Abstract
一种一体式养殖污水处理设备。专门使用与猪养殖中养殖废水经过沼气发酵后的沼液废弃液处理。为钢制箱式一体式结构，两侧分别有污水进水口和净水出水口，顶部有四个检查口和一个污泥抽提口。设备内部依次为一级氧化池，二级氧化池，二沉池，污泥池和砂滤消毒池，并配有曝气设备分别给一级氧化池和二级氧化池曝气。沼液发酵废弃液从污水进水口流入设备，经过设备内部各个部分的处理，达到排放标准从净水出水口排出。定期人工从污泥抽提口抽出污泥池内的污泥。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种一体式养殖污水及养殖废液发酵沼液废水的处理装置，尤其是能够利用模块化的设备处理养殖污水。
背景技术
目前，养殖污水及养殖废液沼气发酵废液的处理是现代养殖业所面对的一大问题，养殖污水中的有机物含量较高，COD，BOD值相对较高，并且含有浓度相对较高的重金属离子，故需要经过严格的处理才能达到国家规定的排放标准。目前常使用的污水处理技术为“A/O生物接触氧化”工艺，该处理工艺较为简单，操作运行方便，日常费用低廉，出水稳定。通常污水处理工程需要通过土建修筑酸解池，二级氧化池，二沉池，消毒池，污泥池，风机房，在酸解池和二级氧化池中添加固定填料添加生物菌种，配套使用曝气装置，污泥回流装置。但是通常污水处理工程会占用大面积的地标资源，土建修筑会有很多麻烦，并且因为污水处理系统为开放型系统，会散发臭气，带来一定的不卫生因素。
发明内容
为了克服现在养殖厂污水处理系统占用大量地表资源，散发臭气，土建修筑麻烦等问题，本发明专利提供提一种一体式养殖污水处理装置。本一体式污水处理装置既能够良好的处理养殖废水及养殖废水沼气发酵液，又模块化的整合了污水处理中的各个步骤，制作钢制箱式紧凑封闭设备，即可至于地表缩小占地面积，卫生无污水臭气散出，也可埋于地下，不影响绿化及地表资源使用。
本发明专利解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：设备箱体材料是有A3型钢制，厚度5mm，并用80槽钢加强。一体式设备结构包括一级氧化池，二级氧化池，二沉池，沙滤消毒池，污泥池。氧化池中所用弹性填料为Φ150×2000mm，微孔曝气器直径为Φ200mm，填料支架由A3式钢制成，曝气管道为PPR材料。一级氧化池为钢结构的箱体，内置高效生物组合填料，以增加水解酸化功能停留时间，提高处理效率。二级氧化池有池体，填料，布水装置和充氧曝气系统组成。池中填料采用弹性立体组合填料，该填料具有比表面积大，易挂膜耐腐蚀，不易结团堵塞。填料在水中自由悬浮，对气泡有多层切割的作用，相对增加了曝气效果，填料为笼式安装，检修方便。该池设计使水质降解成梯度，同时采用相应的导流紊流措施，使整体设计更趋合理化。二沉池设计为竖流式沉淀池，采用三角堰出水，以使沉淀彻底，出水稳定。污泥利用气提法定时排泥至污泥池，并设有污泥气提回流装置，部分污泥回流至一级生物处理池进行硝化和反硝化，以减少了污泥的生成，利于污水中氨氮的去除。消毒池利用导流板配合氯片接触的消毒方式，经消毒可直接排污水至市政污水管道。污泥池为钢制箱体，下部连接污泥回流管道至一级氧化池，顶部有污泥抽取孔，以便定期抽取污泥处理。曝气装置至于一体机内部，与曝气布气管道相连，曝气装置的控电开关至于一体机的外部，以方便控制曝气装置的启动。
本发明专利的有益效果是，可以将养殖污水处理的必须流程模块化整合至一个钢制箱式设备，方便安装使用，节约地表资源的浪费，以及土建过程的麻烦，因为为封闭式设备，运行过程中无异味散出。也可埋于地下，不影响美观，箱体内的每个流程池相对独立，分别有各自的检测口，以方便检测维修。

具体实施方式
在图1中，经过前期过滤的养殖沼液废弃液从污水进水口(6)流入养殖污水一体式处理机(10)内部，在一体机内经过多不生化反应处理，沉淀过滤，消毒等过程，污水处理成达标的净水，从净水出水口(7)排出，其中沉淀过滤的生化反应污泥储存于污泥池(4)中，定期通过污泥抽提口(9)清理其中的污泥。
在图2中，污水进入一级氧化池(1)中，其中内置高效生物组合填料，以充分发生水解酸化反应，以分解污水中的大颗粒有机物，充分反应后利用水位落差，一级氧化池(1)中的污水通过管道流入二级氧化池(2)中，其中至有弹性立体组合填料，以发生A/O反应，在二级氧化池(2)中经过充分生化反应的污水和污泥直接流入二沉池(3)。一级氧化池(1)和二级氧化池(2)分别通过布气管道连接曝气装置，以给其中的生化反应提供曝气。二沉池(3)中，设计为竖流式沉淀池，利用三角堰出水。其中沉淀所得污泥利用气提法排至污泥池(4)，可定期通过污泥抽提口(9)清理其中污泥。二沉池(3)排出经过滤的污水经过管道流至砂滤消毒池(5)，砂滤消毒池(5)利用导流板配合氯片接触的方式对处理过的污水进行消毒，经过消毒的水质可以达到国家的排放标准，通过净水出水口(7)排出。
Claims (1)
1.一种一体式养殖污水处理设备，其专用于猪养殖污水经过沼气发酵后的沼液废液的处理，其特征在于：在钢制箱式外壳内，分别为一级氧化池，二级氧化池，二沉池，污泥池，砂滤消毒池依次通过管道连接，箱体内置有曝气装置分别通过布气管道连接一级氧化池和二级氧化池；该一体式养殖污水处理设备将一级氧化池，二级氧化池，二沉池，污泥池，砂滤消毒池以及曝气装置，布气管道集中在箱式外壳内，其中二沉池采用竖流式沉淀池，利用三角堰出水；其箱体外部置有电源控制开关，与箱内部的曝气装置连接，以控制曝气的开关，其顶部有四个检查孔以供人检查设备内部情况，并设有一个污泥抽提口，以供定期抽提污泥池中的污泥。
