The crop sheath blight is a fungal disease caused by rhizoctonia solani infection, is commonly found in gramineous crops such as rice, wheat, millet and the like, pathogenic bacteria live through the winter in soil by virtue of sclerotia, or live through the winter on disease residues or hosts such as field weeds and the like by virtue of mycelia, belongs to high-temperature and high-humidity diseases, has close relationship between the disease degree and the environmental temperature and humidity, and has outbreak property along with rainfall and high-humidity weather.
The banded sclerotial blight of crops can be caused from seedling stage to ear stage, the common outbreak of the banded sclerotial blight in the full tillering stage is serious, the leaf sheath and the leaf blade are mainly damaged, the leaf sheath of the sword leaf is infected in the heading stage, the sword leaf is withered and yellow in advance by light persons, the plant cannot be normally tasked by heavy persons, the ear neck is infected after heading, the seed setting rate is directly reduced, the thousand seed weight is reduced, and the plant lodging or the death of the whole plant is caused in serious cases. The banded sclerotial blight occurs generally and is seriously damaged, for example, the yield of one of three diseases of rice of banded sclerotial blight is reduced by about 10 percent generally, and the yield is reduced by more than 30 to 50 percent in serious cases.

Table 4 the results show: soluble inorganic salts or organic matters containing plant nutrients such as calcium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, ammonium sulfate, urea and the like are respectively used as fillers to prepare '10% validamycin +2% dextranomenclat' soluble powder or aqueous solution, 600 times of solution (200 ppm) is sprayed on the leaf surfaces, and the effect of preventing and treating sheath blight is 90.2% -93.7%. Through difference significance analysis, the difference between soluble powder and water aqua of different fillers is not significant.
The test result shows that: the prevention and treatment effect is not obviously influenced by different fillers and different formulations in the prevention and treatment medicament provided by the invention.
Experimental example 4
The results of experiments on crops such as wheat, rice and millet with the sheath blight control agent "10% validamycin +2% soluble powder of dextrane sugar" prepared in example 3 are shown in table 5.
Table 5: example 3 summary of exemplary results of the experiments for controlling sheath blight
| Crops | Control effect (%) | Yield increasing effect (%) |
| Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) | 92.2-94.7 | 11.3-26.2 |
| Rice (Oryza sativa L.) with improved resistance to stress | 88.1-94.9 | 13.7-36.8 |
| Millet | 90.6-93.5 | 10.6-31.6 |
Table 5 the results show: the invention has 88.1-94.9% prevention and cure effect on the sheath blight of wheat, rice, millet and other crops, and 10.6-36.8% yield increase effect.
Exemplary results show that: the invention has obvious effect of preventing and controlling the crop sheath blight and obvious yield increasing effect, and is an ideal medicament for preventing and controlling the crop sheath blight.
Although the invention has been described in detail hereinabove by way of general description, specific embodiments and experiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that many modifications and improvements can be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the scope of the invention as claimed and not departing from the spirit thereof.
