气口乙(7)。当空气在外力的压迫下通过进气口(1)进入进气道(4),通过出气口甲(5)和出气口乙(7),单向阀门甲(6)和单向阀门乙(8)在空气压力的推动下朝外单向张开,受压迫空气通过出气口甲(5)和出气口乙(7)离开双出气口充气阀,当双出气口充气阀内部空气压力小于出气口甲(5)和出气口乙(7)外部空气压力时,单向阀门甲(6)和单向阀门乙(8)在双出气口充气阀外部空气压力的作用下朝内关闭出气口甲(5)和出气口乙(7),达到同时为两个气腔充气的目的。
